Dr. Rachelle Seijo looked at me from a distance, gave me a piece of paper, and fired me. I waited months for my turn at the appointment and it didnt take even 5 minutes. He prescribed some pills without asking me if I am allergic to something in particular, he did not educate me on whether it has side effects and he told me to buy a mild soap that when I asked for suggestions he could not mention a single brand. Terrible service, I will not return and I do not recommend anyone to come either. If you are going to do a mediocre job, better not do it.

I found the service very poor in human terms. They are probably very technically prepared but the patient service is lousy from the Dr. The Dr. did not even check me out. I think the consultation lasted about 3 minutes and I didnt even have time to think about the questions because I was honestly surprised by the service.

I had an appointment with Dra. Carvajal, too fast, I think it did not last even 6 minutes in a first time appointment, I did not feel that she took the time to evaluate me. He looked at me from afar and gave me information so quickly that I was confused.

I just wonder: How is it possible for a person to study so many years to become a doctor in dermatology and not even take a minute to evaluate an acne patient?
