The pharmacist are all great and the techs are all awesome!

I will assume that due to the lack of options in Guymon, that this is a very busy pharmacy. Given that, the technicians are overwhelmed. However, as a customer calling in, I believe I still deserve quality customer service. I do not need to be rushed through my call and told how busy they are. I was not even asking for the script to be ready today. Had the tech asked, I would have told her to take her time and wait till tomorrow. All I needed was to call in information so that my son could have a script filled. (He had already been there once and didn’t have the correct information and I was trying to simplify and expedite things on all ends). Just one more minute of time and the absence of deep sighing would have made for a more professional approach. Even if words are polite, condescending and annoyed tones matter.

We appreciate the curbside service

There is 7 people behind the counter and I still had to wait 10-15 min to get my daughters prescription. And I called and asked before I got there and they said it was already ready. They need better service.

The people there are very nice and Im not from the town, but they always treat me with respect.

Worst pharmacy ever.... First prescription took 2 hours after already calling and confirming. And now Im told I cant fill my prescription because its too early, which is fine I just wish they told me when I called 2 hours prior and before I drove 45 minutes for nothing.... Never using this pharmacy again!

Walmart pharmacy was supossed to call my out of state pharmacy to get my perscription (lady on the phone seemed not to pleased about having to call) so they did. My Doctor had not called it in yet, so walmart called and let me know. I told them my Doctor said they wouldnt be able to call it in until after lunch, so I told them to check with them around 2. Never heard back from them, went to get my VERY IMPORTANT medicine from them at 8 when I got off work and they had nothing for me. Turns out at 2 my doctor still hadnt called it in yet, so instead of trying again later, or calling me to let me know. They did nothing.

It took over 4 HOURS to fill THREE prescriptions the last time I was sick!! (The were ALL PILLS too!!) ARE YOU SERIOUS??? Im switching pharmacies ASAP!
