Dr. Molina and her staff is the best there is. They provide excellent customer service and quality professional service. They specialize in the latest technology which makes them better than most. I have been a patient of Dr. Molina for approximately 20 years, I travel from Somerset county because there is no other dentist that compares to her.

I have been a patient of Dental Arts for over 20 years from the days Dr. Molina was a one woman show to today where she s staff of 16 who are all efficient and a pleasure to work with. I always recommend Dr. Molina to friends and family and they all come away pleased.

I have been coming to Dental Arts for quite a number of years. My experience has always been excellent. They are very professional. My appointments are always on time no waiting. The staff they are very helpful in finding financial options to help with cost of treatments I have done. If you are looking for a very good dental office please visit Dental Arts in Hackensack.

They are not honest. They will give you a price at first for a treatment and then give you a totally different price which is much higher than what was originally discussed. They discussed a treatment and made me sign a consent. At no point was I informed that the price which was given did not include the entire process. Apparently I was unaware (obviously because I was not informed) that the initial price I was give only included the first part of the treatment. The sheet I was asked to sign (which I was not given time to fully read) apparently is used for them to “say that the price provided was only for the first phase” which is not what was explained and the is used against the patient. The procedure was for an implant, so not fully explaining the individual costs of each phase of an implant is unprofessional and completely dishonest on their part. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone as they clearly don’t care about full disclosure with their customers.

Good afternoon. Two weeks ago I was researching for a dentist for my youngest daughter. I had a terrible experience when I was younger and I knew the importance of a good and competent doctor. I researched the Internet and I came across Dr. Molina and her practice. Her qualifications impressed me. She has two degrees! One of them is from NYU Medical School. I made the appointment for my child and deep inside I knew that if I like her, it was time for me to make the next step towards my dental health. The day came and I took my daughter for her appointment. While there I explained how terrified I was of the dentist. Jennifer, one of the secretaries convinced me to get an evaluation. Everyone in the office where so professional and were aware of my fears. While my daughter was getting evaluated, one of the girls started with me. I had taken my first step. Well, after that initial appointment, I took my daughter for her next appointment. Dr. Santana took care of her fillings for cavities. Wow, another comfortable experience!!! There was not ONE person rude in that office. Now the big day came for me, today. I need a lot of work in my mouth and the first of many appointments came. Dr. Molina was SO PATIENT with me. I was crying in the chair and everyone comfort me and took their time to make me feel comfortable. After everything was done, I cried and I told Dr. Molina that it was my first comfortable experience in a dentist. God bless them. God bless Dr. Molinas hands. She is the model of a dentist should be. If you want to have a comfortable dental experience (if that is what one can call) you need to visit them!!!

Ive been coming here for a while for my daughter and they are wonderful. The dentist explains well and guides you to achieve great results. I came from a horrible orthodontist and i had a really bad experience. Im so happy here and recommend to anyone.

Brought my 8 year old who now LOVES going to the dentist. Beautiful facility, new and bright. Front desk staff was friendly and understanding. I highly recommend.

My visits for cleaning and routine issues are fine but when having extensive work they seem to be reluctant to prescribe a pain killer to help with the accompanying pain.I dont even have pain pills in my house but when I have surgery or dental work that is going to leave me with over the normal amount of discomfort I do need something to at least help me sleep at night.I had some serious drilling done that left me with a horrible headache and major soreness the next day to where I did not eat or sleep.When I couldnt handle it anymore I called in and was told to take tylenol......yeah everyone knows tylenol is useless.Anyway, I basically overdosed on ibuprofen and the next day I felt much less discomfort and didnt need to take anything.Great that they can handle these intense procedures but they need to consider the pain the patient will be in when the anesthesia wears off.

I have been going to Dr.Molina for 20 years.I have terrible dental anxiety and she always seems to make me calm.She not only has outstanding skills but is very professional and patient.Her office staff is wonderful.As much as I dont enjoy the dentist(lol)I would never change dentists .I just moved an hour away and I will still continue to visit this office.If you are looking for a great dentist-Dr.Molina is the right person!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
