The Rite Aid in Covina is the best pharmacy. The Rite Aid pharmacy in Hacienda Heights, on Hacienda, is a joke. I can’t believe how many problems I’ve had with this pharmacy in the last few years. It’s a complete sh*t show. I was at the Rite Aid pharmacy in Covina for 40 years, and LOVED it!

Came here to leave a review then read all the other reviews of people having the same bad experience as me. This store is awful and there are far better stores than this location out there!

This lady named Cecilia was very rude to me here a few months back I went in again and was helped by someone else but the person helping me didnt seem to want to help. They rolled there eyes after i asked a question seeking for assistance.

Why is so difficult to find an employee to help me here? I think they only have 1 or 2 people working this store.

Store isnt that well taken care of its a mess and management needs to step it up!

I live Right across the street from here which makes it really convenient. But there is a super rude cashier she has bright red hair she is not very pleasant at all and needs to learn customer service skills.

Worst experience. Went in on a Saturday to pick up a prescription; the lady there ( not a pharmacist) told me I had to wait for the pharmacist to return from lunch because it was against the law for her to give it to me. I was leaving out of town that day and had to leave right away. She told me I had to wait 30 minutes. I understand the rules,but in my opinion, they should have more pharmacist working there at a time.

While I was working at this location I was blatantly mistreated, I was also missing pay and when I brought this up to them they didnt seem to have a clue how to check for the missing pay.

The pharmacy assist is extremely rude and very unprofessional. They need better customer care. The wait is long and I feel like they are always in a bad mood.

Typical RideAid pharmacy. Store is big and offers everything you will need at home. Cashier is friendly to answer questions.

Love the ice cream. Getting up there in price. Wait for the 2 for $5 boxes

More expensive than the CVS across the block albeit the more accessible hours.

Martha was very helpful on Monday, Aug 22, around 7 a.m. She was kind and considerate. She helped me find some journals that were on sale and saved me a lot of money.

This pharmacy is discriminating against low income insurance. Clarissa is rude, cursed at me behind the counter, and refused to look up my insurance status. They required me to pay cash when I have sufficient coverage. I plan to notify the state that they are discriminating against medi-cal customers. RUN! Do not fill your medication here!

Never have had a bad experience. Short lines and good normal staff

They dont even really do their jobs. Ive seen this group of workers huddled in the back of the store talking about gossip when there was a huge line at the cash register, the only one who does their job is the manager.

People in Pharmacy are so rude , and disrespectful, even when calling from a Drs office , all were trying to do is help the patients ! Dont come here !!!

Wait time is awful.. They have a long line to pick up.
