This office is amazing! The staff here is extremely nice and helpful. Sharon, Dr. D, Juana and all of the assistants are great. This is the best sage dental I have been to thus far. Highly recommend!!

Everyone was polite and friendly. However, unless you are rich an ordinary person like me, cannot afford to be treated here. I needed a tooth pulled, and it would have been over 900 dollars. I am happy this place exists for those who can offord to pay.

Dr. Dejanovic and her staff are AMAZING! I have neglected my dental care for years because of crippling anxiety and fear of dentists. Well, that is no longer the case. They took such good care of me, I have overcome my fears. Dr. D is so communicative and explains the process so well, I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else. I did not find it exceedingly expensive compared to other dental practices, and all charges are explained throughly. Don’t let Dr. D’s youthful appearance give you the wrong impression, she is an excellent, highly professional and experienced provider. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!

Would like to world know about the kind of ‘service’ SAGE DENTAL Hallandale offers.I’m FRUSTRATED , UPSET , enraged and totally 100 % disappointed !! .I sharing an email I sent to them expressing how I’m feeling, the way I was treated and what I’m expecting from them .Please read ahead …. “ Im writing this letter to bring your attention that Im not by any means satisfied, as a matter of fact Im very UPSET! with the quality of DENTAL SERVICES provided at your office SAGE DENTAL HALLANDALE.Ive been attending to several appointments at my personal working hours (lunch time included) and after several visits none of the work has been done properly.*A crown was wrong in first place ( I had to ask for permission at work to suit your working hours; adifficult task to accomplish)*the NightGuard was filed wrong , it does not fit properly after several attempts by the dentist.*I got a tooth worked on, apparently with a cavity that personally didnt cause me any pain and after the worked done its causing me hypersensitivity after 2 months of treatment.*I got several months with a visible hole and after many dental impressions and futile visits it never came out right!*Not to mentioned that the NightGuard was ordered before the crown was done !.. How it would possible fit ??I had reasonable expectations and SAGE DENTAL but know Im completely disappointed . I expected a quality service! not less than that!.At this point Im undoubtedly expecting a full refundfor the NightGuard as per your lack of professionalism and consideration .my tooth hurts a lot !The crown come out wrong fitting at every visit …At this point I lost faith and trust in this people!!Im looking forward to getting an immediate reply from your office !!…”PLEASE SHARE AND LET EVERYBODY KNOW !!Thank you ! 🙏

Excellent care! I went in to get my permanent retainer removed. It was removed and my new retainer was ready by end of day. The orthodontist was so nice and took the best care of me. Highly suggested dental group!.

Ive been to this location twice and both times I was very impressed! First I went to have my teeth cleaned, second time I had an inflammation in my mouth that had to be taken care of. All technicians taking care of me were very helpful and cheerful, check-in was smooth and quick and my doctor (Rafaela) was very professional and super patient with me. She gave me the anesthetic super slow causing no pain at all! I recommend this place and rate them 5 stars for their amazing service. Thank you again, I will be back!

Hands down, Juana Prince from the Hallandale Sage Dental location is the BEST Dental Hygienist I have ever worked with.She explains in basic terms why its super important not only to brush your teeth, but the gums as well, so not to have Peridontal Disease. She was able to measure my gum pockets with a metal device and told me that I was at a 4; 1-3 are good and 5-6 were very bad (Can have loose teeth and tooth loss, not to mention bacteria throughout the bloodstream).Juana is super friendly and personable- she treats you like an actual HUMAN and not as a number. She will highly recommend dental treatments when warranted and will not shame you if you have not been brushing your teeth as good as you should, but she will mention why its super important to do so.I have worked with Juana for several years and she has never been a disappointment; I feel very relaxed and feel wonderful after my dental treatments. She exudes a lot of POSITIVE energy. Thank you!!!!

Amazing!!!!!Thank you Dr.D, Who would have known that I could have an extraction done with no pain and in ten minutes. My face was literally throbbing. I have been a patient of Sage Dental about 3 years since I moved from NJ where my dentist and staff are a very hard act to follow. I have gone through several personnel changes including the dentist twice now and front desk staff. I have weathered these changes and met another new Dr today whom I like very much and I believe will be caring and attentive to my dental needs. My hygienist is very thorough and friendly. I was very skeptical about returning to a Sage dental after an experience at a different location but this one is not nearly the same. Everyone in the office is welcoming. I overheard the way the talked to other patients and it was nothing short of kind. I could also tell they were genuine. I was treated by Dr. Rafaela Dejanovic and Gladys. I was extremely comfortable. They explained everything as they went along and made sure that I wasnt in any pain. I look forward to continuing my dental services with Dr. D! If youve had less than positive experiences at a Sage dental office dont give up on them. Give Hallandale a trip. You will not regret it.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Check-in was done easily from my car and they called me on my phone when they were ready for me to enter the office. Social distancing was practiced throughout the office. I will be recommending this office to my friends and family.

Worst place we are ever go. Doctor doesn’t know how to treat pregnant patient, we came with extreme tooth pain and left with nothing. My wife was crying couldn’t take the pain and she left with out the help, We are NOT RECOMMENDING this Location.

I would give this place a better rating but each time Ive gone something has happenedMy first visit, they had an emergency so they pushed my appointment back, totally understandable but then another 30 minutes went by and still no call to enter. I call the front desk and they nonchalantly tell me oh yeah you can come inAnyways, after the visit I make a deposit and schedule my next appointment for a month later.My second visit is a disaster. The lady in the front tells me that I have no appointment after verifying my name and birthdate multiple times, even asking me for the appointment card i was given a month ago or what the person who made the appointment looked like?? She basically tells me that they can see me in an hour. I come back in an hour, and she tells me that she also cant find any medical paperwork (which i have filled out multiple times), only for her to find it after i complete the paperwork once again.The visit takes about 4 hours total, i got there at 10 and managed to leave at 2.Then, when its time to check out, they have no record of the deposit i made and even asking for a receipt or record of this??I totally understand when things happen, but the fact that this staff is not apologetic nor sympathetic to my time or money is appalling. The doctor and assistants are super nice but it doesnt make up for the it is what it is kind of attitude the front staff has.If you go here make sure you have the whole day off and the patience to deal with their lack of empathy.

Wonderful office! From the staff members that greet you as soon as you come in to the manager everyone is friendly and make you feel welcomed. I haven’t been to the dentist for 11 years, so I was incredibly nervous coming in. I don’t have dental insurance and they offered me a in house insurance program that I was very skeptical of. Trice at the front desk patiently found the best program for me, saved me over $100 and got me a free standard cleaning in 6 months. So financially I’m very pleased with her patience and clear consideration of that very important factor.Even more importantly, I felt so comfortable with Dr. Mandel. Not only was he very congenial, he also took the time to explain everything involved in the filling I needed, and I asked many uneducated questions. He checked my sensitivity in my teeth and gave me a very comfortable procedure.I was dreading coming in, but am so glad I did! Thanks Sage Dental team!

Best dental place I’ve been to, I have not visited any other dentist since my last visit with them, and refuse to visit any other dentist. Great staff.

My husband had his dentures made there and he looked like a freak. I told them he looked like bozo the clown , the teeth were huge. The dentist went to my house for several weekends, even taking his wife and children with him and tried to make them fit better . It was a no go. Finally my husband went to another dentist and had new ones made. They were gorgeous he looked twenty years younger.

I had dental surgery for an infection I developed on my gums. The procedure went well and I recovered speedily. They charged me for a graft which will fill the gap in my gums which the procedure left. Few weeks later the graft pieces are coming through my gums! Believe it or not! Not to mention the huge hole along my back tooth which I was told it will never happen. In addition, the procedure cost me an arm and a leg! When I went back to ask questions and consult about my problem, I was told that it is my fault, that I dont brush often enough. I do brush at least twice a day. In addition, I had a deep cleaning done which took 15 minutes! I would say that if you are considering this practice...DONT!!!

I first chose Sage Dental because of location and they took my insurance. I like the new dentist, Jonathan Mandel, very much and especially like the 2 assistants who sit in the waiting room and dental assistants, Trina. The place is spotless and I never had to wait long for my appointment.

Big sign Emergencies in front window. Came in 2 hours before closing and they wont even look at me till Friday! Horrible customer service. No doctor can verify a cracked tooth visually without an X-ray. Always a scam thats why they need to send out junk mail every month.

Beautiful office with nice professionals that work there!My dentist of 33 years retired. I have been to Premier for 2 cleanings. They say I need 5 crowns @ their discounted price of $1500 each. Their sales person keeps calling, insisting that I need the crowns done before things get worse. I went to 2 other dentist during this past year. Both dentist told me I do NOT need 5 crowns and charged $1100-$1200 for the same Porcelain crown. Sorry but Premiere has a corporate vibe and are OVERPRICED. Thats not the worse part! The pressure they apply in their sales division is worse than the pressure of getting a cavity filled!These guys are definitely CROOKS compared to the other dentists that I have met with and you will be a number that they need to sell their Overpriced dental work to.

I walked in this dental office for the first time in such a pain,not sure if I will be taken in right away,of course I didnt have dental insurance neither appointment, was there to see if I was ok to be seen by a Doctor to diminish my tooth pain somehow. I was very politely approached by Annie who ask me to wait a second to see if the Dr.could squeeze ne in his busy schedule.Just by doing that accommodated me so much already and the rest of the stuff were so professional and kind.You almost didnt feel like you are at the dentist. Really unhappy with cleaning service!!! I never had cleaning done in 15 min, that is too fast and not professional at all! My teeth were bleeding a lot and it was painful. The cleaning doctor did not offer any suggestions how to clean my teeth properly, he did not greet me as a customer, never gave me any cleaning supplies (dental floss, teeth brush), like other dental clinics do. I feel like it was done in a rush in 15 min! Compering to other dental cleaning I can say this one was the worst experience, sorry...

I’ve had extensive work done at the office and spent thousands of dollars and feel like they are only in it for the money. The doctor himself is amazingly but the staff just doesn’t pat with the doctors. They never know what is going on financially, (will charge you double “by accident”) and when asked for an appointment or any service for the md it’s like they are doing you a favor. Unacceptable. Your better off contenting the MD himself or his dental assistants. Being in the health field myself it’s the staff management that’s the problem. You have to remember the person who answers your phone, the one who greets your patients is the first sign of care and this is where you fail. Fix your front staff, your finical staff and let the doctors be doctors. I would never recommend this office

They proposed a scan to me so I asked them Does my insurance cover it turns out they lied and my insurance didnt cover it and they tried and still try to make me pay. Horrible! Liars! Scammers!

Consumer Alert! Poor billing practices, Unfulfilled commitments made by Medical Professional Do NOT use their services. Dr. Forrest nice person, however, did NOT schedule sufficient time to preform the work needed based on the estimate. Dr Forrest made a personal commitment the day of treatment when HE COULD NOT COMPLETE THE WORK, that I would need to suffer a 2nd appointment but I would not be charged additional due to the problem. He called to follow up on my treatment 2 days later (nice!), and stated again, that I would NOT be charged for the follow up to complete the work.Well - Now ONE YEAR LATER -- after MANY letters providing the documentation to the Office, I am being billed $ 890 - ADDITIONAL billing for DUPLICATED SERVICES ... No one from their office will respond, they refuse to correct the error. I have made every good-faith effort to work with their office and contact to resolve the problem.This is a significant fee - for their error. CONSUMER ALERT!!! Cannot get their Billing office to do the job! And again, as a consumer, this type of Financial Abuse needs to stop!

I am having the same exact problem as Kelsey Holloman. The Dentist told me that i needed five fillings and since i have had two of them done my mouth hasnt been the same... My mouth hurts and aches everyday all day and is very sensitive to both hot and cold foods. I am scared to go back and have her to fix the problem or even have the rest of the work done because i have already been back several times to correct the first issue and that has only made it worst. As far as the staff goes, everyone was very nice and courteous but i would recommend that you STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. because of the very poor work that was done to my mouth i cant even enjoy eating my food anymore

I had a great experience with this dental office.... I’m terrified of dentists but Dr.Jacobs was amazing... I had a large cavity on #7 tooth... I had to get a fill in which was painless and quick... he talked to me the whole time to make sure I was ok and that I felt no pain... I will be back in the weeks to come to remove the root of an extraction that another dentist left behind that gratefully Dr.Jacobs caught.... I know there’s other doctors in the office but I prefer to stay with him, he put me at ease and is very interactive with his patients and my husband is also being seen by him.

Well I went there once to get a cleaning. I did the cleaning and they kept pressuring me to have other services done that I absolutely do not need. I was thinking of going back for a whitening but not anymore after reading those reviews about their billing practices.

ABSOLUTELY WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED IN ALL OF MY YEARS OF GOING TO THE DENTIST! WENT IN FOR A ROUTINE CHECK UP WAS TOLD I NEEDED TO REDO FILLINGS AND THAT I HAD CAVITIES. AFTERWARD LEFT VERY UNHAPPY WITH PAIN AND SENSITIVITY THAT I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED BEFORE. VERY UNSATISFIED. HAD TO GO BACK AND FORTH TO FIX AN ISSUE THAT SHOULD HAVE NOT BEEN THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE AND STILL CONTINUE TO HAVE SENSITIVITY AND PAIN IN MY TEETH TO THIS DAY. I WAS TOLD THAT SENSITIVITY IS NORMAL. I DONT KNOW TO WHO IT MAY BE NORMAL BUT I DID NOT HAVE ANY SENSITIVITY OR PAIN WHEN I INITIALLY CAME IN BUT I SURE DID WHEN I LEFT. WILL NOT BE BACK FOR ANY FUTURE NEEDS.

The customer service and staff are great, which is why I hate to leave a bad review but my experience was horrible. I recently moved to the area and needed a new dentist for a general cleaning and someone suggested Premier. At my cleaning the dentist said I needed 5 fillings replaced. I had the 5 fillings replaced in two sessions and my teeth have not been right since. I have had to take off work 3 or 4 extra times to fix issues that occurred after getting the fillings replaced but even after all the times of going to back, those 5 teeth that were worked on are still not right. They all hurt when I chew and I cannot chew on the left side at all. I want to go to a new dentist but I cant afford to repay all that money to fix problems caused by this dentist. I also dont want to keep taking off work to go to Premier to try to fix these issues when they couldnt be fixed the last 3 times I went back. I eat soft foods and gave up hope on eating anything not soft in my near future. My teeth were not giving me any issues at all before those 5 fillings were replaced and now I can barely eat a normal meal because of the pain it causes my teeth.

Professional office-prices on the high side. As an example, I recently had a cap pop off, I called to ask them if there would be a charge for them to take a look at what needed to be done and give me a quote.. The woman, Therese I believe her name was, after telling me she could not quote any prices what I would be charged would be up to the dentist, told me it would be $49.95 just for me to just be seen. I called another dentist, smile design, Across the street who told me there would be zero charge for the consultation. Obviously I went to smile design. As there was no decay in the tooth, the cap could be reused, and they charged me $135 for the x-rays and to replace the cap. Needless to say, I dont have to give Sage dental $50 just to take a look in my mouth. Word of warning-Compare prices before you do business with Sage Dental.

This is my first and only negative review of any establishement because I never felt right doing this.. but this place is horrible. I came here less than 2 years ago To change a metal filling to porcelain and it has already starting hurting. Before I came here I had no pain or sensitivity whatsoever now I can’t even eat on the left side. Just called to make an appointment to come in and see what’s wrong with it and they said I will be charged!!! I wonder if these are really board certified “dentists” as I have never in my life heard of a filling lasting less than 2 years at $250 each. Make the wise choice and pay $250 per filling at a 4 star dental office. I regret not reading the reviews before coming here.

As a patient with a great deal of anxiety regarding dental procedures. I believe I presented Dr. Forrest and his staff with a challenge. Im over 50, and have had a full upper denture and a lower partail for over 12 years. I had been very unhappy most all of those years. Dr. Forrest was professional, honest, and most of all kind in reviewing all of my options. I have had implants on the uppers and lowers. The particular process I had done has changed my life in everyway I can think of.From the patient cordinator, front desk, and each assistant, and most of all Dr. Forrest, I thank from the bottom of my heart. Especially since I feel the cost was very fair compared to other consultations.

I drove from my new job all the way in Boca Raton to come here because I LIKED the place. Drove 1 hour, walked in and the lady tells me you dont have and appointment. It must been a glitch. Are you F****ing kidding me?! A GLITCH! All she tells me is I can make you another appointment. There is nothing open today WHAT A WASTE OF TIME! Im not coming back (ive been going to this place for 6 years way to lose a loyal customer)

Premier Dental Group - Hallandale Beach, FL ! TERRIBLE service ! Bought some VIP promotional package for $199, and was told six months prior to my appointment, on three separate occasions by Joeneen, Reina and their partners at Sage Dental in Boca Raton, FL that any future cleaning/X-Rays, etc would ONLY cost me $50 per visit. They are either scammers, very unprofessional or a combination of both. A few days prior to my appointment, Sage Dental called and told me I needed to by a new package for $159. Never offered anything else...I explained what I had been told at Premier Dental, and they said theyd have someone from that office call me. They never called me on that, but when they called me to change the time of my appointment, I took the opportunity to ask Reina yet again...and again was told the only cost to my upcoming visit, including the X-Rays would be $50. Upon arriving to my appointment Premier Dental tells me I need to buy a package thats $199...No other options. Not the $50 I was told, not the $159 Sage Dental called me about, etc. TERRIBLE !

Wow Angelica (receptionist) you had information that I had anxiety disorder and you treated me like a rat on the street! I can see youve been doing illegal things for a long time! I can see no one at your office understands the Hyppocratic Oath because no one came out of the office to see me when I was in distress due to your abuse.

This office is very unprofessional, from the office manager to the staff members themself, but cant really blame the staff if the office manger do not care, yes they are scammers, you go in for one thing and they want to treat you and give you unnecessary recoendations. Stay away from this office. They schedule you for one thing and they end up doing another. And not only that, their recomendarions is to charge you more ofcourse. Way to do business.

The team at Premier Dental is just the best , they are the most professional and knowledgable staff , and you can really trust them !

I cannot say enough good things about this place.these people are so professional, accommodating, detailed, and organized.the work that I had done, which included veneers and crowns along with teeth whitening came out looking nothing short of spectacular.Yanisa is the numbing guru, Anushka is the whitening Wiz, and Dr Diez is sincerely a master at his craft. I appreciated their thoroughness, attention to detail, and lengthy explanation to my million questions. The receptionist is on top of everything which I really appreciate. And even the ladies who took my money at the desk were friendly and quick.I am just so pleased with the service and the work I had done that I cannot say enough. Would definitely recommend.

STAY AWAY!!!!!! Worst place Ive ever seen. They did an unnecessary root canal, it was done wrong, I had to go back to them and they didnt want to redo the work correctly they wanted me to pay it all over again. If you want any work done you have to pay it all in flull before they start working on you. Customer service is horrible. They care about getting your money not treating you as a patient.

Bad Service ,They were inviting customers for the same time with the same doctor ,Therefore my waiting time was one and half hours ,I just went out of there , never again this place.

Nice office . The add is misleading $69 for the cleaning , ex rays and consultation is just to get you in and give you a list off work needed that would take a first mortgage to cover it and than you need to make a another appointment for cleaning that i was told is nothing but polishing . Stay away from this office they are very professional but in scamming patients . What happen to doctors they become used car salesman and mechanics !!!
