Can’t say enough good about this entire staff. Absolutely love everyone here and they never fail to go the extra mile for their customers. Nothing like local service with a smile. Far superior to any other pharmacy I’ve been too. Highly recommend.

Bitterroot Drug is by far the best pharmacy in the valley. I get personalized service and they take care of all my familys needs for medication. They are so helpful with handling insurance!!! The staff are always friendly and professional.

The people who work here are patient and understanding. I know I do not have to worry about getting the medicine I need, now it shows up in my mailbox. There were times when I was not so nice when I went in this business. They were patient and kind when I could not be. They have earned a loyal customer for life.

Been going here for 3 years now for my whole family, always get my prescriptions on time and never wait more than 15 minutes. I always call and let them know Im coming and they are always ready when I get there, nice ladies always and never have any issues

This local pharmacy has been open since 1915? I believe its only has had different owners and theyve kept a lot of historical items from the pharmacy business; but everyone is very knowledgeable and very nice if you are not feeling well like I havent been they can deliver or just cant get there they can deliver your prescription to you I would suggest you call by 2:30pm at the latest it is now owned by Pete & Jenny who are both very nice and will work with you, if you have trouble remembering your prescriptions not only do they have a auto-fill system they also have bubble packs to help you remember when to take them. Lastly if you qualify you can charge the cost of your prescriptions and pay them at the beginning of the following month, this is a wonderful place to get gifts and now they have opened a toy store next door for all ages some of which I might buy as gifts for my 57yr old sister and my 52yr old brother and myself at 50 theyre just so neat! Always greeted with a smile!

Never had a bad experience here. Always prompt & courteous service. They even walked my prescription out to my van once- knowing I had 2 sick babies. I didnt even ask them to. I was very grateful for the kind gesture.

Some brands of generic drugs work better than others, so I generally shop around for the pill brands that I have found to be the most effective. That said, Bitterroot Drug usually has the quickest service if you are hanging out and waiting for a prescription to be filled. They are far better staffed with knowledgeable people than any pharmacy in town.

Its my drugstore that I go to all the time. The store is fun to shop in and look around at while waiting for a prescription. They have a toy shop next door that you can get to from inside the Bitterroot drug.The staff are just awesome to talk to and they all are friendly and very helpful.

This is a cute little store and pharmacy. We’ve used them for 3 years but the staff is just rude. They don’t smile. They don’t have any customer service skills. And they act as if you are inconviencing them to pick up your medications.

Went there today, 5 minutes before closing time to pick up a much needed prescription. Had been waiting hours for the doctor to call it in. The pharmacy was locked up at least 5 minutes early. Not sure how long the doors had been locked before I got there. Online it clearly stated that they were open until 6. This can be critical for people who are ill and in need of medication. Very disappointed. We were in the process of changing pharmacies and using these guys. Will reconsider this decision now.

First time I filled a prescription there they had it done in about 10 minutes. It was cheaper than any of the other pharmacies here or in Missoula Ive looked into.

I dont have a very detailed review of this Pharmacy but I greatly appreciate that they deliver medications most pharmacies do not do that

This is the best mom-pop drug store ever. They bend over backwards to meet your needs.
