Can never get anyone on phone been trying for 3 days. This has been happening for the last 12 months I been assigned here. Never answer and if you do get someone it’s becomes “disconnected” and you start all over again.
This is the worst service I have ever seen . Sailors call and can’t get them to answer their phone. Then you finally get ahold of someone and get disconnected or get told to wait several weeks or even months to be seen. Before covid 19 it was the same so it’s not just because of covid. Please do better for our Navy Family.
