I’ve not dealt with the pharmacy in here but the two times I went the person at the register had the worst attitude ever. No hello. No response when you ask how are you. Clearly management doesn’t care and are allowing this bad behavior. Look at all these terrible reviews.

One of the worst pharmacies I have ever used. The retail store is fine but the pharmacy service is horrible. The drive thru line takes an unacceptable amount of time and they take a long time to get medications ready. I have also received the wrong medication from this pharmacy. The pharmacist never apologized and seemed annoyed that I came back for the right medication.

Worst service I have ever received in my life. Spent over an hour 3 times in drive thru line so then I tried the phone and after being put on hold for 20 minutes, I was hung up on. And this happened 4 times 3 days in a row. I am now out of one perscription and about to be out of 2 others. I guess my only option is CVS

I was never said hello to in 15-20minutes with the car off..and given only 1 of 3 perscriptions needed. I have never been so belittled felt by a respectable tittled staff member and facility before. I will Never return.

Dont bother making an appointment for a flu shot. They completely ignore them. Just show up. Itll take just as long.

After being told it would be 15 minutes to fill my prescription I sat and watched 4 people behind the counter do basically nothing. I waited an hour before going back up and at that point they started processing. If I hadn’t gotten annoyed by the wait who knows how long I would have waited. I’m taking my business elsewhere and I suggest you do the same.

You have a 60% chance of having the worst experience of your life at this Pharmacy. They have one particular nasty, arrogant, too busy to be bothered Pharmacy worker. Unfortunately she is the one that works the most.I cant believe they keep her employed. I moved to guilford and fully intended to use Walgreens for my 11, yes 11, prescriptions. So I kept my scripts at CVS despite my desire to move them. Except one that I can only get at Walgreens. I wish I didnt need it. Everytime I run in to her my day is pretty much ruined

The worst Walgreens I’ve ever been to. Incredibly unclear on sales, rude and unhelpful staff, and a careless pharmacy!! They continually dispense me the incorrect medications, incorrect dosages, and the staff are all around incompetent. Letting VP go from the guilford Walgreens pharmacy was the single worst decision they could have made. He kept that store running! Now it’s an absolute mess. Shame

The absolute worst pharmacy experience. More often than not, when I request a prescription refill, there is some type of inconvenience. The most recent refill was delayed because the pharmacy was billing it to an unidentified insurance which was not the one they have had on file for the past “five years”. If anyone ran a private business in this manner they would be out of business!! Total incompetence. What a disgrace.

They have a Fedex drop off/pick up, which is pretty niceOk service - hit or miss and sometimes difficult to find peoplePharmacy is good usually. Call in advance to check on prescriptions and talk to the pharmacist or pharm tech in order to avoid mishaps and a waste of travel

Diego is a rude cashier. I have always been a loyal customer of Walgreens. He makes me want to go to the competitor!

Still beats the CVS and has public restrooms but how is it possible that someone went to get my RX, was told by Guilf it was in Branford then Branford says its at Guilford??? What a waste of my family members time! The woman I reached on the phone was apologetic but who missed the ball on that one? Just let someone do laps on rt 1, not like theres other places we have to be!

The girls behind the counter in the pharmacy this morning were uncaring, snotty and nasty. The pharmacist, Clare, spent the entire time on the phone complaining about how tired she was and how busy it was....I was the ONLY one at the counter. They checked my refill 2 weeks ago and said all was approved if I picked it up after the 19th. I went in today, the 22nd and the discount card will not apply and once again they are too busy to call and find out why. I asked you are busy I am the only one here and was told it is Christmas. I will be switching all my scripts across the street or to Big Y. The pharmacist VP is wonderful but I cannot always go when he is there.

Waited like 10 minutes in the drive through line, get to the window and wait 10 more minutes for someone to come to the window, then they ask do you want a 30 or 90 day supply? 90 days please, 90 days hasnt been approved, whyd you ask? Ok 30 days, thats not ready come back in 10 minutes. Go to CVS, these people stink.

4 hours for 2 prescriptions seems a bit extreme, to pick them up.
