I goggled massage places near me on vacation. Since we arent from the are so we had a hard time finding it. Its beside JC Penny in the mall.It was a very relaxing atmosphere. The ladies did a great job with the deep tissue massage. Would recommend for anyone looking for a full body massage.

This has happened two times now. We come here and they make us sit, but don’t tell us any wait time or how long it might be.And then after they have 5 people waiting for an hour, someone comes in that has pre-reserved a slot. Why would you take reservations? If I have been waiting for over an hour IN PERSON, it is not fair for someone to cut the whole line. That needs to stop. There also needs to be someone at the front desk at all times, it is INCREDIBLY rude for them to answer the phone during a phone call. You guys need to hire someone to take care of the front desk, talking to customers, checking out customers and making a list of people that are waiting. There’s a lot that they could be doing to be better. Work on it.

Ive been here for the first time about a month ago with my dad and I have not stop going back ever since. I work a very physically demanding job which leaves me sore from head to toe, but since Ive been stopping by here weekly Ive noticed tremendous differences in not only my flexibility but also my energy levels. Ive also had some pain in my right foot for a while but after visiting Helens Bodywork, that pain feels non-existent. I absolutely love the setting of this place! It is very clean and relaxing here, with great music and pleasant staff members. They are very polite and know exactly how to get your blood flowing. Highly recommended!

Since 2004, Ive underwent four lumbar spinal surgical procedures to include two lumbar laminectomy procedures, spinal fusion (L5-S1 vertebrae) and most recently a lumbar spinal discectomy procedure (L3-L4 vertebrae) in 2019. I will be 59-years old in December 2020 and the agonizing pain I deal with on a daily basis at times is unbearable. Ive gone to Helens Bodywork twice for an hour-long therapeutic massage. Once complete, I could not believe it. 100% pain FREE !! I will most definitely go back to Helens Bodywork again and MOST HIGHLY Recommend them !!

I work 12 hours overnight shifts and had to work overtime due to the covid. When I got to Helen’s bodywork I could hardly stand, the back pain was unbearable. They gave me a full body massage with the hot stones and by the time they got done I was a new person!! Strongly recommended!!

I came here after work a few days ago and thought Id try a 20 minute massage for $20. Ive had issues with shoulder pain for the last 3 years and it was gone after 20 minutes. I felt so much energy afterwards too. The place is very clean and relaxing. However, I do agree with another reviewer that I wish it was more private. I will be coming back!!!

I attended Helens Bodyworks last night after visiting two other massage therapy places Thursday and Friday respectfully.I had a deep knot in my shoulder blade causing immense pain. The therapist could not speak English but I realised quickly she knew her trade. It took her a long time but she successfully completed what the other two places could not achieve. Very strong and focused work was amazing.Place was clean and inviting.My one recommendation is to make the massage areas private and clear from the view of other clients walking in.Otherwise very well worth every cent.

I have had several massages at Helen’s Bodyworks. The staff is very friendly. The location in the Vally Mall next to JC Penny’s is very convenient. The massages have been excellent, I never want them to end my session. I would highly recommend that you stop by and get a very enjoyable, and relaxing massage.

This was the worst experience that I have ever had. Massages are supposed to be relaxing, but they over massaged very roughly on my neck and it has been sore for the past two days. This experience was very painful and not relaxing. I suggest to not ever go to this place.

My experience a few weeks ago was very painful and not relaxing.Then I said I wanted a 30 mins and got an extra 15 mins and she charged me extra with out asking me first or telling me it was extra..Then after I paid she just looked at me and pointed down to the sign that says please tip and held her hand out and said don’t forget to tip..ummmmm excuse me ?!!!!!Never again !

I go to Helens 1 to 2 times a week I had a fall injury in 1996 paralyzing me for a year from neck down now I have scoliosis of spine curviture of spine and full of arthritis all through my back without Helen and her awesome employees I would not be mobile Im not saying it takes my pain away but it does relieve it some witch helps me to somewhat be normal I have been going to Helens bodywork for over 4 years and highly recommend them you will not regret and I garrentee youll go back
