I had a great time at Aspen Dental. I dont like to go to the dentist but the staff there made feel at home like Ive known them forever and mind you that was my first time there and I am looking forward to go back to my next visit next week

Everyone was extremely nice and friendly. Ty explained the X-ray process as she did it and the Dentist gave me a very good detailed description of what was going on with my teeth. Very pleased with my experience and Ive already scheduled further work there.

Wed been to other places to discuss dental implants and they were cold and impersonal. This place was friendly and the staff were kind to us and each other when interacting. The price we had quoted was between 3000-7000 cheaper than previous quotes wed received, and the doctor explained it so much more clearly for my dad, who doesnt have the easiest time understanding things sometimes. We didnt even have to think about it and put the first payment down and scheduled the follow up for next week.

I paid for my services the same day & then they sent me a bill for the same amount & same service. I called & they assured me they fixed it. I got another overdue notice in the mail today. They can’t get it together to save their lives. The front desk girls were doing Snapchat & I’m sure that’s where the mistake was made. They are extremely hard to get in contact with. The money came out of my account they have 24 hours to call me back supposedly….UPDATE still can’t get through to anyone. I’m about to get legal involved this is criminal. Check yourself people they are double charging, then not fixing it, then threaten collections.

IM APPAULLED WITH THIS OFFICE AND LEVEL OF SERVICE!!My husband & I are new to the area, we contacted our dental insurance company and THEY set up the appt for my husband who has a broken tooth and in severe pain. Upon arrival, the receptionist already had all the information needed, so we thought, since my insurance company set this up.My husband sat there for 3 hours while this place had issues finding out what coverage/benefits we have. Stating they cant get through to the insurance. I called the insurance and got right through. Then, I was asked, Oh is this one of those low income cheap insurances?NO MAAM, BOTH my husband & I are employed and we pay for this insurance through my employer! HOW UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!My husband had x-rays done and an exam only to be told, we dont have time to do anything today we will have to reschedule. All because they wanted proof of payment!All the while, my husband had his insurance card there, available and showing it to this person. At one point, they told my husband he could pay up front (nearly $300) and be reimbursed from our insurance.I dont know what kind of scam this place is running, but we are not some hobos off the street looking for something free. We work and pay for our insurance and expect nothing less than to pay for what we owe for services outside our insurance coverage!

Such a great experience! Fabulously nice staff! The dentist is wonderful! Every person there actually listened to my questions and concerns. Im petrified of the dentist, however Im stoked about my upcoming appointment with them next week! Best place to go to get the smile youve wanted at a price you can actually afford!

Never thought Id ever say anything good about anything that has to do with going to a dentist office lol, but im super happy with my experience at aspen. I went in today as a new customer with no insurance, & they were fast, professional, & very friendly. I got my initial xrays & exam/evaluation totally free. Theyve put me on a plan to get me back on track to periodontal health, & scheduled me for an extraction in wich they told me the price for it & i was floored at the low cost, even being a guy with no insurance. I highly recommend aspen!

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Martin explained in detail what was needed to complete my dental work. I felt comfortable there and felt like I was important to them.

I went in because I have a broken tooth. I had to wait awhile before getting called back.. Then I received X-rays of my teeth which were fine. Once I went back in the chair, I could just overhear the dentists talking about costs and finances with patients. It seemed all they were concerned about was whether or not the patient could pay for their services. Then I was told they cant do my filling today because they did not have enough time.. at 3 in the afternoon. The reason why I went in was to fix my tooth. I was angry. I have a broken tooth and a needed filling and they did not do anything about it. They said they didnt have enough time. What a waste of MY time. I didnt even get a teeth cleaning. My tooth is still in pain too. Im definitely going somewhere else. Dont waste your time here

Very good staff and experience. I was very nervous but they made me feel very comfortable! Payment plans and cost is very high!!! Is the only down fall. Would highly recommend if your willing to pay a lot!

The overall experience with the staff was fine..however, I think charging $30 for a oral cancer check reprehensible. This is a service you should be doing on every visit.

Liked the hygienist that catered to my needs and the staff there are nice. She was great and did an excellent job. However I’ve never been able to get anything done on my first visit. I experienced having to reschedule when I took my son because there was miscommunication within the employees. They called and rescheduled his second appointment because the dentist wasn’t going to be available and sent us to a different location. For my appointment, I was rescheduled because they couldn’t reach my insurance on the “day of” the appointment rather than prior to the appointment. And when I went back, the hygienist had to leave because she had an emergency which they had no control over because things do happen. I was once again rescheduled. Very frustrating and such an inconvenience. But the end result of the work done was great. Not all locations are this unorganized I have to be specific because I had great experience at the Middletown location where my son was referred.

The appointment was lengthy with a lot of X-rays. However I must say they are thorough. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I only needed two fillings instead of four as previously told by another dentist. I changed dentist due to the pandemic and an insurance change. So far I am pleased.

Horrible experience! Had an 11am appointment for replacement dentures. An hour later still no one came in. Finally a dental tech came in and when I asked why I had been waiting an hour she said “that’s a good question” and walked out. The height of unprofessionalism. A call to the regional manager went unanswered. Rethinking my choice now.

Im sorry but this place is too expensive and i believe its not worth going there. Its all about the money not helping the people. I hope people see my review and take it to consideration and find another place to go to. No wonder when I told my friends about this place they told me no to go. Out of 11 friends 11 said the same. Please dont go any Aspen Dental centers if youre not rich.

I’m not a fan of dentists. Never have been. Going to see Amna at Aspen is great though. She is super nice, and made sure I was totally comfortable before during and after my cleaning. She answered all of my questions, and took time with me rather than rushing to get the next patient in. The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming.

The staff and doctors went out of their way to make me happy and a very good visit, dr.martin is the best

2 appointments and both times I sat in their lobby for 45 minutes. Liked the dentist but got better things to do then sit in their lobby.

This was my first visit to Aspen Dental and it was one of the most pleasant dental visits Ive had. My appointment was on time, the staff was caring & attentive and everyone went above & beyond to perform my dental needs. I will definitely be referring family and friends!

My Daughter had a tooth ache, we called Aspen Dental and they had an opening next day about 30 min from our home. We went and they were able to numb the pain and take care of her issue that day! The experience from check in, to check out was the most pleasant visit to the Dentist we had ever had. Everyone at Aspen were so nice, kind and sympathetic! My daughter always hated to go to the Dentist. After our visit to Aspen she feels comfortable and excited about returning. THANK YOU ASPEN DENTAL

Aspen dental in Hamilton Ohio is amazing! They made me feel very comfortable. They were the most efficient dentistry office that Ive ever been too. I did not think I had a chance to achieve a better smile, but theyre making it possible. Highly recommend!

It’s like going to a car lot where they go through their speech and try to sell you the best of everything, in this case the over priced dental work. Big companies like this use the same scheme. I’ll never go back or recommend.

The experience was wonderful. The personnel seemed very competent and friendly.It was my first time there and I believe shortly after their reopening the quarantine and they were running very behind. Other than that the appointment was great.The office manager helped me a great deal with the pricing on the work I need done.

Dr Huff and the staff are great to work with. I had 4 extractions done with minimal discomfort and pricing for my partials was fair amd will be using Aspen for my future routine care.

I like ASPEN DENTAL. The ONLY RECURRING ISSUE WITH THEM IS: They NEVER GET MY DENTAL INFO THAT IS SENT FROM MY OTHER DENTIST, ( my Periodontist), by E-mail, or by Regular Mail. After MANY ATTEMPTS FROM MY PERIODONTIST, & MYSELF, ASPEN Dentals Dentist FINALLY FOUND THE DENTAL RECORDS( Info ), THAT HAD BEEN E-mailed, & SENT REGULAR MAIL, Several times, by my PERIODONTIST OFFICE. I DO LIKE that they TAKE MY DENTAL INSURANCE, & DO MOSTLY GOOD DENTAL WORK! The ASSISTANTS, & OFFICE STAFF are VERY NICE, HARDWORKING PEOPLE, also! I GIVE THE HAMILTON, OH ASPEN DENTAL 4 OUT OF 5 STARS RATING. Thank You! MJR. 😄

I loved Wendy. She was amazing. But they did not fix my tooth pain. They only wanted to clean my teeth and sale me more. They did not seem as interested in fixing my pain and it still hurts.

They didnt even pull the tooth that was killing me never go back there in 100 years!

Very friendly and happy with the doctors work, BUT be careful if you have dental insurance. Be sure you personally obtain a pre-determination in writing exactly what your insurance will cover. I allow the representative at Aspen to call and get the insurance information and I was told my insurance would cover everything and I would not have to pay anything and signed a paper to that fact. I had to pay $358.00. Live and learn.

I had been going to a dentist that had pulled my last remaining upper teeth in October. They never turned in my 2nd insurance to get approval for my dentures and would not give me a partial for my bottom teeth.My cousin recommended Aspen Dental, I called them the next morning and got in the same day. Both of my insurances were called and covered that same day. And they gave me my full dentures for the top and my partial for the bottom. I highly recommend them.

I liked the outcome of it , Now waiting for next visit Too see how it goes,And then I will know more about it. So far I like it.

Everything seems crammed into too small of a space to start with. The staff other than the dentist is very nice he was gruff and didn’t listen to my problem and assumed that all my issues were from my gingivitis. Which brings us to the fact that they want to charge enough to buy a decent used car. I will go to one of my local dentists and have the X-rays sent there. Yes I was approved by the dental loan company but that isn’t the point nothing was done for my teeth other than measuring the gaps of my gums.

The staff was awesome. The dentist was great. I would recommend Aspen Dental to every one I know. Terrific dental care and emergency appointments are taken right away. I had no wait. Excellent service just excellent.

I had a wire broken on my partial plate and needed it repaired as soon as possible.. my dentist was out of town until next Thursday.9/5/19 so I called Aspen to see if they could fix it for me. They were very helpful and saw me immediately and I got it repaired very fast. I am so thankful for their help and the lab person did a great job with my repair

I needed a tooth extracted, made an appointment, got an approximate price, scheduled it for a Saturday so my daughter could bring me seeing how I was recouperating from a hospitalization for severe vertigo caused by the abscessed tooth. Was on time and was told that appt. was only consultation, not extraction. Was told I could wait stand by which could be hours but wouldnt do that to my daughter. Then had to wait for a more accurate price and was told $265 which was double of what I was quoted on the phone $135-$150 because my tooth had a root canal. I never did see a dentist! I told them I would reschedule but by that time I was so frustrated and angry I dont know what Im going to do. I dont really have any confidence in a business that treats their clients in that manner.

Dr. Martin and his staff went above and beyond my expectations making sure I was comfortable and confident through the entire process. I hate going to the dentist. However, when I woke up with horrible tooth pain I had to choose somewhere to go. I am so glad that I found Dr. Martin and Aspen Dental. He was focused on making me feel better and not on trying to sell me expensive cosmetic procedures.

Very busy, to many people in & around areas in office. Seem more like getting customers than dealing more with each customer. Need to focus more on each persons needs. Felt like I was @ a grocery store and even one was needing different stuff. Im not use to that.

Beware this is not a typical dentist. They do not clean your teeth on the 1st visit. They make their money from providing services that are not necessary and expensive. Total ripoff. Went for a routine check up and cleaning. I was told I needed special cleaning by the hygienist, but the dentist said my teeth were in great shape. They refused to give me the routine cleaning and said they could only do a treatment that would be about$300 and not covered by my insurance. The place is not very clean and smells bad also. I dont understand how this place stays in business.

I had an emergency and they went above and beyond to get me in the day before I left for my cruise. The doctor was the absolute best and made me feel very comfortable and explained everything before he did it. I would recommend him and his friendly staff to anyone that wants the absolute best care.

The dental assistants were really nice, but they were unable to complete the entire purpose of my visit. An appointment that was initially only going to be an hour to and hour and a half turned into 3 hours due to poor scheduling.The dentist and all the staff were definitely working really hard, they just need to ensure that schedules are kept.

I had a 2:15 appointment and I had to wait 40 minutes! Meanwhile, everyone in the waiting room went ahead of me even the people who arrived after me. When I asked what is taking so long, they said something about they jjust gave the paperwork to the dentist! Poor service, and will not go back !

Office staff got me in for an emergency. I was able to have work done the same day. Office manager was very helpful in recommending a dental savings plan for upcoming procedures. The dentist was professional and informative. I will use this location for checking ups in the future.

As a third shift worker, I very much appreciate their early morning appointment availability. Having a 7 or 8 a.m. appointment allows me to stop in after work, take care of business and head home for a good nights (days) sleep. The staff was surprisingly friendly and attentive making for a very pleasant atmosphere..

I went to Aspen Dental in Hamilton Ohio to have a top denture made back in November of 2019. I felt confident with using Aspen Dental at the time until they made my denture and ot had 13 teeth on it and it was uneven all over. The teeth were placed wrong in the denture. I recently moved back to Florida and visited Aspen in Bartow and told them about the nightmare I had been facing. They made me a complete new denture at no cost because of what Hamilton Aspen did to me. I advise people to never use Aspen in Hamilton. I also had an infection in my gums they missed during the teeth pulling process which caused weeks of uncontrolable pain.

Extremely Professional. From the x-rays to the exam I felt very comfortable. The dentist was very informative and polite. I never felt pressured or awkward due to the lack of insurance and the price was very reasonable. I love the honest no hassle approach. I would recommend it to anyone.

I went for a cleaning. The appointment was on time. The tech was cheerful. She did a fine job of cleaning. I made my next 6 month cleaning. I recommend this location.

Initially I was worried with the work done, but it all worked out. The dental assistants were very nice and thorough with the cleaning and the x-rays. The dentist I had wasnt very friendly and was straight to business with little explanation, which looking back now, was understandable given the number of patients that he had. He was fast and efficient with the work, but showed no empathy with the pain that was being caused with the drilling.Overall, Im happy with the outcome. I will come back to Aspen.Edit: Second VisitVery friendly staff and dentist this time around. I had a general inspection and x-ray without the work this time, but it was very pleasant.

Fast to get people in and friendly service and environment. Had my upper plate done just over 2 years ago and went back this year for the lower plate. Upon my second visit to get a wax impression the dentist said hed realign my upper plate for free so that itd match up with the new lower plate. I thought what great service. Now 2 weeks later he tells me itll cost me almost 300 to get that done. Other than that little slap in the face theyre a great place to go where the docs and dental assistants really strive to do a great job.

I had two teeth added to an existing partial. In less than six months one of the teeth has fallen from the plate. The tooth in question did not break - its still intact. When I called to schedule to have the tooth reattached to the partial the receptionist was very, very rude and argumentative, stating since the original partial was not made by them (Aspen) they were not responsible. She further stated Aspen does not give guarantees of that kind of work. I replied that this should have been told to me upfront. And if that were the case I would have shopped around. She replied that was not her problem. And if I wanted the work done,Id have to pay $124.00. At NO point during the conversation did she offer any words of comfort or try the make it a pleasant interaction. I asked to speak to the Manager. After a 2-3 minute wait (Im assuming our conversation was shared with her) the Manager, April, took my call. She immediately started our conversation with the policy point regarding repairing non-Aspen partials. I again, repeated my statement that I should have been told of the policy upfront - before the work was done. She told me that I had been given this information and basically called me a liar. As with the initial conversation, she was rude and very confrontational. The experience was totally unprofessional. It no point was an attempt made to settle the matter in a equatable manner. There was no offer to split the difference of the cost of reattaching the tooth to the partial. I was totally floored by the lack of civility displayed by both staff members.1. My wish is to have the the tooth reattached to the partial. I am willing to pay 1/2 of the cost of the repair. 2. Knowing that this is very unlikely, Im hoping that your company engages both staff members in professional customer interaction and diplomacy - because both are giving you a public relation beat-down!!

Everything was explained to me on what was wrong with my teeth and what needed to be done to make it better. I was given the choice to decide what I wanted to do. No pressure. I made my decision and they started doing what needed to be done. I have had a good experience at the Middletown Aspen Dental.

The Staff was very Professional and Kind.The Office was clean and in a good location.

My son did not receive any pain control treatment, only a diagnosis with X-ray and a pain pill prescription. The charge of $169 was extreme to say the least!

The nurses and the ladies at the front desk were extremely kind but the Dr that seen me was incredibly rude. He told my mother that she was interfering when she asked a question. And he was very short with me, he just seemed like he was ready to get in and get out as quickly as possible. I will not be seeing him again.

I needed and had 3 wisdom teeth extracted today, The oral surgeon did amazing job with extracting them (no pain) and made me feel very comfortable and also the front desk ladies where very sweet and very helpful with any questions i needed answered !

I am thrilled with my new smile. Went in with lots of decay and discoloration.It took a while (4 mos) but boy was it worth it.I have a smile that I wish I had done 20 years ago.cleaning Root canals,fillings and finally 4 front teeth of beautiful whiteness.Very nice competent dentists and technical support Couldnt be happier.

I am a person whose afraid of the dentist. I have had so many bad bad experiences until going to that dentist would give me fears. I can say this was the first time ever where I went and was not afraid. The staff took really good care of me. The doctor Mr Tim was amazing he talked to me about what he was going to do and gave me step by step of what he was going to do. I recommend Dr Tim 100% thank you Aspen you did good!

Very bad experience! First off they canceled my appointment FOUR times in a row because the dentist somehow wasnt working on all 4 of the days I rescheduled to. Secound, even worse is my dad had a crown done from them and had to have it fixed a 2 times. Even better is it fell out! It hasnt even been one year. I highly recommend you find a dentist that cares about their clients time and well-being. Because they most certainly do not.

Everyone I spoke with were very nice, compassionate, and took time to listen to me. They werent able to get me approved for replacement dentures, but they didnt judge me or my financial situation. Nor did they make me feel insignificant, like most places do.

We were the first patients for an 8 am appointment. We waited over a half an hour to be brought back. Would hate to have been there at 2 to see how far behind they could of been. The hygienists spent about 3 to 5 minutes cleaning my kids teath. The dentist stood over my child stuck one finger in his mouth and said he looks good. Spent 30 seconds with him. Will not be wasting my time with them any longer. This was our first and last visit.

Very disappointed. New patient scheduled for cleaning. They had my wife wait for 30 minutes, took x-rays, tried to up-sell her on getting a cancer screening, wisdom teeth removal, fluoride treatment, all of which, not covered by our insurance. After all this they only completed the x-rays and stated that we had to schedule another appointment to actually get the teeth cleaning done, which is why we scheduled the appointment in the first place. I would absolutely not recommend this dental chain. Under the impression that they care more about up-selling than the patients well being. Sincerely.

Horrible service. First I made a appointment in the colerain location. When I Arrived they said they did not accept my Insurance at that location, the refer me to Hamilton, once again horrible service. I was waiting for almost 2 hour. I walked out with my application.

Then i needed a root canal and they were able to schedule my that friday! They office is very nice and make you feel comfortable. Its nice to go to a dentist that actually care about the patient and their needs to get them out of pain. Great doctors would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!
