The appointment was at 4:15 pm, they came to attend us at 6pm. They did not put Botox, it was a special but my mother put the 30 units and they never gave us information about possible inflammations and less a one week follow-up appointment to see how it was at work. She ended up paying $ 500 and I $ 240. No instructions after the injections, only not to lie down for 5 hours, NOTHING ELSE. Now I understand why the bad reviews .. here is mine. I do not recommend

It took months that I bought an offer, call to make an appointment and I left them my information and they never called me, so I lost my money, I came back 1 week ago I call them again and the communication is very bad, the phone seems to have problems then I sent them a message by whasap and They asked me to make an appointment which day I preferred, I told them and I am still waiting to confirm the day.

I have been waiting for my Botox appointment since 3:30 pm, it is 5:40 pm and it is still the time that I have not passed my appointment. Agglomeration of people / clients also within the premises. Chairs in the lobby are not cleaned after someone stands on them. If I have an appointment for 3:30, why do I have to wait until almost 6pm to be attended when the place closes at 5?

This business is not interested in keeping customers. The calls are answered by personnel who have no knowledge of what is being marketed. Not even by courtesy do they return the call. The sale is through coupons and that of discounts. A recognized business offers the service and then you pay for what you get.There are many unhappy people.They do not have a doctor because the owners are not in charge of the business. They only have staff focused on aesthetics. Business is never what it used to be.Nothing just my humble opinion.A month ago I left a message and coqui ..... still waiting for them to remember and decide if they want to call.I already found a better place Face and body bar.

I was a client for a long time. And the service was excellent. But for some reason since the owners are not in charge of the business the service is terrible.I was able to read a lot of reviews and I dont know but I own a business like that I would give a little more seriousness to the comments and feel from customers upset and I include myself.In three occasions I have called and they do not return the call neither for orientation and less for appointment.It seems that the owners have no need to keep customers.The worst there are comments of more than a year and to date it seems they have not taken Corrective Actions for improvement.

The place is very beautiful and welcoming, the girls are very nice and the best beautician is already your client and very satisfied with all the procedures that have been done to me .. 😀

I called to receive guidance on a treatment they offered and after waiting to explain, they hooked my phone. I called again several times and they kept hooking the phone. With that lack of professionalism I would never go for an aesthetic treatment with them. Im glad I called. So I know I should never go.

I called to coordinate an appointment since I had left three paid treatments they indicated that I can not use it since they had expired, when at the time I paid them they indicated that they would not have an expiration date. They are thieves stole more than $ 300.00 from me.

I bought the HCG protocol for 15 days when on the third day I take out all the syringes I notice that I have 6 empty ... and call and wrote leave a message and then after 5 days they communicate with someone who does not want to answer for aCrass mistake ...
