The wait is horrible, horrible, horrible. It’s not random; it’s all the time. I come here once a week or sometimes every two weeks and it’s always a wait. Today, for example over an hour to go into the room and wait some more to meet with the dr for a minute. The office is a total joke. Oh and if you need to get a shot afterwards you have to make sure that they notice the dept that is going to administer the shot because they have forgotten numerous times leaving you waiting for a shot that no one requested. Horrible!

Dr. Pascal does not listen.....apparently, at all. The opposite of talking is NOT listening, it is waiting is a quote ( I am not sure of the author) that fits him very well.I am aware that many patients feel that way about the doctors they see, but Dr. Pascal is one of the best examples of this behavior. If your situation deviates from the norm in any way, find another hematologist. As Care Advocate for an older(not ancient) adult, he has managed to ignore: the patients disabilities which complicate his situation, the FACT that the patient cannot possibly afford the ONLY medication Dr. Pascal is willing to prescribe and that same medication is specifically contra-indicated due to upcoming scheduled surgical procedures.... He appears to interact with a patients chart, not the patient. He has kept my hematology patient in pain and in limbo regarding scheduled procedures for a ridiculous amount of time.He may be an excellent oncologist, I have no way to judge how he interacts with oncology patients. I cannot and am not judging his core competency. If you are seeking a doctor who listens to his patients, is flexible at all, notices anything outside blood test results in his area, Id go elsewhere.
