First time to visit. Will definitely be back. (in fact have an appointment already scheduled). Facility really nice. The folks here are very knowledgeable and ready to listen, answering fully any questions. Dr. Wittorf was Great at putting me at ease, explaining what she was doing each step of the session. Immediately after my adjustment I was able to stand up straight, something that I have not been able to do for several weeks. Anyone looking for a Chiropractor will not be disappointed.

My favorite doctors office to visit! When you walk through the door you’re always greeted by a smiling face. Emily makes sure every visit goes perfectly. Both doctors are very knowledgeable and caring. I always leave feeling great.

Dr. Shelby is wonderful. She takes time to understand your issue, and then addresses it in more than one way (and, she does not pass you off to another associate in the office). Highly recommend for athletes! Also, she is the first doctor that I have felt 100% comfortable with a neck adjustment. Worth the visit!

I absolutely love coming to the Spine Institute of Mississippi. Dr. Mina is great and she helped me with a TMJ issue that seemingly no one else could assist me with. I actually recommended the Spine Institute to my mother for her TMJ issues. Best chiropractors have been too and the staff is extremely nice and thoughtful! I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone in need.

I started going here a little over a year ago for my chronic migraines and Dr. Whitmer has helped me tremendously! The staff is friendly, warm, and professional. Emily and Brittany are always ready to help in every way they can. My one complaint is that Megan was transferred to the Long Beach office...we miss her!

Love! Love! Love! Dr. B! Ive been under chiropractic care most of my life and therefore have been adjusted by many chiropractors. I can honestly say Dr. Bankester focused on the pain I was experiencing as well as helping problem areas I didnt even know I had. Even though I was in pain, the adjustments never hurt and I felt relief almost instantly. I will definitely be back!

After seeing several specialists who weren’t able to pin-point what was causing me frequent hip pain and constant numbness and weakness in my arms and hands, I began seeing Dr. Whitmer and her staff. My friend was having issues with his back for awhile. He tried a few different places and so far Spine Institute of Mississippi is the best one. He always has nice things to say about the building, the staff, and the equipment/therapeutic offerings. He went for a Vax D and now he wont have to have surgery. Brittany Threatt, one of the staff members, is all he can talk about most visits, when I went with him, I could see why. She has a great personality and is very helpful and informative. Even though Im not a patient, I look forward to my next visit with my friend. Great place to be!

This place is absolutely amazing! Ive been a patient for 2 1/2 years and I can not say enough good things about the Spine Institute. When I was 20 years old I was diagnosed with epilepsy. My seizures changed wih age and hormones and I also began having debilitating migraines. Taking shots for my migraines and missing family events was a common weekly occurrence. One day I heard from a friend she had been seeing a chiropractor and it freed her of her migraines. I initially sought treatment for migraines solely. The team took astounding interest in my overall heath and worked with my insurance company. I saw them weekly and to my surprise the migraines became less and less. Amazingly so did the seizures. They would realign me after each one and were so compassionate. Now Ive been seizure and migraine free for over a year. My life is ful and Im grateful for my new found health.

This place is amazing. The receptionist and assistant are unbelievable especially with the x rays of units and what nots. The doc is exceptional in the assistance of unit theropy and taking out the tingle.

I had a very bad experience with this business. I felt like just another patient to them and they even tried to charge me $50 for my visit when my copay is clearly $45... they even ordered the incorrect MRI which was a complete waste and they did not take responsibility for it. I will not be returning to see the results of my incorrect MRI.

Dr. Whitney was able to get me in same day. After a couple months of back and neck pain, she was able to give me instant relief.

This office has the best Chiropractor in town, Dr. Bankester. I suffered from dizziness, headaches at all times and by the first visit my headaches went away. My vertigo is 90% better. Im still under care and Im sure by the end of the treatment Ill be perfect. He also took care of my sciatica and and shoulder problems.

I begrudgingly went to a chiropractor after years of back pain that just kept getting worse and worse. I should have gone much sooner!!! After just 2 weeks my pain was notably better. And after 6 months I was basically pain free. I do have to come back about every 2 months for maintenance. But I recently went to Disney & Universal with my family for a week with NO BACK PAIN!!! Before treatments I would have been popping pain medications before I left the park the first day. My feet hurt, but my back didn’t hurt at all even after multiple rollercoaster rides each day. Dr. Whitmer knows her stuff!

At the beginning of the year, I began seeing Dr. Whitmer for hip pain. I have been extremely satisfied with the support of knowledgeable staff, and Emily is awesome! Dr. Whitmer is thorough, patient and very client centered. The facilities are modern and the services/treatments include access to the most current, cutting edge technology available today. Optimistic, wellness oriented interventions with proven track record. Great interventions that promote healing, wellness to avoid future injuries and, most importantly, avoid over use of NSAIDS or worse dependency on opioids.

I had a pinch nerve and I went to see Dr B he had me on the Vax D and it work miracles on me and my wife is having therapy from a back surgery he and Dr W are very understanding and they have worked miracles on my wife they are all very gentle.I highly recommend anyone who had any back to problems to see Dr. B

My 14 yr old daughter and I have been seeing the Whitmer group since January 2016. We originally went in because my daughter was getting debilitating migraines that medication would not help. She has seen significant improvement all around though. Not only has her migraines basically disappeared, her posture is soooo much better, and her body aches and pains from growing are gone. She has even built up her strength. Im so glad that we decided to go with this choice because the medicine she was prescribed had made her sick and did absolutely nothing for her. Keep in mind that was the second round of medication that the doctor wanted to try, and I couldnt keep putting my daughter through the trial and error process. Brittney, Emily, and Dr. Whitmer are so attentive and on spot when it comes to anything we need the second we walk in the door. I recommend the Spine Institute to anyone and everyone I can. The whole bunch of this crew is FANTASTIC!

Dr. Bankester is ranked at the top of his class as he is one of three I have seen. He explains everything and takes his time with his patients. I was referred to his office by my Neurologist Dr. Ross for a MVA involving cervical injuries with a whiplash and concussion. He has treated me for a few months and I can tell my pain scale has been reduced significantly from a 8 - 10 to a 2 - 3. He cares about his patients and does not get discouraged when he has to change his strategy to provide the best treatment plan for each patient. Brittany has been a wonderful addition to his practice as they both have the patience and work well under stressful conditions. I would recommend Spine Institute of Mississippi to others who are researching a Chiropractor for their treatment and well being.
