Incredible. Good counselors are worth their weight in gold. Sarah is incredible at processing through things in sessions, but also uses tools like EMDR and CBT to get at the root of issues. More than walking away just feeling good, you can expect to leave sessions here with concrete tools and action steps to establish real progress in your daily life.
