Biothecare Estetika has been my salvation. All my life I have suffered from acne, but last year with the stress of the pandemic it got worse. Once I got there, my life changed. From day # 1 all the employees gave me excellent treatment. Very diligent in their work and explaining the procedures. Everyone there has always gone the extra mile with me since my case has been very challenging due to different factors. However, none of them gave up. A week ago I went to exchange a great treat that they gave me so that I could know the services of other aesthetics and I really got away with a very unpleasant experience. I am a beautician which obviously the staff did not know, as soon as the deal arrives it was with tweezers * no warmth in the service * unlike other clients who were in the waiting room. The service was super fast, I did not feel that I was being cleaned as the pleasure described, I had to remove and the girl did not. I understand that it is a great pleasure but it does not exempt the client from receiving a quality and complete service. The girl who performed the service for me was Andrea, she was very friendly but sadly, because it was a great pleasure, the service was very unpleasant, I could see the difference in treatment between regular clients and a new one. That day I was going to have laser in another place, look for other options a little faster and be able to perform the laser treatment with them but when closing the service three people wanted to close the sale, they overwhelmed me because they only talked about money I did not listen for a moment benefits of his laser and the reality was very uncomfortable. I would not go back!!!!!!
