Dr. Jamal is one of the kindest physicians I have ever been in contact with through work as a nurse and as a patient. My mom went to him for an ICD and he is smart, patient, kind, and caring in every way. His nurse is also wonderful and strikes me as a confident expert in her field and also so kind. The only thing I mentioned was that the rep from the company never introduced herself or what she was in the room for. It was only after I asked that she said who she was. If someone is going to do anything to a person’s heart or any part of the patient, in this case she said it might be uncomfortable due to “speeding up the heart,” you need to introduce yourself, who you are, and explain what you are going to do. She was gracious when I said that which was also very nice. Overall! Wonderful MD and team!

Dr. Jamal has taken excellent care of my mother for many years through multiple health issues. He is always kind and compassionate (and of course, technically excellent!). I am, quite frankly, amazed at how much time he spends with her, answering all of her questions and concerns. His staff, especially nurses Roxann and Antonella, are incredibly helpful with the entire process, as well as always treating my mom with kindness and respect. Chronic health issues can be incredibly stressful, and Dr. Jamal and his team are a silver lining for my family!
