I have been seeing Dr. Harder-Brouwer as my primary physican for a great many years. I like her well enough, but the level of care from her and her office staff has deteriorated over the years. I had an oximeter test done in December and I still have not received the results of that test as of today, even after calling about it several times, which is quite frustrating. If you have questions you want to ask, you better have them written down so you dont forget to ask them when you are with her for 10-15 minutes because once she leaves you in the exam room, dont expect to see her again that day. The wellness exam you get is basically her looking in your ears, throat and eyes and asking you how you feel. I always got a more complete wellness exam from my last doctor, who I would still be seeing had he not moved away.

I accompanied a friend with cancer who saw Dr. Harder-Brouwer and I being a nurse was very impressed with how thorough and caring she was. She took the time needed and didnt seem rushed, her advice was great and I would recommend her strongly to others. She also saw my friends husband who had alzheimers and she was fantastic with him as well. I cant understand the low ratings from others after my experience with her.

Dr Kathy is a top notch doctor. Very caring and compassionate. She sits and talks everything thru, explains in detail. I was a little hesitant because of reviews but found she is 5 stars!! I trust her with my life.

My father is in nursing home in Hamilton MT. She refused to help me get a referral that was required by the court. My father has dementia, and a he needed to have a physc exam in order for legal guardianship could be granted. Luckily, my father was a Veteran, and a doctor at VA helped with my request.I would not refer anyone I know to this doctor.
