So on 12/26/2019 I received a call from a recruiter Ann . She ask me all these questions and even made me fill out online application. One of the questions was did I own a car. Now Im sure thats a financial question which is a red flag because its a start to financial discrimination . But she didnt inform me that it was a requirement. So we set a interview up for today 12/27. One the person that was there was not at all welcoming. The first thing she said was your early . Apparently they dont communicate about upcoming interviews. So the only thing did was take my IDs and inform me there wouldnt be any work for me because I do not have car. Which is illegal unless you have Passenger Insurance . So if you dont have a car dont waist your time they dont hire experience or good nurse . They hire Uber drivers who know how to change a diaper. I had gotten an alert about a position that was open for northaven ct and I asked the receptionist she transferred me to some lady and the lady ask me did I get interview I stated no I said I didn’t an application so she was looking for it than she found it and was laughing and saying you did not get pick for a position at our company you was denied and she didn’t tell me why I guess I didn’t meet the qualifications when I’m a certified nurse assistant and it was for a personal assistant jobs . Very unprofessional I didn’t see what was funny but everything worked out for the best I’m too qualified for that position.Remind you this was the Hamden ct Office .

The women in the front room with the glasses was VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.The recruiting should be done differently and if you’re only hiring specific people SPECIFICLY say that ! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE
