The staff here are extremely professional, they help in just about any situation. I realize pain free dentistry is probably a stretch but this was the closest to completely pain free Ive ever experienced in my 60 years on this earth.I had to have a couple teeth pulled and had only slight pain. Furthermore the compassion, professionalism, and kindness was amazing.The building is new: The interior decor is very tasteful and relaxing.

I have had no problems so far. My son had an appointment at the end of the day and the receptionist was cleaning the whole time.. door handles and what not. Professional and clean dental office.

Every single person I came in contact with were helpful caring and attractive I am going to make this dental establishment my dental headquarters! My doctor was amazing his assistant Brian was such a pleasure just to be around and amazing at what he does....I was 100% comfortable with everyone . Added to the amazing people all of the new equipment was truly flawless and PAIN FREE i have never been to a dentist that x-rays and cleaning were pain free♡ looking forward to getting my teeth in good health with SDH instead of full of fear.

All the staff are very polite and friendly. They always get me in and out on a timely manor. And, they are within walking distance. 😊

My son has autism and dont really like people in his mouth lol but these ladies handled it beautifully. The assistant especially she was very encouraging and helpful and understanding when it came to my son. My other son got a filling and they we very gentle with his as well. Our experience was excellent and both my children we seen right away and they both got out at about the same time. Thanks again for everything

Dr. Shore is by far the best dentist I have ever been too. And he is super friendly & funny!! I highly recommend Secure Dental. Especially if you are fearful of the dentist like I am.

Me and my children been with the same Dentist for 10 years since we moved out to Hammond but when I went to secure dental because I felt like my Dentist lost interest in what he was doing I had a few teeth cracked in the front bottom and I asked my Dentist if he could fix them and he totally ignored me and just said be thankful you still have some left. it seems to me he was more concerned with how much everything cost and he didn’t wanna go over price but at secure dental he fix my teeth right away no questions asked I went out to the car set a minute looked in the mirror at my bottom teeth and start crying because I was touched they were happy tears I love secure dental and I’ve been telling my children about secure dental so they can follow me, thank you to all of of you guys for making me feel better about my smile.

A year later and still one of the best dentists Ive been to. Quick and efficient with little wait even when it was completely booked. Cant wait to get my cleaning. Still expensive but Ill pay for quality

I had a great experience.I had a broken tooth that was bothering me for about a week and started to swell and get infected i called they got me in right away i was only there maybe 40 mins all together even being a first time patient. They pulled the tooth right away.. Very nice people. The dentist did wonderful work Ive had teeth pulled before and this time went so smooth.Its healing so well with very little pain was able to go to work today and had it pulled yesterday.I really was impressed.

The staff was welcoming as soon as I walked in. Dr. Lui was very friendly, made me feel comfortable, and he gave me options pertaining to my services. I didn’t feel rushed, the staff was patient with me. I didn’t feel a thing.

They was very nice , helped me out, even looked closely to my reactions when fixing my teeth, and asked if need more numbing med, they keept makeing sure i was good and let me know what they where doing. Cuz im nervis person.I hate dentest, but if i got to go to one this place is the best. 😁

I had a terrible experience. I do appreciate how they squeezed me in for a dental emergency but when I got there nothing was done to address my pain. They sent me home for a week without enough pain meds. When I called for a refill the only dentist who could authorize a refill wasnt available until my follow up appointment. I dont know why they couldnt pull the tooth

Great experience. The dentist and hygienist were gentle and make sure I was completely comfortable. They explained everything, and stopped anything I was in pain.

The staff is so nice, the office is clean and welcoming, my son loved the staff and wasnt even afraid. Dr Liu (hope I spelled that right) was great we both got our xrays and teeth cleaned and it was quick and painless. I really felt taken care of, I feel like other dentists Ive been to rush through the cleaning and just push you through, that didnt happen here... Cant wait for our return visit!

I went in for an abscessed tooth the day before Thanksgiving, and got 2 wisdom teeth pulled on my right side. It was my first time there.The extraction itself wasn’t too bad, but the doctor seemed to want to rush through everything in a way. I have been calling constantly since Wednesday to get answers for my questions, and to request a follow up, but it seems like either people don’t answer the phones or just don’t care. Why advertise online that you’re open Thanksgiving and Black Friday when your patients can’t even get in contact with you? What if it was an emergency? Left several messages only to receive no call back for any of them. Went in the same day of my extractions because they said they would give me more gauze, only to arrive to a locked office and nobody answering the phones 2 times I called to figure out what’s going on. Gives off an unprofessional vibe when I can’t even get my questions answered.

My family & I went their for the 1 st time the staff was so friendly,loving&helpful. The place was very clean. Dr. Matthews was awesome he was very gentle, concerned,& informative him& the staff made sure that we were comfortable & everything was alright. My son got his teeth cleaned & I got a tooth taken out. So I would recommend them to everyone.

Dr. Matthews is very patient with me and I appreciate that. Dental work can be very scary but the staff and Dr. Matthews makes you feel relaxed and makes sure you are comfortable. Truly appreciate everyone in that office from the front desk receptionists to the everyone in the back! Thank you. Highly recommend.
