Dolce Vida has been my lifeline for 10 years. Scott and his team are the best in the business and you cant go wrong there. Their level of professionalism is off the charts not to mention they make you feel like family. The filler injection left big bruise under my eye that doesn’t go away and that’s over 3 months later I still have it. The under eye area was overfilled. The follow up appointments didn’t solve the problem. I was told there is nothing else they can do. I didn’t pay for the service to look worse than before the filler. I learned my lesson not to trust any medical spa and I rather pay more but see board certified doctor.

Not only was front office staff amazing but Nichole was beyond awesome! So patient and guided me step by step through the process, most importantly the overall turnout of procedures was incredible! Highly recommend!!!

This is as bad a medical service of any kind that Ive been to. They use low price heavy promotions to lure people in. Then you realize why the ads are low priced. The service is rude and incompetent. They cant even manage to accurately keep phone numbers addresses. So, they of course dont verify identity when i call so anybody could be calling getting my info. They randomly decide to leave early so Ive gone there for appointments and everyone has been gone with the place locked up. The people doing procedures are of poor quality. I dont think theres ever been an MD in the office when Ive been there. I had a procedure done there that Ive had ongoing problems from. When I called to tell them I was having problems from their procedure and needed a follow up, they suddenly didnt want to know me and never return my calls to schedule. This is a disaster of a medical service. Its definitely not worth any low ball price they may try to bait and switch with.

I am a new client and had the absolute best experience with Lima. The results are amazing. I felt comfortable and safe. I will definitely now be a returning loyal customer!

Very disappointed in the service I received here. I went back in to consult about my results that I wasnt satisfied with and they expected me to pay again when my problem area wasnt even addressed. Im in the service industry and this isnt how these issues should be handeled.

Botox is low quality, treatments dont last, office manager ignores your calls until you post negative feedback then she replies with total lies countering your concerns. Spend your money somewhere who stands behind their work.

My first visit here was Ok. It didnt exceed any expectations! I was told if I purchased a series of treatments I would see better results. Well 6th and Last Venus Freeze for me.The only noticeable difference was my wallet was smaller. The more annoying part was that I was shifted from girl to girl and different locations for each visit except my first, that was actually performed by a doctor. Please do your research before any med spa services.This place charms you on the first visit but never again.
