The wait time was short, which was nice. Seeing the doctor was quicker. …But the meeting was the shortest, whoever saw me seemed to be in a rush or just rather annoyed. They didn’t listen to all my concerns, rather just took one of them, stuck to it, and referred me elsewhere. I was in the room and out it in less than a minute.

The worst place I have ever had to go. Expect a very long waiting time. Hours and hours. No sense of urgency and some of the staff is extremely rude when asked a simple question. They are nice only when it comes to payments. If I had a better choice, I would go elsewhere.Doctors used to care for patients and now youre just a number and a hassle.

Although the nurses were very nice and considerate, I arrived before 9, they opened at 9, only myself and another patient waiting to be seen. I was only there to be retested for Covid for work requirement. At 9:25, the doctor walks out the door and leaves in his truck. Only 2 patients in the building. One of the nurses went ahead and took me back for my test because I had a funeral to get to. Not sure what time he came back but I can’t believe he left with only 2 patients. Doesn’t matter how many people were there. You don’t leave the job when you’ve only been there 25 minutes and no he wasn’t there way before they opened. They all walked in together just before 9.

Took my daughter here 8/2/21 Saturday for them to do an x-ray. The wait was 3 hours vs 5 @ Garden Park when we saw Dr. Avery he tells me no need for an x-ray to be done, it was just bruised Sunday morning when she woke she mentioned her foot was still hurting and swollen. I wrapped it and called her primary Dr. to order one. The results come back as type 1 distal fibula fracture. I called this urgent care to let them know I wanted to make a complaint on Dr. Avery who said there was no need for am x-ray to be done which made no sense why he didnt want to do his JOB! and we had insurance that would of covered the x-ray! They gave me a number to file a complaint, but of course you cant get anyone one to answer the phone. 😠 I waited 3 hours, thinking a Dr. would do his JOB! I would not recommend going here for anything!

I have been to this clinic multiple times for the same thing i went for today. The clinic was super packed today so I waited in my car me and my child 45 minutes just for them to call me and tell me the doctor do not feel comfortable seeing me or my child since it’s problem with our asthma go to the ER. Remind you I’ve been seen multiple times with the same thing i went to get seen for today. Definitely was LAZY but i will not step one foot back at this clinic.

I waited for three hours with no explanation and no one leaving the office. Same people that were here when I signed in are the same people in the waiting room. It wouldn’t be as bad if I wasn’t waiting with a toddler.

Visited on 7/18/2021 @ 1:15 pm. Not sure who provider was because he never gave his name. Doctor was less than worried about patient care and was extremely dismissive and acted like he had better things to do when they werent even busy. Husband went in as a COVID positive patient looking for symptom management for shortness of breath and horrible cough. When asked about options the male doctor said What about them? Really unsure why he is even able to practice if he doesnt care about the people he is treating. There is obviously no standard of professionalism or care at this facility.

First time I have used the facility. Super friendly staff. I also liked they recognized right away they were not set up to diagnose and treat a toddler and rather than waste the parents time, recommended the ER. Clean. Convenient to get to.

This place has no sense of urgency. Been here sense 9 its 12:15 and yet to get called back for the rapid test that I have to get.

Do not take one more payment out of my bank account. Not myself or any of my children will ever step a foot in this place again after the inept service we got yesterday. The doctor was more interested in finding a song on her playlist than stitching up my daughters thumb. She asks my 18 yr. Old daughter how she wanted her to numb it before putting stitches in, and whether she wanted stitches or glue to seal it! Since when does the patient make decisions on care? Your lucky I dont sue you for malpractice! If you take any more money out of my account there will be legal ramifications.

If you have to go to this urgent care, please do not go on Mondays or Fridays. My first impression of Kimaka Bowen was that she looked so friendly and nice like someone who actually cared about her patients . As soon as she got in the room with me , that changed. She was rude ,impatient, and ignorant. I came in to see if I had a uti and to get tested for STD , and She tried to give me a std shot that I did not agree too. Why would I get a shot for it if I don’t know if I have one yet??? and when I told her I didn’t want the shot, she got upset and told me twice “YOU CAN GO!”. I waited in the waiting room for about 2 hours to get treated like that. Ridiculous. If you are having a busy , irritating, or overwhelming day, that’s understandable, but do not take it out on a patient.Kimaka Bowens, I’ll pray for you to be a better nurse and person.

Most staff was polite. There is a break down of communication amongst staff which creates delays in services being provided. I waited over 3 and a half hours for an x-ray.

Came in with loss of hearing in my ear. Spent the last bit of my money to get my ear irrigated, they tell me its impacted and doesnt want to do that yet but to instead go pickup a prescription. I had next to nothing to get it with but the NP did everything she could possibly do to make sure I get this medicine. Thankyou

I went there , and there was only few people waiting. I sat there 1 hour and 1/2 . Feeling really bad . Finally I decided to cancel my visit . I would think a place like Urgent Care would be faster .

I had a COVID-19 Rapid test. Staff was professional, fast, and very efficient. Wait time was short.

Says they are open until 9 pm but they would not take anyone else at 8:20 pm. Would be helpful before driving there to know they in fact do not stay open until 9.

Called 2 hours before closing time on a Sunday to ask if they did stitches because my fiancé is in need of them. Was told they do, but they close soon and was given their hours for the next day. When I tried to ask if that meant that they wouldnt have time to do it today, the woman I was speaking to hung up on me.

If you value your time and energy do not go here.Unprofessional, insane wait times, and sketchy practitioners. Do not. They are more of a phishing scam than an urgent care. Double charging. Charging as a specialist for simple tests etc. Dont go to this location. Improper prescriptions, improper diagnosis, improper and unsafe practice to attend.

My second experience there was HORRIBLE! The receptionist seem to have a attitude!! Not professional at all!! The young lady that actually checked my kids in with vital signs was Extremely good like the first time around. But the doctor I was NOT pleased with him. (Brad) he wrote my kids prescriptions in pill form and my oldest daughter a prescription her insurance would not pay for. So I went back to the office to see he would write something that her insurance will pay for. I was told NO there was NOTHING else he could give her as if that type medication was the only kind in the world!! And if I DID NOT want to pay for it use over the counter medication!! WELL how did he know that I could afford it! That’s want insurance is for if you can’t afford medication. IF I have to go back there I will make sure that Receptionist (didn’t get her name) or Brad will not be working that day!! Very disappointed!!

Ill put 3 stars because the Dr and lady helping me were nice. I waited 2 hours in the parking lot to be called in and they definitely were not busy. I called to ask about a prescription the Dr told me about and Stacy answered the phone and it sounded like she had a foul attitude and was fairly rude. We normally use this urgent care and Ive never seen or heard anybody be rude until today.

Called and spoke to a girl named Brianna. She was super sweet and helpful and when I came in, all the staff, including the nurse practitioners were nice and very professional.

Went in yesterday with an infection in my glands and the doctor gave me nothing.. im on file with a history of this issue. My mother is a nurse and i hate doctors visits so if i come down its serious and after talking with my mom in person she took me there herself. The doctor acted like i was wasting his time when i just need antibiotics. This was my go to clinic and now Ill never go back.... got the meds i need at a different urgent careThanks for breaking the oath u took. U turned me away when i needed a prescription. I was literally stunned by your actions. Smh

Went for an X-ray after having a second injury over broken ribs. The office was busy that day, as it was close to a holiday, but I was seen in a quick manner. The staff was very courteous and friendly. I do recommend this clinic as they were very professional, friendly and worked in a quick-like fashion to try to see all of the patients in a timely fashion. Definitely will go back when/if the time is ever needed for clinical/urgent care again.

Although the people were really nice, i went for a fast covid test only. That was a joke. I was placed at the back of the list and told that i could stay inside or in my car. I chose my car. I told them that i was traveling and in a hurry, figuring that since i had no symptom that i would have been told to stay in my car and someone would come out for a check and swab relatively quickly. 2 1/2 hours later, i went on to see how the list was going. I had seen numerous people leave. I explained that I had a 7 hr trip ahead that day and it was after 4:30 at that point. The lobby only had one person in it. While at the window, a woman came in with symptoms, explaining that she was oncerned specifically for the virus - even running a temperature. As the lobby filled up, she was still in there. I was finally called back around 45 minutes later and when i emerged 35 minutes after that she was still there - with a now full room. I feel like folks who went there were put at risk unnecessarily. I tested negative that day, but who knows about the next two weeks?!? I did it to protect my elderly parents who i spent the weekend with and for myself with a heart condition. I totally feel exposed when them simply walking outside might have been better for everyone, especially with a strongly suspected covid case in the lobby. Sigh. We shall see. God bless that lady.

I took my daughter to this Urgent Care clinic and I was very pleased with the staff! They were very friendly! Dr. Lacy came in and saw my daughter and within a minute knew she had strep. She explained what she was prescribing and answered all of my questions. From the time we checked in to the time we checked out was about 20-25 minutes. I will definitely be coming here again! Very pleasant experience!

Yes the space is a renovated gas station. You will wait over an hour but I think that is more indicative of the current condition of health care than anything else. The medical attention was incredible. The health professional that helped was probably the most caring and thoughtful I had ever experienced.

Loved loved our experience! I was terrified of taking my 5 year old son anywhere but his pediatricians office while we were out of town. I have to say that hands down the staff/medical team at this urgent care were some of the most kind, loving, knowledgeable and best team I have ever encountered. My son was so scared too but he left all smiles. They did a fabulous job with my little boy and also reassuring my husband and I when we were very nervous. Thank you so much for hiring such an amazing and talented team. Medical knowledge is critical but bedside manner really makes the difference and sets one apart from everyone else! Both clerks were coughing the entire time with no masks on while serving the people coming in. Im already sick coming in, I dont want something extra! And the doctor on duty told me, my tonsils looked good... I had me tonsils taken out years ago! Then he said well you dont have strep! Oh ok! The place was clean and the service was fast is why 3 stars and my prescription for antibiotics worked but still not sure what was wrong with me...

Very unorganized. Went for COVID screen & it took 3 hours to do a simple nasal swab. The nurse took vital signs and collected specimen, then I was made to wait for the NP. There was no reason to see the NP as I was only there to be tested. This was just another way to bill my insurance. The NP was not friendly at all and literally put a stethoscope to my back, barely listened to me and was out the door. I was told by 3 different employees that the results would be available in 48 hours, but couldn’t tell me what laboratory would process the specimen. I called back 48 hours later to inquire about the results. I was told by the person on the phone that the nasal swab results would take 3-5 days. Very frustrating. I specifically went to this UrgiCare because I was told that the test would result in 48 hours.***UPDATE: After waiting for results that took 5 days, it came back negative- even though I was symptomatic. I told the NP that I firmly believed that the swab was not done properly. They re-swabbed me that day & the second swab came back in 48 hours as POSITIVE. 🙄 Hopefully, they have improved since this experience, but I will not be back.

Disappointed!Disgusted and unprofessional staff my daughter went in on a Saturday to get a COVID-19 test eight days later I still have no results. The COVID-19 test only takes three days maybe four! I called on the sixth day to check on my COVID-19 results and they tell me they’re going to call me back, I call back on the seventh day and she told me she was going to contact the lab and call me back, never heard back. So now we’re on the eighth day and I still have no results. I will not be back and advise anybody with any common knowledge not to visitThis clinic! If this is how a clinic is ran maybe they need to change staffing again! Because this is totally unacceptable and unprofessional

My wife and both saw Amber Touchstone- NP on Labor Day. EXCELLENT care in every way! Great bedside manner, asked direct questions & ran appropriate test to confirm diagnosis but most importantly, gave us an effective treatment plan.

Would give no stars if that was an option......Went here on Friday morning with upper abdominal pain and other symptoms. The doctor was very disinterested telling me that my symptoms didn’t go together so she had no way of knowing what was wrong. Gave me nothing for pain and a prescription for nausea, which was being caused by the pain I was in. I left still in pain and very dissatisfied with the outcome. I suffered all day until about 8:30 that night when I finally caved to the pain and ended up in the ER. Which came with a diagnosis of an infected and inflamed gall bladder. Thankfully the ER has doctors that care and actually want to do their chosen career of helping people. This doctor whose name I cannot remember at Urgent Care has grossly forgotten her oath and completely ignores the “first do no harm”. I would recommend to anyone in this area to utilize any other option before seeking medical care at this facility.

My experience taking my sick teenage son was awesome. We were in and out very quickly. The nurses and staff were excellent.

If I could rate this place zero stars I would! The doctor I saw today was Kim Bowen. She was a very unprofessional and rude individual. She has no compassion for her patients and I had an AWFUL experience. There are no words for the awful service she provided to me. I came in there in pain looking for help and she suggested a test that I did not need. She repeated her question to me three different times and when I said no she stormed out of the room and told me “I can leave now” and got a very bad attitude with me. I did not say anything to this woman. I didn’t feel I needed to explain MY decision with her about MY body. I will NEVER come back here. I came there for help and that is not what I received. I am highly disappointed and will let everyone know about my awful experience. She should have her license revoked. The desk staff was very friendly though. Please do not go see this woman, Kim Bowen. I don’t want anyone to feel the way she made me feel. I don’t ever write bad reviews, I will usually just leave it alone but this was something that women should protest against. MY BODY MY CHOICE. I hope no one has to experience what I just went through. SHAME ON YOU KIM BOWAN!

They’re service is poor I’ve went there for a check up and looking for my results still don’t have them been calling for a week straight and all I’ve been getting someone will call you back Nd I still haven’t gotten a return call yet. They don’t answer phones

Even thought wait time was over an hour, I received proper and accurate testing and care for my medical complaint. Cost was as I expected for test and x-ray. Overall excellent.

This is the only urgent care my family goes to. Some times there can be a crazy wait but in the past couple years service has been a lot better. Will continue using them for my family of 6!

This place was disgusting. It’s literally a gas station that was painted. While there I went to the bathroom and there was no soap; when I notified the staff, their solution was to put a bottle of dawn dish soap in there. The doors were covered with dark dirt/grime as if they hadn’t been been cleaned since the days it was actually a gas station. The best thing about this place was the doctor, and according to him it was the first and only day there. The clerks behind the desk didn’t look up from their phones as they checked me in. Absolutely terrible clinic. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone that didn’t want to catch something in addition to the what they came in with.

Came when doors opened. Asked how long the wait was and was told that it was going to be awhile. Then the physician and staff started talking in front of patients about how their self care comes before seeing patients. They decided that the patients waiting could wait while they made a smoothie king run.

Horrible. As a small business owner, I never criticize. This visit is a visit that will never happen again. When a patient ask for something specific such as. I would like to have a mono test because my spouse has had mono for two weeks previous. Get into the room and the Dr. checks my lungS with one deep breath and my heart for a total of two beats. Then walks out of the room for a minute or two and appears with his prescription pad and writes me cough syrup with codeine. All I wanted was a blood test for mono. Instead he gives me narcotics and says “ I hope you don’t have mono”.

Do not go here! Very unprofessional. First time I took my daughter, the nurse practitioner actually said I guess she may have the flu. I took my daughter the doctor the next day and it was not the flu, it was a minor cold with a sore throat. The second and final time I went, there was only one person besides me there and it took them forever. The nurse practitioner used the wrong choice of words and actually said to me That dont impress me. When I showed her two different bites that I thought may be spider bites. Who talks to their patients like that. (I think its better to be safe then sorry) Dont take your chances here.Update on second visit: Ended up going to emergency room, come to find out the bite had bacteria in it and I had cellulitis and my hand blew up like a balloon. That nurse practitioner did not know what she was doing? I told the emergency staff the same thing I told her and they immediately took action!

Waited hour and a half to be seen for 5 minutes and pretty much given a false diagnosis. Went to another urgent care and got the service and help I needed.

The staff was nice and patient and the wait was not too long but I went in expecting a little wait since I wasn’t able to get him into his regular pediatrician. My child was tested for strep, it was negative but the very next day his throat was hurting so bad he could not swallow. So he has been in more pain going on day two after leaving this facility. Now we have to miss more work and school to take him to another doctor. I guess I wish he would have been given antibiotics for strep since that was what the probable cause was. I know sometimes there are false negatives. I’m just sad that’s he is sitting in pain for so many days.

Dr. Whitaker and the staff were so professional and willing to explain any questions I had. Dr. Whitaker was very quick and thorough - better service than I have ever received from that big hospital in Gulfport- I will be back to this location and tell everyone how awesome this first time visit was. Thank you.

Very nice front desk staff. Nurse and Nurse practitioner are excellent. Efficient, in and out. I’ll definitely return in the future, and recommend them to everyone.

I waited 2 and a half hours. I was given a prescription for cough medicine that has been on back order for over a month that no pharmacy in the area has. I had to call 3 times to attempt to get a new prescription. On the third phone call they told me to just take NyQuil, which I told them was not working, so they told me to see a different doctor. Don’t waste your time!!

Due to high volume of people this flu season I had a very long wait my most recent visit ( Most of the time we are in and out. ) this is something that can not be controlled. Luckily the people who work at this clinic are so friendly and I applaud their patience. Would recommend this clinic not only because of their friendly-ness but also their help every single time me or my children are sick. Thank you so much for the staff that worked today!

They really charge a lot and they only take your temperature, check your height, pulse and do nothing to you. They prescribed me some pills that did nothing to me.

My experience was terrible. I brought my son to this location Friday November, 1st with complaints of a high fever and coughing. The MA who took his temperature did not know what she was doing. She claimed he wasn’t running a fever when he clearly was. I checked his temp before and after the visit. The doctor who seen him wasn’t any better all he did was check my son’s ears and throat. Told me my son had tonsil stones and drainage in his throat and and wrote him a prescriptions for some Rynex. Never once did he did swab my son for anything. A day goes by of me still rotating Tylenol and Motrin with the addition of Rynex. My son was still miserable and by then had became nauseous. I take him to Garden Park and tell them his symptoms and how he was never checked him for strep or flu. So the NP immediately swabs him and the labs come back positive and for the flu. That wasn’t the first time I have felt me nor my kids health just wasn’t taken seriously at this location. We will never go there again. If I could give this place zero stars I would. That’s just how dissatisfied I was with the service.

I took my daughter here on 11/3/19 as she was running a fever. They looked in her nose and ears and said she just had a common cold. A day later she is still running a fever of 103.4 off to her regular doctor in the morning as I have a feeling she has the flu.

Front desk rep was nice, informative, courteous. The provider was funny to the kids, didnt just call it a disease and move on to another patient in less than 10 mins. He knew exactly how to assess her for each symptom to make sure he wasnt misdiagnosing anything, and answered all of our questions thoroughly and quickly with no hesitations. Very professional environment. Lobby is more like a lounge including a TV, and aside from the water fountains not working, (which we as parents are extremely thankful for, please remove those and replace them with Abita water stands for the sake of EWW GERMS lol ). In all seriousness though, i have had worse experiences at the urgent cares locally. This one i have never had issues with.

The wait was 3 hours but I expected it since it’s flu season. The girls were working as fast as they could and wereVery friendly. The Nurse practitioner, Lacey was so nice and caring. They got us in and out in a couple hours.Thank you all ladies!

Overall the experience was okay. As a nurse, I noticed a couple of things. My only three complaints. One the waiting room needs all sizes of mask, including pediatrics. Considering my daughter had the flu and no mask to fit her, to protect others. The provider was very rude, absolutely the worse beside manors, considering he is dealing with a child. Plus he never sanitized his hands entering or exiting the room.

I sat here with my 1 year old for pink eye the doctor tells me she doesnt feel comfortable to look at it that he needs to go to his doctor or er where they can drug him to see if its pink eye. mind you I have two other children who is liable to catch it. this is the second time I go here and she tells me she isnt comfortable doing what she is suppose to have a licence for. also we sat there for an hour and a half for them to tell me NOTHING !

If you’re looking to die, they’ll help you. The older white male doctor is rude. They do not listen to what you say. WebMD does a better job.

This place was horrible! When I walked in I should have walked out! I was so desperate to be seen though so I sat and waited my turn- which by the way is not a problem bc sometimes you just have to wait! The staff was rude to most people in there- not to me though! However, I went to see a nurse practitioner so I could be wrote an antibiotic yesterday- not go to another clinic today because I can’t get anyone on the phone. The np asked me where I wanted my prescription to be called in so I told her cvs- waited around for my prescription an hour later I go check and no prescription has been called in- I call uc back to see what’s going on and they told me they had an emergency- which could really happen- so I didn’t think much of it but they told me they would call it in- waited another hour go check with cvs again and the script still wasn’t called in- so I call uc back and tell them to call the script into Walmart in Pascagoula- drive to Walmart last night to go pick it up and it was never called in- go back to Walmart this morning and e script still wasn’t called in- call uc and there closed so now hopefully I can get this taken care of! This is absolutely ridiculous and I would never recommend this place to anyone!!!

Waited over an hour and half. Get my son back there finally and the doctor tried to tell me there was no lump on his neck but then said “oh I see it” like I know what my son has. Secondly after waiting forever for the strep test, he can in and told us the results and as I was trying to talk to him, he was walking into his office. Extremely rude. I had more questions and he had no sympathy at all. Would rather deal with the emergency room than deal with these damn people.

The wait was way to long and there werent even alot of people in there. And when I finally decided to walk out after waiting for the nurse practitioner for over an hour they didnt even try to stop me. I have psoriasis and just wanted some cream to put on them.

Well, this was my first time here in about 8 years and I think it is under new management but Im not sure. We got there about an hour- hour and a half before they closed. There was no one in there when we arrived yet it to a long time to get us back. We came in for an injury but I felt like we were going to leave with a sickness. The people who came in after us were coughing all over magazines and another girl was wiping the ooze from her eyes all over her chair. The office was dirty, doesnt look like or smell like they clean regularly. They only take the trash out from what I could tell. They took xrays of my sons arm and said they couldnt see anything wrong, when in fact it was fractured. Thank goodness I followed up with an orthopedic dr the next day. Hes now in a cast and doing fine. I came here hoping to skip the ER but next time Ill pay the extra money to see the ER vs going to this place. Not looking forward to the bill Im going to recieve for wasting time here.

Need to go to a clinic, found this one, had an ear infection. Too expensive for NP to see me for all of two minutes. Got antibiotics and have taken them as prescribed, nothing seems to be helping. I called this morning to ask about it and was told I should come back in. Im an OTR truck driver and cant make it back in. I wouldnt spend another $130 for the care provided. Girls in front were nice. The NP was nice but didnt seem to do very much.

I took my granddaughter there today. The staff is kind, professional and responds quickly. Ive been here numerous times with one or the other of my 4 grandchildren and can not say enough good about this clinic. Keep up the good work!

I have went here twice and had a great experience both times! I will continue to go here when my family needs to!

Please do not waste your time going here. I went here and I waited an HOUR before I was even called to the back, I was the only one in the waiting area. I finally got called to the back, the “so called” doctor wasn’t even in there 5 mins and she printed some stuff off google and handed it to me for a diagnosis, and sent me on my way. Poor service and mis diagnosis.! Never going back here.

Fast service. The staff I came in contact with were kind, just kind of blah, but not rude.The NP Kimaka Bowens I seen seemed very rushed. I was the only patient there at that time so I dont know why. She wasnt rude, but was very short with me and didnt ask if I had an other concerns or questions. She was in the room for less than 3 minutes.Im not disputing her medical knowledge at all. Just her approach.I would recommend coming here if you have to on a weekend. They arent horrible, but could display better bedside manner.

Took my daughter in who has asthma and had a cold. I ran out of albuterol to give her a breathing treatment, I decided to come here and boy was that a mistake! First time and last! The first time I walked in I sat in the lobby for an hour in half, I left and came back several hours later. Upon returning I waited another 2 hours in the lobby. I understand they’re busy and full, but to find out there was only one DR! Are you kidding me? One DR to 50 patients is unacceptable, service was not good, Dr seemed irritated with us, running from one room to the next. Dr was just trying to get people out! I have private insurance and mind you it’s very good insurance! I paid my co payment and after they brought us back started a breathing treatment on my daughter came in and said by the way thats another $25, then we had to do an x ray and charged me another $45. I have never in the last 20 years heard of a place that makes the customer pay before billing the insurance. I asked this and she said I was getting a discount because I have insurance. Totally unacceptable! Called the insurance and come to find out they would have covered the whole visit! The staff besides the DR were friendly and trying their best. Overworked, overcharged and understaffed medical care is not what you want.

Worst urgent care experience I’ve ever had. Three hour wait for the two patients you had back there?! The staff was rude at best, and the front desk nurse was making personal calls instead of putting people in rooms. Even with a child in the lobby screaming in pain, the staff was completely apathetic. Dr could care less, and just wants your money. Save your time and go to the ER!!!

The NP Kimaka Bowens was very nice and professional. I wasnt feeling at my best but she checked me out and called in my meds right away. I highly recommend this urgent care.

My wife went the doctor was nice but waited all day for our pharmacy to call saying her prescription was ready and finally called the pharmacy and it was never called in and tried to call the place to see why it wasn’t called in and all we get is a recording or “ we cannot complete your call at this time “ 😡😡😡😡

Very rude and horrible service. Would rate less if applicable. Dont come here if youre actually sick and need medication otherwise theyll think youre a drug addict looking for opoids.

Was there for 2 hours for the so called doctor to tell me its just a cold go get some robitussin at Walgreens. Well at least flu test was negative

First time every going to urgent care and it was the worse! Front staff was nice but so not worth it to wait an hour and pay $125 for her to tell me what I already knew.. I came in due to hurting my neck, to where I could barely moved it, and when I did move it, it hurted so bad I would cry. (The only reason I went there was because I was down the street and that was the closest place to go to.) When I finally got called back, I think her name was Kim?( But who knows cause she didn’t even introduce herself ) came in and ask me what’s wrong..so I explained what happen and she barely touch my neck and say, yeah it’s strain and ask what pharmacy I use and that she was going to send my script of ibruprofen and muscle relaxer over( which I already had and was taking). Then she walked out the room. She didn’t even ask if I had any questions or anything. She was in the room for maybe a minute and walked out. When I walked out, I had to ask her what can I do for it to get better . And all she said was to put ice/heat pack on it, which I was already doing! Smh. Didn’t even seem like she cared and was annoyed to be there...Worse service ever. They need to re-evaluate who they have to see there patience cause now it just seems like they just there for the money. I should of just went to the emergency room.
