The staff at Advanced Medical Group is professional and kind but Dr Ibrahim is another story.First, he tries not to see patients with NJ family care insurance, I guess he thinks it’s poor people’s insurance!Seconds, he was good the first time I saw him which was for a surgery clearance. But that changed when I asked him to call me and complained about one of his PAs which I thought he would appreciate because I talked to him directly.The next appointment he came to the room with a clear intention to mistreat me; he was so unprofessional, he kept interrupting and didn’t want to listen.I would’ve talked to him directly but I don’t think he will cooperate.I wouldn’t recommend him specially if you have NJ family care insurance.

I was very pleased with my experience at Doctor Ibrahim. I can be a hard critic of doctors especially the people responsible for customer service. Combine that with my crankiness when I’m not feeling well and I can be hard to deal with and demanding. I have always been able to talk to the doctor like a good friend and get my problems resolved. Dealing with Doctor Ibrahim is like dealing with family.

Dr. Ihab Ibrahim is one of the top doctor I have ever known.Such a caring and most professional Doctor. He knows exactly my symptoms and treats it the right way. I have been a patient of Dr Ibrahim for approximately 17years, His office staff is professional cordial, and very courteous. They handle all requests timely and are very thorough. Dr Ibrahim is incredible! He takes time with patients, he clearly explains everything. You never feel rushed or pushed aside. Dr. Ibrahim is very pleasant, very easy to speak to and his persona was very comforting. I liked him a lot.

The Doctor should know that people have other choices in the medical field and if your team (i.e. your Office Manager/ phlebotomist at the Haledon office) continues to push elderly patients around and your medical assistants keep handing out wrong scripts soon youll end up without patients or even without a license. AVOID THIS DOCTOR. WE COULD ALL DO BETTER.

Understanding the current situation of this global crisis, we are going to experience delays and disruptions almost everywhere we go. Doctors offices are not shielded from these unexpected situations, in the contrary they must keep their standards higher than other industries. And after coming to Advanced Medical Group for over 5 years. The experience was a good one... if not for the long wait on hold on the phone, I would rate 5 stars. I was particularly impressed with the medical assistant who cared for me. I believe her name was Kerul.

Dr. Ibrahim is such a patient man and takes his time with analyzing your results, making you feel calm in asking what may seem a stupid question. He doesnt rush through the appointment and spends as much time with you as you need. I walked out of his office so much more relaxed and enlightened around the covid 19 topic. Offices are very clean and safe. Staff is very professional.

This was my first visit with Dr Ibrahim, a video visit. My previous doctor retired. He was genuinely concerned and made a very positive impression on me. I will be staying with his group. His staff were equally good addressing my needs during the COVID-19 situation. I would recommend him without any hesitation.

As always, Dr. Ibrahim was attentive. My appointments with Dr. Ibrahim are always pleasant. He remembers specifics about me personally that makes talking with him easy.

Ive been seeing Dr. Ibrahim for over 5 years and from my first meeting with him I never had a single thought about seeing anyone else for my medical needs. Dr. Ibrahim has a great bedside manner and instantly puts you at ease with energetic and warm personality. Dr. Ibrahim is also one of the rare Dr.s who takes his time with you and listens, he never makes you feel below his level. I think of him as a friend who happens to be an excellent Dr.. His staff is also very friendly and caring. Id have given them 5 stars but the parking is limited and can be frustrating at times finding a parking spot. Other than that I recommend Dr. Ibrahim highly... and so does my Mom, that alone is high praise.

Dr. Ibrahim has been my moms (Tomasita) PCP for 10+ years. She is feisty and stubborn but somehow Dr. Ibrahim and his staff manage to spoil her rotten and keep her healthy. Her praises for them never end and this means everything to me. As I live in Miami I cant thank Dr. Ibrahim, Crystal and the Advance Medical Group team enough for being the angels of my peace in the excellent care of my mom. Blessings to all.

My experience with this doctor was very horrible. I was a new pt to the office . I asked the doctor that took a whole hour and 45mins to see me if its possible to refill my meds and he basically flat out said no after I waited in the exam room for an hour and 45 mins. I felt like he looked at me and denied me right from the door just because I was Haitian. We cant even trust our doctors that we pay for their salaries through our insurance just to be judge on our skin color what type of world do we live in. Good luck on how you run your office Dr. Ibrahim because you suck.
