We were using Arosa home care agency in Hackensack; NJ for our father after he got discharged from the hospital. Their care manager came to his house to help getting our father hospital bed, also care manager did home safety assessment to make sure that our father would not fall and helped with local companies, who installed the railing. Also as we lived quite far away from our dad, agency also helped him to go to his doctors visit and later care manager sent us detailed report from this visit. Also we used Arosa’s caregivers. They were very experienced and helped our dad a lot. The prices of services are quite reasonable. Management and office workers are friendly and always ready to help. Highly recommended. Great place to take care of your loved ones

The worst place to work. The coordinators are a nightmare very unprofessional and seems to not know what they are doing, do not take a fill in case if you know you cannot do it especially if you have a family because if something does comes up and you tell them you cannot make it, they gives you attitude. Also keep in mind if you work for Freedom and you are not comfortable with the case they assign you to you just get screwed because they will not change you even if the environment is hostile, again the coordinators will give you a lot of attitude and tell you they dont have anything else. To me they seems to not care about their Aides or clients. they only care about the clients money. Stay away from them. I couldnt be happier that I left it was 3 years of nightmare.
