Heather was very thorough in explaining everything and offered several different natural products I could try. After leaving each session with her, I felt so relaxed and calm all over. 1st session - completely ignored the main reason why I was there and only addressed the other smaller issues. LEFT A NEEDLE IN MY NECK! That luckily I found while putting my clothes back on or it could have been super dangerous.Still decided to give her a second chance and talk to her about the main problem I was having and make sure she worked on it.2nd session - I showed her using a picture that accurately described my problem and showed the pain areas. She began to get argumentative, telling me that that isn’t my problem. Even after I gave her the paperwork on the first session from the hospital stating what was wrong with me. She still argued that she knew better and the doctor was wrong!The lady is super rude, unprofessional and thinks she knows more than a doctor or the person in pain. Would never recommend her. There is much better out there.

I have had chronic pain for the last 19 years after an accident. I have tried many forms of therapy and other acupuncturist with little or no relief. I have been to Heather for at least 5 visits and I am feeling much more relief than I have ever felt trying the other methods. It just goes to show that if you keep looking you will find the results that you have been searching for. An added bonus is that my insurance has covered my treatments.

I would not have survived my last pregnancy without Heathers help. I had terrible headaches throughout my pregnancy and couldn’t take much for pain relief. I had tried chiropractic care which had helped in the past but wasn’t cutting it this time around. I also had terrible sinus infection which I also sought acupuncture for treatment for. I always had terrible tension in my right shoulder which Heather massages after removing the needles. I always left feeling much better and more relaxed. I highly recommend Sullivan acupuncture.

I went to Heather hoping and praying that she would be able to relieve the sciatic pain which just about crippled me. After 12 sessions, 3 a week, she got me back to being able to walk with minimal pain! Ive continued seeing Heather for 2 years for just maintenance and keeping me in top form.

In addition to trying a number of other things, I came to acupuncture (Jan 2019) in the hopes it would help to relieve pain from migraines and trigger points associated with fibromyalgia. I would highly recommend Heather and her recommended modalities. I have seen a dramatic decrease in the severity of my migraines and stiffness/pain from the trigger points. I continue to see her every three weeks.

Since the 1st day I went to Heather I just loved how she explained everything to me what was she going to do. Im suffering from neuropathy and neuroma and I feel the pain is decreasing more I noticed I started walking more and a little bit fast. And I also noticed Im starting to feel more energy. I would definitely recommend Heather. She makes to listen to her patients.

I wanted to wait about a year before I submitted a review to see if the therapy worked and can now say I am very impressed. My issue began when I had a very bad case of what I thought was bursitis in my right shoulder – but turns out it was adhesive capsulitis. It was extremely painful that I could not sleep at night and would bring me to tears. Ibuprofen did not help. I thought I only needed to rest my shoulder (per my Doctor) and it would go away but after a month of increasing pain I had to do something. I Googled information about bursitis/ adhesive capsulitis and the remedies were not encouraging. We decided to try the least invasive and least costly method first. Acupuncture was mentioned by someone on the internet as a good solution. I have to admit, I never had acupuncture and was a bit doubtful but went ahead with Sullivan Acupuncture – she had the best credentials we could find. Heather was on time with my appointment (no waiting like the dentist and doctors do nowadays) and was very professional. She allayed my apprehension about acupuncture. Long story short, after the first session my pain was much much better and after four sessions it went down 85% and not long after was gone and has not returned. We were also pleasantly surprised about the affordability. I plan to use Heather again for another issue now and cannot recommend her enough. Not only am I sold on acupuncture, but on Sullivan Acupuncture too.
