I made an appointment to draw blood and everything went smoothly.
Very nice, sweet and Energetic employees. If u need blood work taken and your tired of getting poked and Stabbed because I was one of those people until today when I met Angela, shes very Energetic, alot of positive energy comes off of her. she was so Gentle i Barely felt her stick me with the needle and I was done like 1,2,3 the quickest Ive ever gotten my blood work done. From now on shes my go to person for blood work.
Getting my blood test was so easy and stress free. I was in and out in 13 minutes. The staff was wonderful. They were friendly, totally efficient and caring. A very well run office. My tech was so efficient and pleasant. She took my blood without any pain. I felt nothing, she was that good.I have been to the Emerson location and it was a nightmare. Emerson was personal was rude and totally uninterested. The wait was very long due to staff on their cell phones and talking and laughing among themselves. A nightmare experience.
2 nasty women.. not nice at all ..ESPECIALLY THE OBEASE ONE
Angela was so incredibly kind and patient. Being a diabetic made the situation so much worse than it needed to be but she did great! Check in was instant the moment I got there.
I’ve never had such an unprofessional experience in my life! My husband, myself and my three month old baby all had appointments for blood work. We were greeted by a tech and immediately taken to a room. I asked the tech if she had experience drawing blood on a child as little as three months. She stated they are all required to draw blood on anybody. I started to explain my apprehension to her. I stated that we had a bad experience at the Paramus location and weren’t able to get the blood work done because not only did they not have the supplies to take the blood sample for the baby, they also stated they had never done it on a baby that young before. After explaining this to the tech so she would understand my apprehension, I asked her again if she personally had experience drawing blood on a three month old and she ignored me. There was a moment of awkward silence and then she said, “I’m still waiting for you to hand me your paperwork,” very abruptly. It seemed that she was being impatient that I didn’t immediately give her my paperwork in the few seconds I was there when I had my baby in my hands. I was looking to be reassured that she was confident in her abilities to draw my son’s blood before unpacking the paperwork. I told her we needed a new tech if she wasn’t going to answer my simple question. I did not feel comfortable, safe or reassured. She then told me to go to another room and said she would draw blood for my husband, but I explained she would not be drawing blood on any of us. I asked for her name and she responded, “Girl bye” and refused to give me her name. The icing on the cake, as we were walking to the room for the other tech, she stated’ “Good luck because I’m the only one who does babies.” Now this contradicts what she said earlier about every tech knowing how to draw blood on anyone. And furthermore, I’m baffled at how one could be so spiteful concerning a newborn child. I had to ask the new tech for the rude tech’s name since she refused and I was told her name is Angela. I don’t understand why someone would choose to be in this line of work when they lack compassion and bedside manner. I’m clearly a concerned mother seeking reassurance and looking out for the well being of my three month old. I’m so disgusted at the level of unprofessionalism, and I obviously will never return in the future or recommend them to anyone. In the end, Julie did our blood draw and she was amazing. Julie is everything a healthcare professional should be, and I cannot praise her enough for her patience and professionalism. We definitely need more Julies in this world. With that being said, we still will not be returning after this horrific encounter, and I hope no patient ever has to experience this kind of behavior going forward. Quest really needs to reevaluate the employees they have representing their organization because this was truly disgusting and unacceptable.
I was there today for multiple blood test. (Room 3) There were two technicians in the room. one was entering the information and the other one was sitting on the bed and watching something on her phone. After my paper work was done, she jumped off the bed and before I even get a chance to ask anything, pulled out the needle off the cover without washing her hand and not even wear the gloves! Then she noticed and wore the gloves and she was so in rush to finish taking blood the way that two times when she was replacing the containers for blood and connect them to needle it really hurts.1. If you touch your cell phone you must wash your hands.2. You should not touch any of those containers or needles covers without gloves.3. Please replace the containers gently. If I get any types of infections in my arms (the area that she took blood, then I know how it happened)Very disappointing as a medial service location
Customer service was terrible. Had to wait for a long time while holding my urine for testing. One tech had a sick attitude and was rude.
Worst experience ever... Not at all well experienced...I went with my 15 months old baby.. They were doing so hard.. It was painful for her... They were moving the needle so much that she was screaming ...very bad.. Don’t go with the baby..0 rating......
Unprofessional personal
Closest testing lab to Hackensack. MUST book n appointment. No walkins
I left a LabCorp after waiting for 30 minutes to find out that they didn’t have the necessary tubes. Followed the online reviews for Hackensack Quest and they absolutely lived Up to it. Melissa was fantastic and should be rewarded for the way that she handles patients.
I had to leave a review because I’m the most anxious patient in the world, but this Quest location was an amazing experience in the midst of all my pandemic worries. I had made an appointment and the Tablet check in process was easy. It seems like they really are spacing out and limiting patients for each appointment time frame. Only me and one other patient was spaced out and waiting in the waiting room. I had Waited about 5 mins past my scheduled time, but I was in and out of the room in less than 10 mins. The phlebotomist in Room 2 was amazing! I regret not asking for her name. She knew I was super nervous to have my bloodwork done, but she was so good that I barely felt the needle go in at once. She was keeping me busy by asking me what I was doing for the rest of the day while she filled up 8 little vials. She was so easy to talk to that she was done so quick and it barely hurt! I said “you’re done already? I’m good to go? Yay!” I’m so sorry that I didn’t ask for her name but please please please visit this location if you are in need of any lab work. All of the employees here seem nice and awesome and they seem to Really care and help! They seem to be taking the pandemic seriously and even allows an option for you to wait in your car until your appointment after check in!
In and out in 10 minutes. Staff were very friendly. Only thing I didn’t like was that it was hard to find parking
The technician there was rude
Very decent and kind staff. Eduardo was nice, expedient and professional. The entire process was hassle free. Make sure you make an appointment at their website first so you wont have to wait long.
Clean and organized. Experienced Phlebotomist, so drawing blood was painless. Friendly staff.
Went to this diagnostic lab recently. They are efficient but the person who drew a sample was not considerate, moved the needle around in my arm, and I left with pain that lasted a few hours. Also, the screen on their checkin tablet was filthy. There was some disgusting stuff on the screen and I could not wait to wash my hands. This was unacceptable for a healthcare facility. Thus, my rating is substantially diminished due to these to important factors.
I got taken before my appointment time, everything was quick, efficient, and painless. I was out of there in 10 minutes!
My 3year old got blood drawn here. The tech was calm, exprienced and professional.
Fantastic experience my Tech was fantastic almost painless drawing of my blood
Very professional and kind staff! Please clean and great organized!
Let me say Anna Arcila and Magdalena Mitreski are wonderful, very thoughtful, patient and understanding. They were great with my boys espeially my older one, he had leukemia and beat it and had very bad memories with all the blood work in the past, so they were great with him.
Avoid morning walkins! We got there at 7:05with only 3 people ahead of us. With 35 mins showing as wait time. An hour later we still had 46 mins of wait time. We left without giving oursample
Always a pleasure. Minimal wait time. Knowledgeable staff.
I didnt have an appointment but they took me after a short wait and I was out in 20 minutes. Office was clean and efficient.
I need blood tests on a regular basis for the meds I am taking. I am in and out in less than 20 minutes at the Hackensack Quest office. BRAVO!
Worst customer experience ever!
Great!
EXCELLENT ATTENTION THANK YOU
