I was a new patient and I saw Sara. She was very professional and thorough. I appreciated the short wait time. She gave me a brochure to help understand my diagnoses, and as a healthcare professional, I know how helpful pamphlets can be, it’s hard to remember everything. She also gave me a great hand cream to try, which is actually much larger than sample size, everyone loves a treat to go home with! The girls at the front office were very pleasant and helpful. I definitely recommend.

This practice is great for both adults and children. Wide variety of office hours. The practitioners and staff are kind and have excellent bedside manners. Highly recommend.

Love Dr Sherline. She’s an awesome and thorough doctor. At a routine skin check office visit she picked up on a very small abnormality that turned out to be melanoma. Because it was very early they were able to get it all without spreading. Still on the 5 year protocol but feel very confident in her hands and skill.

The staff were great and made me feel comfortable. Very knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to know about my condition.

Dr. Sara and her PA were awesome. Short wait, looked at the issue I had going on, did a minor test in the office and gave her recommendation and prescribed me a medication. They were attentive, right to the point, and had me out of there in no time! Was a positive experience all the way around!!

Dr. Gohara is a wonderful doctor. She’s extremely knowledgeable, professional and proactive. You won’t find any better. The office staff is pleasant, my wait time after checkin is usually very reasonable @10 minutes.

Your staff was extremely helpful and positive. I would like to suggest that perhaps an on line pre-registration prior to one’s appointment would be helpful in order for those folks who need time to read, understand and complete forms. This process felt a bit rushed. Otherwise I had an excellent experience and would recommend your practice unreservedly.

My wife and I have both been going to Dr. Sherline for years. She is extremely skilled, and she has detected skin cancers on me that I had not been aware of. Just as important as her being an excellent dermatologist, she is one of the nicest people I have ever met and one of the few doctors who apologize for keeping me waiting (and she means it). I have recommended her to friends, and I feel very lucky to be in her care.

Horrible, the wait time is ridiculously long to see a doctor if you get to see a doctor and when you actually see one you’re in their very crowded waiting room waiting for close to an hour before you see anyone. Front desk is always on their phones, they scream your information out so everyone can hear, the doctors rush through your visit, you don’t get a call back when you ask to speak with a doctor it’s always their nursing staff who sound angry. And all this place wants to do is get your money and cut everything off of you for a cost. The exam rooms the walls have to be thin cause you can hear everything from the next patients visit to the staff laughing and joking. This place is a scam and a joke!

Dr Castiglione is a wonderful, kind & talented doctor. He took out a basal cell on my nose with very little noticeable scars. The staff are also kind & helpful

The staff at the facility were very polite and professional from the receptionist to the PCA to the doctor. Dr. Gohara came in immediately I was not waiting in the exam room for more than 2-3 minutes. She quickly diagnosed my issue and made appropriate recommendations. She also gave me excellent advice on follow up treatment.I would highly recommend this practice.

I dont believe I have ever left an online review for any service before, but my experience was so outstanding that I had to in this case. Dr. Gohara and Destiny made me feel comfortable and we even had a few laughs. Very responsive and supportive staff!

Fantastic office experience even with everyone still wearing masks, you could sense the comradery amongst the staff. I witnessed to patients get upset over their wait time, but the staff kept a calm demeanor in answering them and getting an answer as to when they would finally be seen. Celina at the front desk was fantastic. The staff who called on me and then APRN Lindita Vinca, listened to my answers to their questions and provided me with solutions. Again a fantastic experience, throughout the visit.

I wish I could give them zero stars! they were unable to manage an Ipledge/accutaine prescription, failing to set up an account three months in a row but charging for her urine pregnancy test and visit every time! they are incompetent and wouldnt even apologize for the errors.

If I could give this practice zero stars, I would. I brought my daughter here for treatment of her acne. After other treatments failed, we expressed interest in starting accutane. This is quite a process for a female patient but we were prepared for it. This office and their staff was NOT. They just could not do anything right. They wanted bloodwork that was not needed by the system or in the most recent recommendations for this medication. They could not do the iPledge reporting correctly and this caused my daughter to be dropped from the system. Every visit was ended with their assurance that they were going to enter the information and that things would progress to the next step. This did not happen. I can not adequately express my level of anger and frustration with their complete incompetence. News flash - acne in a teenager is an emotional issue that causes significant stress for them. I got the impression from this office that they didnt care at all about my daughter. No accountability and utter incompetence. DO NOT use this practice for acne treatment.

I give Dr. Sherline four stars. I would give her 6 stars if I could but office needs to get a new Billing Office. Trying to get through to pay your bill and needing assistance from the clinical office instead was a horrible experience. I say fire the Billing Office. You have to wait a week before they get back to you.

Everyone was courteous and informative and quick to respond.
