I am relatively new to the area and this office was recommended to me by a friend. I was so pleased with how quickly they were able to get me in when I called at the beginning of the year for a physical! I met with Stephanie and she was incredibly pleasant and attuned to my needs. In fact, everyone there has been so personable and wonderful to interact with! When I recently needed a routine test for volunteering they worked with me to get me in that week. Very happy and would definitely recommend this office!

The doctors are wonderful and so is most of the staff however the front desk staff especially on the phone are very very rude.

Always greeted warmly. Able to get appointments quickly that work for my schedule. My APRN is so caring and really listens to any and all concerns I may have. The entire staff is wonderful.

Ive been going to this group for more than 10 years and they are excellent. Dr Ranani is wonderful!!!!!

I dont know who these people talk to but Ive been going to Dr Rananni( Pro Health Physicians on upper Dixwell Ave) for many years and she is excellent and has a wonderful bedside manner. Her staff is friendly and helpful and the people at the desk are efficient and treat people with courtesy and respect.

Whomever answers the phone is one of the rudest people I have ever spoken to. Do you make house calls? What do you mean? What is that? I have never heard of that A house call? My elderly grandma cant come to you, can you come to us ::snickers:: No we dont do that Do you know any doctors in the immediate area that do? Nope. ... p.o.s.

Never can get an appt when sick. Told to go to a walk in
