I just spent 1.5+ hours waiting on a doctors appointment. I understand that emergencies occur and even that doctors get behind when seeing routine patients. BUT! Courtesy 101 is to let the waiting patients know there will be a delay and not keep them waiting in the waiting room or examining room for almost 2 hours with no interaction or explanation...! As a fairly new patient (this was my 3rd visit), I am thus far satisfied with the care I have received from the doctor and the clinic, but these long waits send a loud and clear message to me about how important I am to them as a patient...😑 Id have given a 5-star review but for the long waiting times (today was not the first...😏). P. S. The clinic makes it clear that patients should not be late for appointments or risk consequences...Seriously???
