I was a patient for many yrs. When the Therapeutic Marijuana Oil became available for PC Drs. to prescribe, I was told by Dr. Thompson he wouldnt prescribe ANY PAIN meds to me if I continued to have my PC prescribe it.I presume Cypress Pointe isnt charging an extra $150 & an extra visit to be prescribed this medicine now that any Dr. who chooses to prescribe this medicine may do so.Ive never seen Dr. Chad as a patient even though I have epilepsy. However, the only time I was asked ...how are your seizures was my last appointment, when I was told Id not be seen, etc...

Would be higher if one of Dr. Domingas assistant dr wasnt rushing through my appointments and having horrible bedside manors , as well as asking questions not related to reason for visit , not asking about current and past meds that may have changed , other than that one dr theyd be amazing .

I love Dr. Domangue and his staff. They areawesome, they listen, care and treat you like family.

I engaged in a spirited conversation with Nurse Lisa today in the Hammond office. I had a situation where I was disadvantaged as the result of corporate policy, federal regulations, and pharmacy operations. While she maintained a professional demeanor (I was the ‘spirited’ one), I was given advice on how to avoid similar conflicts in future. That was good enough, but Lisa went the extra mile. Remembering all the entities that were confounding my well-being are in existence specifically to serve the patient, she took it upon herself to personally intervene on my behalf. Within 10 minutes my problem was solved. I didn’t expect her to do that, but I’m glad she did. THAT’S how you rock customer service. I hope her boss sees this review. Lisa should be commended. They’re lucky to have her in Hammond!

The Staff at Cypress Pointe are always very Knowledgeable and take the time to listen to your Unique situation. Then they help you get the best plan for your situation. I trust them with my Life. Without them, my Quality of Life wouldnt be very good.

Every person at Dr. Domangues office cares immensely for their clients. Its not confirmed but Dr. Domangue seems like he may have an emotional connection behind why he cares so more than other Drs. His staff shares the same feeling. His practice has the newest most up to dat neurological treatments for pain management.

The staff is so friendly and helpful. They actually take time to listen to you.

Wait time was approximately 4-5 minutes and the whole visit was under 15 minutes. They listened to me.

Dr Chad was able to find what no other doctor could in 4 years.

Receptionists are so rude in the Hammond office. One actually rolled her eyes at me bc I didnt come when she called my name, mind you, I just had a hip replacement... They NEVER answer the phone either... Love Dr. Thompson also Ms. Tara! They always care about my health and healing....

As a person who has been through the mill with various doctors, I can tell you Dr Domangue, Miranda Johnston, PA and their staff are the best Ive seen . They listen to your concerns and explain anything you dont understand. They are cautious with medication prescriptions and perform DNA tests to try and ensure that whatever they do prescribe will not adversely affect you. They are strict with medicine but I like that. They also will change prescriptions until they find the proper one for you and your condition. I normally see them at the Hammond, LA office which is very nice and conveniently located. They use modern methods for whatever treatments you require. I surely hope theyll be here until the day I dont need their services anymore. A++ in my book.

I highly recommend Dr Domangue because he is nice and funny and his staff is nice also the office was clean I know that Dr Domangue will take good care of me

Very rude staff. I had an appointment for 4pm two weeks in advance, was running 15 minutes late due to traffic and they marked me no show at 4:02 so by the time I got there the Dr had left. No thanks, Ill go elsewhere. Sorry Dr. Aust, your rude staff just lost you a new patient.
