I was referred to Dr. Dailey through a family friend. They have absolutely gorgeous smiles (the whole family), so it was natural to ask about their orthodontist. I had always been self-conscious of my crooked, crowded teeth; I hardly ever smiled with my teeth. After a year and a half, I now have a smile I am proud of and smile with my teeth in public and pictures without shame.As for the experience itself, Dr. Dailey and his office run a very tight ship. It is amazing to watch. The whole process is polished and efficient, yet warm and hospitable. The entire staff is friendly, but excellent at what they do. Dr. Dailey is clearly a master due to the sheer volume of people who come to Him each time I have been there. Yet he always made time to check on my progress and encourage me through the tougher mid-points.I am very grateful to have worked with them while I lived in the area. As someone else stated above, the staff was friendly but Dr. Dailey not so much. Sometimes he will sit down to take a look in your mouth and not even greet you. As far as the outcome of my treatment it turned out ok , a few things I feel could be better but overall it’s ok.

I have been a patient here for 7 months and I think they do a great job and make it very easy for me. One thing I like about them is they let you know what they are doing and why they are doing it, they also answer any of my questions and make me feel comfortable. They have the lastest and greatest technology. I had a pain free ex ray because of the advanced equipment. They truly are great!

Great staff, great place to take your kids. They also set up easy payment plans for braces. They also have complementary coffee and water. They have blocks for little kids to play with and children can spin the treasure wheel if they are patients. I do reccomend this place

Very pleased with this office. My daughter had her braces put on here. The staff is very helpful and friendly and whenever we have had a problem they get her in right away. The office is very nice and the waiting area is very clean. They have a tv, coffee, tea, hot chocolate and water when your waiting.

Every time I go here I wait upwards of 30 minutes to be seen. The staff is nice but it seems like they can’t do anything without it being approved by Dr. Dailey, who I rarely see more than 5 minutes. I also got one of my appointments cancelled without a reschedule for an unknown reason.

My daughter Sarah has been going to Dr Daily since she was six years old. At the age of seven she had her palate expanded. The staff was wonderful with my overly anxious baby. Still overly anxious even though she has been going there for so long, they are just wonderful with her.

Not friendly like his staff at all, if I could rate his staff 5 stars I would, but sadly they are not the orthodontist so I would not recommend this establishment based on Dr Dailey lack of table side manners with his patients.

The atmosphere in this office is beyond amazing. Everyone is so friendly and charasmatic. You can tell that they all love what they do. Dr. Dailey seems ok, he was not rude or unprofessional by any means. But he didnt come across to me personally as friendly and bubbly as his staff is. He was very dry. Which is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. I dont know maybe I caught him on a bad day. Nevertheless Its obvious he hires great people. Im a self pay patient so I was a bit taken back by the pricing. However they offer reasonable payment plans and his treatment coordinator (who is awesome sauce by the way) made it clear that Dr. Dailey will continue to work with you and do his very best to get you the results you desire regardless of your treatment end date. I mean really? Who can ask for more? Overall as a new patient this was a really great experience. It felt like I was visiting family and not a dental office.
