As my husband and I enter the building, we were greeted and helped right away. Wait time was short. Dr. Graham and entire staff were extremely pleasant. I had my first appointment I was in so much pain. Dr. Graham took the time to explain what was wrong and answered every question I had in great detail.I am self pay no insurance he took that into account. A doctor who truly cares about his patients well being.The very next morning at 6:00 am I was getting an epidural after the procedure he took time to explain what to expect. I really loved his bedside manner.

I suffered a herniated disc (L5-S1) due to a car accident last summer and the pain in my lower back & left leg had gotten so bad I could barely walk or stand up straight. Dr. Graham recommended a lumbar microdiscectomy and performed the surgery on me ASAP. After the procedure I had immediate relief. I am so glad I chose Dr. Graham and his team, he gave me my life back!

Really appreciated Dr. Grahams approach in explaining my condition and what type of surgery I need.However, he spoke in often terms over my head. I wish I could have had a transcript of all he told me. Even the handouts he gave me to read were a little too technical for me to understand.He did give me his website which I can see will be helpful but I cant remember the name of the surgery hes recommending.I did leave feeling confident in his ability to diagnose & recommend treatment for my condition.I look forward to our next meeting, having my questions answered and leaving with a clearer understanding on how we will be proceeding.

The front desk staff in the nursing staff are wonderful. It took a little bit longer to see dr. Graham but it was worth the wait. He took his time to ask me questions and find out exactly what was wrong and went over my results firsthand with me and I appreciate it that.

Dr Eric Graham is such an awesome doctor. Not only are his skills unbelievable his care for his patients are wonderful too.It has been one year since my surgery and I am so pleased with the results. He has been so attentive to me from my first visit and he always explains everything in terms that the lay person can understand. He was so nice to my husband as well. We feel like not only do we have a great doctor but we have made a new Christian friend.Yesterday March 5, 2021 I had another appointment with Dr Graham and as with all of my other visits it was such a positive one. He is one of the best doctors going. I was so afraid I was going to be facing more surgery and came home flying high as he took care of my problem as soon as I told him wear I was hurting. He isn’t a doctor that rushes surgery if there’s other ways of giving you relief.

An amazing surgeon! I had excruciating pain from two herniated disks and a large cyst. When I woke up after the operation the pain in that area was gone. The pain from the incision subsided to almost nothing after about one week and was minimal compared to the presurgical pain. He was my answer from God to take away my pain.

My back has been hurting for a long time. Dr. Graham found out the problem. He clearly explained to me why it has been hurting and what will be the solution. The xray was quick and Dr. Graham looked at it right away. Thank you for your help! I will definitely recommend Dr. Graham and his team.

The wait was quite long that day, the waiting room was full and a lady came from the back with snacks and drinks and offered everyone in the waiting room something to snack on. She apologized and said they were running a little behind. It was something that you don’t see in Dr. offices and I was impressed and pleased. The visit with the doctor was clear and informative.

I love Dr. Graham! He is so funny and down to earth. He makes you laugh and feel comfortable while he’s in the room with you. I like his no nonsense approach Tom treatment as well. He is honest and up front with his patients and just tells it like it is. There are not enough words to express how amazing this doctor is!! He will be the only surgeon that will ever cut on me when it comes to my spine! I had two badly damaged disc that shattered in my neck. When I first saw him with my scans he made a plan to get me an injection to help get me through till after Christmas. The day of the injection it got worse I called his office and he saw me a couple hours later he admitted me to the hospital and rearranged his schedule to have me in surgery a month before we had planned! He came in the hospital the next day told me I was going into surgery the next day. When I went for my surgery he came and reviewed the plan, during the surgery he kept my family informed, after the surgery he had an emergency but I felt so amazing I did not even need pain medication about an hour after I woke up I went home. The next day he personally called me!!!! He told me everything he did in detail, answered all my questions and told me if any problems come up to call and he would see me that day!!! My follow up care was just as amazing as the first day he made my plan!! To this day I have no pain or trouble with my neck! Thank u doctor graham for giving me back my life! I can’t wait to have you fix my back!! I have never felt so important to a doctor as he made me feel!! He showed tremendous respect, and sympathy towards me and my family. I love his down to earth personality I felt like I was talking to a really smart friend not just a doctor hurrying through the appointment or surgery and post op care. Eric Graham has been my orthopedic doctor for many years. The care that I have received from him has always been wonderful. He has gone above and beyond to help me many times. Eric is a caring doctor and has a strong work ethic. I highly recommend him.

Dr.Graham is Brilliant! After seeing other doctors to no avail, we finally got to see this man! He was able to diagnose my husband and get the answers we were seeking and to get him help to correct the issue.

Dr. Graham explains everything in detail. Showing me the pictures of my back and explaining the problem helps a great deal. He is friendly and supportive.

While I did like the doctor, I dont feel like he really wanted to spend time on me. I feel like he was only there to get me to spend more money. He had me complete a test, after telling me it was covered by my insurance. What he failed to tell me is many parts of the test werent covered, so I am stuck with a huge bill. Also, dont go if you dont have time to wait all day. Literally, I mean all day. I waited 4 hours the first time, and 2 the second time. My husband has also waited those same time frames. He might be good at what he does, but I dont believe either of us will be back.

Dr. Graham was extremely gracious and thorough. Detail oriented and genuinely caringOnly concern was my prescriptions were not called in the day of my appt. The next day was holiday so it took a couple of days to resolve. Everyone in the office was courteous and helpful

Dr. Graham is an excellent surgeon! I had a lumbar laminectomy with fusion and the results are excellent, the care from the doctor and his staff is superb. Any and all questions were answered immediately, no one ever made me feel I had too many questions! If needing a change of meds, that was done right away. I am so glad I was referred to Dr. Graham and his staff. His nurse practitioner is excellent, as well. I had seen her first, and she really knows her stuff.

I am totally in love with this doctor and his approach to orthopedics! He is a rare gem! He will not let you leave the exam room until you fully understand your ailments and what all the possible treatment options are. He is very through when it comes to explaining in every minute detail, ones condition. He helps one to understand what they are seeing on their MRI’s and other imaging or diagnostic exams! He walks you through all the possibilities for treatment and even though he is a surgeon he wants one to try the other options first if they want to do so.Me myself, I opted for the surgery bc I’ve tried all the other options and none of them are working for me anymore. So surgery is my last option.Now that I’ve met Dr. Graham, I can see why my friend Donna Weaver McMurphy recommended him!He genuinely cares about his patients regaining their lifestyles and ability to enjoy them again!!!Just in one visit, I am more comfortable and confident that my decision to have back surgery was the right choice! Dr. Graham is one of the best I have ever been to. When I blew out my back I was not a patient of his and he had a full schedule. With Christmas right around the corner I know he had a lot going on and didnt have to take the time to get me in but he did. He explained my options very clearly to me and we decided to try an epidural. When that didnt work out for me he did not hesitate to schedule my surgery. He even called me personally on his time off to explain the surgery and make sure i didnt have any concerns. Two days after Christmas I went in and he performed a lumbar discectomy. For the first time in years and after seeing many other doctors without getting any good results I am now pain free. Dr. Graham I cannot thank you enough for taking the time to help me. I had to rate this a 1 because there is no 0, I rode with my daughter to see this doctor,she came out crying after being in there 2 hrs. I have never seen her so upset after leaving a doctors office in my life. First off he told her she stunk, she smelled like a ashtray, I smoke and rode with her, which is none of his business, and if she smokes thats still none of his business, then she has a very small dermal in her cheek, ( a little diamond) he told her as she was leaving they needed to put her in a cage at the zoo and sell tickets on her, so people could pay to see that. I dont recommend that if you have any feelings at all you go there, you might want to rethink seeing him, find someone with a little manners and respect for his patience. so disgusted that a doctor would treat someone like that......js
