Positively the Best rehabilitation center I have ever been to and Ive been to a number of them.I was evaluated by James Waller. He was thorough , kind and professional. He is extremely knowledgeable and concerned about all of his patients.I asked to be followed up by him and he has been nothing short of amazing. My circuits are supervised by staff members - (thank you Kiowa) and by James Waller as well. He immediately corrects any performance errors I might be making and encourages me the entire time I am there. I am getting better and better each visit!A shout out to the reception staff. Michelle and Diana are wonderful- always smiling and very personable.Thank you Star Rehab!Nancy Morand

The doctors at the office are very good. The rest of the staff, office and rehab, not so much. Virtually impossible to get ahold of anyone to make an appointment. They dont return phone calls. Just had a rehab appointment canceled after I showed up on time because the internet was down. The physical therapist said she couldnt do my therapy without the internet. She couldnt explain why she couldnt, just couldnt. Would not recommend this office or practice.

Dr. Caminear has been great for the work that I needed; very calm and collected and is very efficient with his work. His supporting staff is very friendly, helpful, and in great spirits. In my experience I felt that I received very high quality care.

First let me say that if I could offer a score of less than one star, I would.I went into the Guilford CT office for an issue relating to my Knee.I was not happy with my care or service.I received an email survey related to my visit. My survey completion was not glowing.Never received a response.Spoke to the CEO Glenn Elia and he told me the following:- His firm never replies to survey responses- I was no longer welcome at his business.I guess ... one is not allowed to complain about Connecticut Orthopedic Services for fear of retribution. Please be forewarned. Not very professional!

I wrote 3 reviews so far and based on my negative experience you removed it. Misdiagnosed for 4 years, seen by 3 different Doctors in this practice. All missed the diagnosis that an X-ray showed in 2014. I did my homework and proved that the Condition as evidenced in that first xray was read by the orthopedist and the diagnosis was never given to me. A new xray done this year by a neurologist showed I had a condition that I have had for 4 years which account for my recent falls which this office never worked me up for. Onto better and more astute practitioners. This was a very simple situation that they totally missed and continued to treat me for a non-specific diagnosis, when I had scoliosis(18 degrees) x 4 years!!! Outrageous. Thank God I’m a nurse and figured this out on my own before another unexplained fall with more serious consequences than my last fall requiring plastic surgery to my face.
