Wonderful staff and great administration!

They sell you a dream that doesnt exist. The place is nice but it is very expensive and the service is terrible. They are irresponsible, they are not aware of the patients and at the first change they tell you to take your loved one and they do not even give you time to resolve. It happened to me with my grandparents and recently it happened to a friend with her husband. For the Hurricane they transferred it to the Municipal Hospital and then they did not want to take it anymore. Even when they had water and electricity and when the government gave them priority for Diesel.
