Brought my elderly grandmother to get covid booster and the woman in the pharmacy was giving us a hard time about getting it. Someone we know had gone there to get their booster at 7 months, and it was no problem. We figured it wouldnt be a problem for her to get it at 7 months either but i guess it depends on who you deal with. This woman was very rude and we walked out. She didnt even have her mask over her nose.

I love the Rite Aid hamden store. They are friendly and nice but today I went and buy soda. Register girl is young she is rude. She throw the my change. I like pharmacy steffs.They are nice but not the front register

Went for a pick up it was not ready. then it wasnt complete i have to go back the next day. still called the next day still not ready

Pharmacy is exceptionally professional, efficient and helpful. The store has a surprisingly large variety of stock not usually found in a typical drug store. You can find a quick gift or food item. The front checkout is slow but they open another register to help with a line.

I called the pharmacist at Rite Aid before I went to my doctor appointment, so I could ensure that they could fill my script before my doctor submitted my script to them. I informed the pharmacist that it would be a cash sale. After 5 phone calls and waiting 3 days, the pharmacist tells me they can not get my medicine. I called stop and shop and they are filling my script. Rite Aid is useless.

Pharmacist thinks he’s a doctor and directly contradicted my neurologist’s advice and directly impeded a Covid vaccine research study being done through Yale.Here’s some advice - recognize your lack of knowledge on the subject and actually call the neurologist.This pharmacist shouldn’t be dispensing skittles.

A very typical Rite Aid store with a large selection of health and beauty products. The parking lot is one way in and one way out, so be careful as you come upon the store from Dixwell that you do not miss the entrance. They have a drive thru if needed.

I hate being followed around a store when i shop.. Thats all i will say..

Too slow!!! Too much waiting at front as much as for pharmacy.

Always slow checkout. Anytime I see one particular employee working I turn around and go to Walgreens instead.

The wait for the pharmacy is RIDICULOUS! Only 1 register open and about 10 people on the lines. The wait is about 5 minutes per person so it turns into a VERY long wait. I went after 5pm.

Terrible experience with the photo service!!
