This has been my dentistry for over 15 years and have been well pleased with the services. I recently was able to get an appointment the next day for tooth pain I was having and they did a thorough review and testing. The dentist explained in detail her observations and gave me her recommendations. My family and I have always been satisfied with this dentistry, their services and professionalism.

This has been the best Dental experience Ive ever had. The staff at Hampton Care was absolutely fantastic. Kayla was on point with the information on the procedures that I was going through, same with Dr.Meyers, she took her time and explained everything. I really felt comfortable. I would recommend Dental Care of Hampton to everyone who was scared and is scared to see a dentist, They are absolutely the best.

Was told by the receptionist it was not possible to do an xray and cleaning in the same appointment. I explained to her that the patient was 87 and that we would want a comprehensive appointment. She was honestly so rude, I will look elsewhere. Please know, your receptionist is the front of your business. Train them better or you will lose patients.

I have had a fear of dentist after a really bad experience! I was having some pain and happened to be able to get an appointment here. I love it! They really care about the health of your teeth and your gums. Every procedure I’ve had so far has been nothing short of amazing! They definitely have a new patient along with my family ❤️

We live half the year out of town and I still come back to have my dental needs serviced by his office. They are all very kind. I have been to many dentists, unfortunately, and have always had a lot of anxiety before and during appts. Dr. Williams has completely changed that! He pulled 2 teeth and was so great about it, I didnt even realize he had pulled them! Even the injections were a LOT less painful than Ive ever experienced! Best dentist around! Wonderful new patient experience - from initial phone contact, to being greeted by office staff, to the hygienist and doctor - everyone was warm, friendly, and professional. Between caring for my terminally ill mother and the COVID pandemic, I had neglected my dental health to the point that I’d never gone so long without a cleaning or check up. But my hygienist, Kathy, was so compassionate and non-judging, I felt really cared for. She was very gentle and careful, while giving my teeth a thorough cleaning. Dr. Williams was also very pleasant and explained things clearly. Front office staff handled a glitch with my insurance kindly and competently. I couldn’t be more pleased with my new dentist and happy to recommend them!

Not satisfied at all with choices on prices, payment plan for partials, crowns etc. Too$ much and too little time to pay patients balance. Its not cosmetic replacing tooth lost, when youre choking from food swallowed from between gaps and esophagus. HUMANA is exstremely limited with $ assistance and I pay extra for dental with HUMANA🙁😳🙄🤔🤦 I cannot get a loan. PLEASE HELP! GHTURNER

I always feel listened to and that my input about my dental care is tooking into consideration when making a plan of care.Dental Care of Hampton also allows me to be comfortable when care is provided.I put on my headphones and play music I want to hear and if I am cold I bring a small blanket.

I’m a new patient and I just had my first experience. Extremely professional, yet friendly staff. I would say they seemed to try very hard to provide a comfortable, semi-nurturing environment, but I believe they don’t have to try at all. It comes naturally.I will say this, I have never in my life had my mouth numbed without it pinching and causing tears to well up in my eyes... until today. My hygienist, Lena, numbed my mouth and I felt absolutely NO pain. Lena also provided a calming, nurturing atmosphere. She explained what she would be doing throughout the procedure and was very reassuring as I left.It was, without a doubt, the best experience I’ve ever had when at a dentists office.Thank you to Pat as well. She greeted me and handled scheduling my next visit. She represents the company/office very well. 5 Stars

Unsure of how this place has so many glowing reviews I literally just called to ask for more information about their dental discount plan which they mention ON THEIR WEBSITE because I have no insurance and got hung up on. And my phone and connection is working fine made several calls before this.

I have never had a bad experience with Dental Care of Hampton. I’ve had a lot of work done and this practice has made it a pleasant experience. From the front desk to the actual dentist, the entire team shows that they truly care about their work and more importantly their clients. Every time I go in they take the time to ask about my family and how we’ve been doing. I used to be embarrassed to smile and show people my teeth. It affected more areas of my life than I realized. Because of their great work I’m not ashamed to show people my smile and it has made a huge impact on my self esteem and overall health. I am truly grateful to them and highly recommend them.

My family has been coming here for 25+ years. The people are always very friendly and professional. I am an extremely nervous dental patient and have not once felt like I was a burden/PIA patient who they would like to never see again. It is comforting that they understand not everyone is on the same page when it comes to Dentistry. I would and do recommend this office when asked about a good Dentist. Thank you for this opportunity to express my thoughts regarding my experience as a patient at Dental Care of Virginia.I am a fairly new patient at the clinic, and so far I have seen Dr. Christian Meyer for a preliminary exam this spring, and I had a full radiological series completed before she examined me. I felt that Dr. Meyer was very professional, personable and that I was impressed with how thorough she was. She understood my issues as an elderly person, and as a veteran with a medical history that includes two traumatic brain injuries with epilepsy, some memory loss and a diagnosis of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. She was sensitive and respectful, which put me at ease. I am optimistic that my dental care will be an improvement over former experiences at the Veterans’ Administration, although I admired my dentist at the VA and I’m grateful to him and his staff.This afternoon, Lauren did an excellent job of cleaning my teeth, and she also has impressed me with her professionalism, expertise, and personable and courteous manner.The receptionists are very nice, also very kind and professional!
