Signed up one week before the visit. But when came, had to wait more than an hour, sitting in a room with sick and coughing people. It is not normal !!!I would also like to add that in this institution, employees who directly take tests do not observe hygiene. Everything looks so beautiful in a mask in a dressing gown with gloves, only when they start taking tests it is not going to and does not treat hands with alcohol or antiseptic only after you ask this to happen this is a very important remark pay attention to this

July 20, 2021. I called the day before and inquired about walk-ins and was told walk-ins are welcomed. When I arrived this morning the clinician working in the lobby said, we dont have any appointments. I responded that walk-ins are accepted. She tried to discourage me from waiting. Oh I dont know when you will be called and you have to wait in your car until someone calls you. About 15 minutes later I get a call to come to room #. I go in and the same clinician did not let me in she said have a seat i think shes busy. Smh! Please.someone train her! Otherwise excellent service.

Very disorganized; they were running an hour behind. They were taking people who came in late before others that were waiting and consequently, appointment was delayed further.I have been a long standing patient at Quest but attended the lab center off Hallandale Blvd. it no longer takes patients foe various lab studies. It is a shame. I will likely look for another center because one is run extremely poorly.

Sitting here waiting, they are late 40 minutes from my appointment and no one can tell you how long you will wait . There is a lady that they are late for an hour . No chairs out side . The room Over flow !

We did our blood test this morning and I have to say that Quest in Hallandale Beach was great. Super well organized and fast! Allison did a great job, she was really careful and professional with Mom & me! Thanks Allison! I would also like to thank Michelle, the Hallandale beach center supervisor, for giving us an early appointment to have our lab tests done and in a record time! Thanks Michelle for being so expeditious!

They are a bunch of thieves that will try to charge you for something you did not authorize or even know about. Highly unethical.

Waiting time 3 to 4 hours

Ive had labs done here twice in the past 6 months. Excellent service both times. Much nicer and cleaner than the Sheridan Street location in Hollywood.

The worst place ever!

This is my 2nd and last time to this location. The personal at the door, only ask 1 question, do you have an appointment. If you tell her your a walk in, wrong answer and will not give any help or information on when walk-ins are accepted. The website states upon availability. The waiting room is empty and on to personal workers are in there watching TV. Giving 3 stars due to seeing the Supervior the first time, in which was very hospitable and courtesy. You can only get to her once you get past the two Bouncers at the door.

Horrible customer service etiquette. Have people waiting long periods of time when there is no one in the back testing. Horrible experience every time I have to come here! They need to train their front desk employees better customer service skills. Very unfriendly and rude staff. They don’t even look at you!

My experience with this facility was great! I went in as a walk in at 730am, place was empty and I got right in. My mom said as she waited people came in and were tended to just as fast. My phlebotomist was also excellent. I had a ton of blood taken and didnt do so well and she took great care of me and got me through the process comfortably

Absolute worst customer service experience possible. The employees have zero customer service skills and are very rude to paying customers and are extremely lazy. The employees at this location do not want to work. This place should be shutdown, avoid coming at all costs.

Great experience at this Quest! Took my toddler in for a blood test, Miriam was excellent with him. Make sure to make an appointment, they kept to the time - otherwise the wait looks like it could be long.

Dee (the manager) is the best!! Runs the lab testing with extreme diligence and caring! Best customer service. Gets me in and out with great professionalism. Shes makes it the best location.

I went this morning for a tolerance glucose test that takes 3 hours all togheter and I had to fast. It was a little hard but Dee made it seem so easy. She was kind, professional and very nice. She is multitasking, she can do 3 things in the same time 😂. Thank you so much, you do a great job!P.S. if u dont have an appoitment it may take a long wait but thats the only minus I can see at this place. Highly recommended.

Having been to this location several times, I only have great things to say about staff. They are efficient; kind, experienced.l and very pleasant.I am a really hard patient to locate veins in but they are up to the task.Suggest to always make an appointment and avoid mornings and Monday!

Most of the staff are very kind, but others no.This place is very important for every person because is the first step to have a result from any pain, doubt; disease and .. . The company closes at 3:30pm and for a reason when you look it on line says 4pm. So be aware.

This place is a jewel in terms of parking, personal courtesy, professionalism and cleanliness, BUT, the waiting for walk ins is absurd!!!! I waited 3 hours today, from 930 am to 1230 pm. I suffer from a severe gastritis and fasting until 1pm was intolerable. I had a head ache all day long.I did tried to make an appointment, but there were no appointments for the next week but after 2pm, neither in this facility nor in the one in Aventura. Lab-quest management, please, do something about this!

Been here 2 times everytime I was in and out within 20 minutes. You can sign in before your actual appointment and they’ll take you before the appointment time. I’ve been places like this where you had to wait easily an hour or 2 this is a great place to get blood work or drug tests done! 💯

Pretty neat, relatively quick (if you know & follow their process only by immediately entering on the tablet your info upon arrival), service is courteous and helpful.

I went today to get my glucose test (because of my pregnancy) and both ladies that took care of me were extremely caring. They made sure that I was feeling okay (even though I was not and I was extremely nauseaus) and they treated me awesome. Im so happy I came to this lab.

Walked in with no appointment and was in and out within 15mins. Very friendly staff and polite staff. Highly recommended.

I went to this office and staff is nice BUTTHEY ASKED ME FOR MY CREDIT CARD BECAUSE I HAVE A DEDUCTIBLE FROM MY INSURANCE AND THEY HAD AN ESTIMATED AMOUNT ABOUT MY COPAYMENTAnd they said That my credit card won’t be charged. The staff of this Quest location is beyond compare attentive, efficient and caring. As a walk-in I was in and out in 15 min. I live in Aventura, where I went yesterday with an appointment and was treated rudely and inefficiently. Will always go back to Hallandale when I need blood work

This is the best Quest Ive been to. The customer service is excellent and everyone is helpful and super kind. No long waits and they actually honor appt. times. Feels more like a clean, doctors office than a Quest Diagnostics.

Super fast. The people attending you were super nice! I had an appointment and showed up a few minutes late and was worried, and I was called in right away. They were really helpful to accommodate to anything I needed. Much cleaner and nicer than the other quests near me. Worth the 18 minute drive. Beacause the ones in aventura and north miami are a nightmare.

Inconsiderate staff, take forever to call, I waited over 2 + hours. They were chatting too much with each other and not doing their work properly.Even though I was a walk in, they were just a few appointments no excuse as to why they took such a long time to take care of the people waiting. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Dee the phlebotomist was very nice and warm. I was a little early for appointment ,but the office seems to know how to keep a good flow. No pun intended.

Wait was terrible, they expect you to have an appointment or wait 2 hours. Its pretty impossible to make an appointment for a random drug test. I will never go to another quest unless I have no choice. Other places Ive been test only take 5 mins. They move super slow and it takes about 30 mins per person!

I am a former HC favility site surveyor so naturally, I am a bit apprehensive about where I personally go to receive care and related services. I must say this lab location is of the highest quality! The technician was very thorough, gentle, conscienciious, and professional! Didnt even leave a mark and painless. I was informed and understood about every test sample being drawn. The facility is very clean and easy to find with good parking. Its in a good location. I felt very safe. As well, was happy that it was modern, quiet & peaceful in the wait area...no muzak, just low volume TV and that as a walk in, I received prompt and courteous sevices. Thank you so much for your very professional care!

This location is disgusting, gross and not clean. They only have one person pulling blood and the place is packed. I arrived 30 minuets before my appointment I have now been waiting over an hour and a half. And the staff is rude on top of that. I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. I only pray I don’t catch something while I’m here.

I am a very picky person and customer service is very important to me. Today I was taken care by delicia with so much care, with so much empathy. Shes is a wonderful person to deal with, I have been to quiet a few quest offices by this is the best. I normally get stick with the needle more than 4 times but today Delicia has so much dedication and experience that it only took one stitck. I am very happy I was assisted by Delicia.

Deposited sputum for testing with my doctors prescription December 27, 2017 -14 days ago-. I never got my test result. When I asked Quest for the result, they kept sending me December 26, 2017 results that have nothing to do with the sputum testing??? I do need my sputum result for my doctors appointment the day after tomorrow, please!
