I had cataract surgery on both my eyes. The results were amazing! I have worn glasses for almost 40 years. But now, I no longer need glasses! I cant believe what a wonderful difference this has made in my life!

Overbooking causes long wait times which isn’t fair to the patient. My time is valuable too! Also, notice on door states masks are recommended, yet only one staff member was observed wearing a mask. I wore mine. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this clinic.

Before finding this place online, I was searching for eye doctors for a while. I came across the good reviews and noticed this clinic is only 15 mins away from my home. During my visit, the entire staff was friendly and made sure I was well taken care of. Jeanne was amazing and very outgoing, I love her personality. Dr. Walker is SO SWEET and made me feel comfortable during the exam considering I hadn’t been to the eye doctor in years, so I was a bit nervous. Christina (not sure if I got her name right) in optical was also amazing! She helped me find the right pair of frames to fit my needs. I recommend this office to anyone in the area (or outside of the area because it’s definitely worth the drive). Thanks guys ❤️

I have been a patient here for a number of years. I just this week had cataract surgery and could not have been more impressed with everyone involved. In addition to the professional care I received before and during the surgery by everyone, Dr. Benefield followed up that evening with a phone call to see how I was doing. All personnel I have had contact with here have been great over the years. I highly recommend them.

This is my happy place. Everyone receives special treatment and the staff treats everyone like family. I highly recommend this doctor and his entire staff.

Where do I start? Dr. Walker is hands down the best Dr. in any field I have ever encountered! I have four kids that see her and now have two in contacts. Both of which needed a significant amount of time to learn how to put them in. The patients Dr. Walker showed was amazing! The staff and facilities are always perfect!

This is an excellent dr I had to have several surgical procedures done to both my eyes, him and his staff all are so friendly never felt any pain from the surgery Im so thankfull for him I got my vision back to 20/15 its like so great!!!!! I was very nervous at first but the employees were so nice and professional that it relaxed me.Dr Benefield is the best at what he does.The doctor is the best,even calling to check on me that evening.

My wife went to Dr. Benefield and he was good and checked her eyes and said she needed to get some tests done. during the coding process and the right code needed from the hospital everything worked out for the both of us. Dr Benefield contacted us and explained everything about the process and the tests needed and kept us well informed. He has taken his time and called us after hours and show great concern in his patients. We are going back in a week and will always go back when called and anyone that needs a eye doctor he is the one to call upon. Dr Benefield and staff Nikki Scott, Mary and others in the surgery center and clinic were professional and kind. My husbands cataract surgery experience couldn’t have been better. His vision has improved 100% and the evening of surgery Dr Benefield called our home to personally check in on my husbands status. That’s going above and beyond and was a pleasant surprise. I recently had cataract surgery on my right eye and three weeks later on my left eye. I was amazed at the difference and my vision has improved greatly. Dr. Benefield and his staff have been very professional and caring. His nurse called to check on me a couple hours after my surgeries and he called me the night of my surgeries to check on me. Would definitely highly recommend them to anyone.

I have been seeing Dr. Benefield for years now and he always gives the best patient care. Everyone is very professional and takes their time answering my concerns and questions. The optical shop offers so many options on frames so its easy to pick the perfect pair! I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

Staff is friendly. Doctor was good but very quick and didnt address everything. Got here at 9:15 for a 9:30 appointment, wasnt seen until 11:20 and it was 5 minutes.

The Staff was friendly. The wait time was awesome. I went to this clinic because I have a problem with my eyes. I have high anxiety when it comes to my eyes n wasn’t comfortable at all. I didn’t feel like like my symptoms was taking seriously. I had pain in left eye at the appointment and left with pain in my right eye all day after the appointment. I wish I could be pointed in the right direction on an ophthalmologist that’s going to help me. Figure out why my eyesight in my right eye keeps decreasing associated with pain and blocked ducts. What’s causing these ducts to block? I just didn’t feel comfortable and didn’t feel like the doctor cared. Treated this visit as an annual visit with no follow up to see if my symptoms improved. I could of went to Walmart eye clinic if I wanted an annual check up. I want answers to the symptoms I’m having. Now I’m left in same position as before in my search for another eye doctor.

It seems that Benefield Eye Care has worked very hard to make improvements for their patients. They have made some major changes in their optical department and everyone is very helpful and attentive. My last visit was one of the best experiences I have had.

I arrived for my appointment early but was not seen until nearly an hour and a half past my scheduled time. I wouldnt suggest trying to squeeze an appointment into your daily lunch hour. Staff was all smiles, though.
