Great service. The doctors are amazing. I am not sure whats up with the negative reviews.

Unprofessional staff who needs training, negligent doctors, and theres no accountability for their actions. Doctors dont care about their patients, and do not see the patient as a whole. I was misdiagnosed and treated incorrectly, and after spending so much money at this clinic, there was no accountability. The patient is just a number and a statistic they try to fit in a box. Staff is extremely rude (they need training), and doctors arent keeping with current medical discovers and have no vested interest in being good doctors, barely maintaining status quo. Doctors should be held accountable for their actions and patients should feel safe and like they are being cared for by the doctors. I did not feel safe in this clinic and would not trust my health nor body in the hands of these doctors.

I do not recommend choosing this place! Bringing life into this world is suppose to be a special experience. I’ve been with this practice for years but it’s changed, the staff is VERY rude! The doctors (because you have to see them all) seems they don’t really know you, your pregnancy, and rush throughout your appointment. And don’t you dare have concerns or questions because they will be dismissed. There is a huge disconnection with moms to be in this place, don’t waste your time.

I dont understand why there are so many negative reviews, because I have never had a bad experience here. Dr. Acharya is by far the best ob/gyn I have visited. I have never had a bad experience with the staff and the office has a very relaxing atmosphere.

After dealing with multiple providers, no one tried to help at all. They would usually dismiss my symptoms and leave the room after 5 minutes. Rude staff after trying to set up a follow up appointment. Did not help at all and just attitude throughout the entire phone call. Called 3 times after that to set up an appointment and to this day I have no heard back from them. I also tried talking to them about birth control options and they literally shoved Nexplanon, down my throat. I switched about 4 times providers and they all told me the same, even the medical assistants.

I have been a loyal patient for years with Dr. Aversa-she is awesome BUT, EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL RUDEEEEEE STAFF, not sure who they think they are but its pretty pathetic for other women to speak to clients a certain way. I am disgraced that they did not consider my health concern a priority and had the audacity to hang up in my face lol. I think its time to retrain this staff.. customer service is obviously not a priority to this business, neither is human decency.

Often long wait times (currently waiting 50 minutes so far for my appointment). Try to force the Mirena birth control on you even after saying no multiple times. Doctors didnt care when I said I believed I was anemic, then at my next blood panel months later they suggested I take iron to supplement for being anemic. Dismiss any of your own concerns. I wish I switched practiced before this pregnancy. Too many doctors and they force you to try and see them all so its like a stranger everytime. Ive been coming here 4 years and not happy.

I absolutely love this practice .I started seeing them in spring of 2016, got married and got pregnant shortly after .I met with all of the doctors through my appts (only one I didn’t care for ) through my labor and delivery which wasn’t normal or by any means average , I saw 3 of the drs , and Dr. Grosso delivered my baby via cesarean. He was amazing through the entire process . He was my dr for over 24 hours which I loved , and my husband loved him. They communicate wonderfully .Even through my pregnancy and my post-partum, everything was amazing and I look forward to sticking with them and having another child through them.I know several friends who go to them , and that’s how I decided to check them out initially .I highly recommend them!!!
