All of the staff were professional and very concerned about my welfare. Very thorough, excellent and knowledgeable medical staff. Definitely would recommend them, you may have to wait but it is worth it!

The staff at this urgent care are always a joy to be around! They are all so welcoming and very helpful. I have walked into this clinic, made online appointments, and I always have prompt service. I will definitely be back to this urgent care for future use!

I went for a quick results Covid test.scheduling the appointment online was easy & quick. I did expect them to have a way to indicate testing online since it’s something so many want but that wasn’t available.Check in was quick & easy, nurse & nurse practitioner were kind & quick.

This clinic was professional and I went in for my DOT physical. They got me in and out fast. Very helpful and polite personal and nurses. Thank you so much for taking the time to helping me.

I Am give a 1 star because i went there for a covid test and i was negitive then i went to the doctors next day and was positive they didnt even know how to do the test right

Been here a few times for myself and kids. Always a long wait, doctor would say there is nothing wrong and would have to take off work the next day for a second opinion. Both times kids had strep. Also waiting in car when masks are optional and youve had both vaccines. Not allowed to use the tablets either want everything sent to your phone. What about the elderly or someone that doesnt have a cell? Very unorganized and uneducated!

I thoroughly enjoyed it. My appt was at 10:30 but I had to wait til 11:10 which was not a problem once I seen a urgent mother rushing her son to the car clearly in medical distress. The receptionist appologized as there was an emergency, well, I believed her lol. As I got my room I was tended to very quickly and I feel thoroughly as well. The nurse was very polite, informative and welcoming. I felt I received good treatment. 👏😊

I was totally impressed with Xpress Wellness Urgent Care. From the front check-in area to the nurse to the nurse practitioner, they all receive a 5 star rating. Nurse Bailey receives a perfect 10 for her shot giving skills! I never felt the shot. She was amazing and so sweet! I highly recommend Xpress Wellness Urgent Care.

People were seen by the doctor in the order that they came in. Staff and doctor were very courteous and listened to my explanation of symptoms and problems with care and smiles on their faces. No issues with their work ethic whatsoever and I came after work at almost 8:00 in the evening. 5 stars

I had been sick for several days and couldnt get in to my regular doctor. My wife and I went to Xpress Wellness Urgent Care in Altus in hopes of getting treatment before Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We arrived at 8:50 a.m. and they set us an appointment for 10:45 a.m.. Usually an appointment is not necessary, but the primary care provider was running late from OKC due to an automobile wreck which delayed traffic. We were notified by text that my appointment was approaching and received instructions on what we would need to fill out the paperwork. We arrived and were met by friendly staff. The paperwork was minimal and didnt take long to complete. The assistant and primary care provider were friendly and professional. My prescriptions were called in and ready when we arrived at the pharmacy. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I would highly recommend Xpress Wellness.

Well 1st part of process was painless, following through with prescription approval was lacking.
