Is great place but you will look fabulous but broke because the prices they put it so high and you can see you can pay more they put higher the price of your hair

Scheduled an appointment for 1200. Arrived exactly at 1155. I was rudely told to sit down and wait. Waited I did while the employees joked around, totally not concerned about people watching. I waited until 1215 when I asked the front desk host why the nail tech had not called me yet and she replied (in a tone as to imply I was bothering her) that she was finishing her previous appointment, no apology, no concern about wasting my time at all. I left the premises immediately. They did called me to ask me to come back around 1220 but it was too late for me. Although they advertise as an upscale salon, they miss the mark by a lot (cleanliness, service, location, amenities) and I was able to observe all this without receiving any services. Don’t waste your money here, go get your overpriced haircut in a salon that at least cares about earning your business.

They were able to accommodate me fast which is what gives them the 2 stars. Other than that, the lady that washed my hair was too rough, the man that blow dried my hair was even more rough and the bill was twice the amount I was told beforehand. If you just want something fast and to get a clean head then sure. If you’re looking for a quality or nice experience this is not the place. Also, one of the employees said to me that my hair was really fu$#& up, which was completely rude and unprofessional.

I always get my haircut there. Omar is excellent and very professional.

Dismissive and rude. Walked in to get a mens haircut. The stylist said he didnt do baber style haircuts and told me to go to a barbershop, then turned around and left.

I went to blower.The one who attended me offered me a Botox offer for hair. I gave a price and in the end they charged me more. In itself the original price was expensive. I did not know how to work with my damaged hair. 1 month ago I went with the same hair as Amado from Plaza las Americas. They did what I asked. The stylist knew how to work with my battered parts of my hair and I left satisfied.From Amado de San Patricio I left with a hole in my pocket, the stylist made me a matarile in the battered part of her hair. In the end she had to ask for help from a stylist. He did the best he could with the disaster that she did. .. I left with less hair andI did not see any Botox results so expensive! And it seemed that I had fixed my hair myself. In addition to that, the stylist made me a derogatory comment of a pretty dark skinned client who entered the room. Very unprofessional and racist. She will also talk about other clients. The stylist was very sociable and friendly ... but that must be part of the treatment to the clients. I did not pay more than $ 100! For someone nice .. I called at 4:30 pm on a Sunday to be attended and they told me that they closed at 5:00 pm but that the barbershop is open until 7pm. I arrive at 5:25 pm and they tell me that they are closed and they send me to the beauty again. The employees are just lazy and if you dont show up early they wont want to help you.
