It was the second massage Ive ever had, so I havent had very many. However, if Im comparing it to the other massage I had it was 10000 percent better. The environment at the spa was incredible also. I felt very comfortable the whole time even though Im shy and introverted. Ive been in a lot of pain due to pregnancy and working 45+ hours a week overnight. I have a very physically demanding job, and Ive had so much back pain that I havent been able to sleep more than 3 hours at a time. After my massage, however, I was able to sleep for 7 hours! And I didnt have back pain when I woke up. Now I am still sore in some places, but I wouldnt expect a massage to cure all the aches and pains of being 8 months pregnant. I will definitely go back.

I saw Nichole for a cut a few days ago and, per usual, she did not disappoint! She’s an awesome person and a truly gifted stylist. Visiting Sagittarius is like a mini-vacation every time. I will certainly be back! :)

This was Molly’s first time doing my hair. My previous stylist had been the only one to do my hair for the past 7 years. Update review-Favorite place to go for hair services, waxing, and facial. Maggie for the spa department is beyond nice, professional, and knows what she’s doing. She is always happy to greet me whenever I come in and always does an amazing job for whatever service I’m having that day. For the salon I recommend Amy or Megan, both always go above and beyond to make my service feel special ( as all of Sagittarius’ employees do). Front desk is always super nice and accommodating for making my appointments, I recommend making appointments as they are super busy. Thank you ALL for everything!

I was a new customer for my first post pandemic facial wax. They were very welcoming. Maggie did a great job with the process and made sure I was satisfied. She also took the time to explain the type of wax she used and allayed my fears concerning my facial scar.Will be back!

I love Randall! Shes kind, funny, and is amazing at cutting my hair. Every time I have A LOT of questions about cutting technique and styling and she answers everything. As always it was a great experience. I love being able to talk and get honest feed back about what I think I want to do with my hair. I love that if its something that wont work, or take an amount of maintenance that I wont put in, they find a kind way to tell me. Id much rather talk to a stylist who is honest than one trying to sell me more services. It makes me listen when they do recommend services or products. I moved to Frederick a few years back and still come to Hagerstown to get my hair done. Love this salon and it was the best way to start my weekend.

When I first started coming to her for my highlights/cut last summer my hair was extremely damaged from years of being over bleached/processed (not by this salon!). I have been getting my haircut at Sagittarius now for over 6 years. I have had my haircut by a few different people there (all have been good) but have only seen Brittany in the past few years. She’s really good at doing the techniques in layering. I’ve learned that not everyone can do that and make it look good. I do wish they would add back in the ability to tip over your total on your credit card. I don’t understand why they took that away. It was very convenient. I never carry cash so I end up writing a check for the tip.

Nicole does the best hair in Washington co. Unfortunately if the business makes a mistake it feels like they don’t care at all about making it up to you. I can tell in this day and age businesses don’t care about the people behind the money. It makes me sad. Sometimes making a customer feel like you care about the mistake that you made goes a long way even if you can’t completely fix it.

We have been trying to make an appointment with them and they were NOT helpful at all on the phone. Staff needs to improve their attitudes and customer service. I would NOT recommend the place. Many other salons could use business please take your money some ware else .

My first time at this salon and I was fortunate enough to get Molly as my artist! I came in kind of all over the place, wanting multiple styles but only having one head to work with. She grounded me and was able to talk me through what would work best with my hair type. She even cleaned up and improved my undercut, which she gave fairwarning was not her area if expertise! During these trying Covid times, Sagittarius has taken exceptional precautions for everyone’s safety.
