Very friendly and did a great job. My 3 yo son got his hair cut and the stylist was patient, kind, and sweet. Cleaned up his edges nicely. Wasn’t too busy but had to make a same day appointment online prior to going but the process was easy.

Shout out to Emily who did a fantastic job coloring my hair. Been getting compliments all day! I highly recommend her, shes got skills and patience galore!

Did not have to wait long to get a cut. My hair stylist was pleasant and did a great job.

Emily did my hair- she dyed and cut it. First of all she was SPOT ON with the color I wanted and showed her. She trimmed my hair a week or two after and my hair feels so silky and I love showing off my new color to my coworkers. She trimmed it without hacking a bunch of inches off, and paid close attention to every detail of her work. You can tell Emily loves her job and what she does. She is super professional and was an absolute pleasure talking to!!! She made me feel pampered and special the entire time I was there. I HIGHLY SUGGEST ASKING FOR HER IF YOU MAKE AN APPT. As for the salon itself it was very clean, neat, and organized. Very warm and welcoming environment! Will be going again!

Got a cut & color that I was very happy with. I was there 3 weeks ago and they werent blow drying at that time. All services are by appointment only. No walk in service. Good idea to call before you go. Its was nice getting my hair done even with the changes.

I received a great haircut but I was totally misled. I went in for a wash, cut and dry and was expecting around 24-25 as the sign said and was thrown off when the cashier told me 45. Definitely check before!! I also called a few days prior to check on the price of a balayage and they quoted me around $320 which is INSANE.

The atmosphere here is always friendly and welcoming. its fun listening to the girls chat and having conversations with my stylist. Nicki knows exactly how i like my hair and always does a great job. definitely recommend this location!

Not a place for men’s haircuts. Maybe you can get lucky and have a skilled person cut your hair. I unfortunately wasn’t so lucky. It took a few days for me to realize I had a bad hair cut. Leaving the place I thought it was just because I haven’t showered after the haircut. Then I went home and showered. Afterwards it still felt and looked strange. The front wasn’t cut properly. Patches were cut too deep others were overlooked. Also they thinned out areas they shouldn’t have. Clearly I was dealing with an inexperienced person. I will not return to Supercuts. I rather watch YouTube tutorials and hope for the best.

Good cuts, without the fancy salon price

Today was my second time getting a cut with my girl Nickmarie and I honestly don’t know why I didn’t go to her sooner. I’ve known this girl since High School! Nicki (as well as the others) are so professional, they definitely know their stuff and can answer any question you may have! She’s on point with timing and the best part, especially now with Coronavirus, she’s so clean!!! I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND, GO SEE HER TODAY!

My Husband had Emily cut her hair. His appointment was at 4pm and didn’t get out of the salon until 5pm! When he sat down, he asked for a high and tight. She then started talking his ear off and when she got close to getting done. My husband had asked for her to go higher with the fade. she went higher, but most definitely not a high and tight. We were already late for the plans we had tonight so he wasn’t gonna sit there and have her attempt to fix it. We will not be returning as an hour is insane for a haircut and also did not give him what he asked for. Should be more worried about giving her client the right haircut rather then talking.

The barber did not listen to me, asking the same question multiple times. She also used dull precision clippers around my ears and neck, which cut and scratched me without cutting my hair. She had to go over it with a second set of clippers, which did cut my hair without irritating my neck and ears.

Ok, let me get one thing straight, I understand if youre busy. I get it. I get it. Thats partly why I called ahead because usually this barber shop is busy, especially on a weekend. If you tell me to come in at a specific time and I arrive at that time (i even arrive 10 minutes early), I expect to be seen at or relatively near that time. When I called ahead, you told me to come in at 11. Its 11:30 and I still havent been seen.Again let me be clear, you had people come in at 10 this morning that youre working on. I GET IT, but do not tell me to come in at 11 if you cannot meet that reservation.Furthermore, its incredibly disrespectful to see a walk in that came in not 30 seconds before me. IF SOMEONE HAS A RESERVATION, YOU SEE THAT PERSON FIRST.Update 11:45: I just learned that the walk in came with a group and youre seeing the group of 3 people before me. The fact that you didnt think to tell the group that you could only see one of them because you have an appointment at 11 is unacceptable...

I went to get my eyebrows done. Used to go all the time. My eyebrows were uneven and wax was left on my eyes. Then my grandmother went a few days later for a haircut, shes been through a lot the last few months and just wanted a haircut. She was berated and ignored by staff. She had to tell me she got a haircut for me to even notice. We will not be returning.

Place is fine if you are just looking for a simple haircut. I have my haircut with clippers so generally that cant be screwed up.

I called and made an appointment for 3 people to get our hair styled at 10am. 2 of us were taken in at 10, the 3rd sat for an hour waiting. The person who tried to style my hair did a horrible job. She couldnt figure out what to do with the front of my hair, she was trying to curl it with a flat iron after blowing it out straight. The 2 other girls couldnt believe how bad it looked. I had white flakes of product through my hair. She put so much product in it, I couldnt get it to curl with a curling iron when I got home. I ended up going to a very special wedding with horrible hair. The girl who sat and waited an hour got the same person. While her hair wasnt botched, she could have done the same thing at home. It wasnt terribly expensive, but a waste of time and money. Also, beware if they tell you a 20 minute wait, and everyone is busy, its probably more than a 20 minute wait.

Every time I go their I specifically ask for a skin fade on the sides and 1-1.5 inches off the top, this time a different lady had completely butchered my look by cutting almost all of the hair on the top. A bit upset but it will grow back eventually.

My boyfriend got his hair cut here this evening, they did a horrible job, his bangs were so so short and at an angle, random long hairs and his neckline was also at an angle. He tried to get the hairdresser to fix it but she got upset with the fact he did not like the haircut.

The fastest haircut Ive ever had. I still had long strings of hair. She didnt even check her cut. After getting a cut here I went to another salon for color n he found a much shorter cut.... she obviously messed up in there too n didnt even bother to say anything. After blow drying yet he found another spot that was longer than the rest. Even though not an obvious string of 4-5 inches longer. Im aware this is not a high end salon. Nevertheless, its obvious theres no pride.Wont go back nor recommend.

I asked for layers and was given layers on only one side of my head. The way I part my hair isnt in the center and I had mentioned it, but it was the way she cut it. They are very nice there though. My hair is almost 3-4 inches shorter than I had asked, and from the agreed on 1 and 1/2 inches she showed me she was going to cut.I will say I didnt go in with a photo and it was a walk in appointment. I mentioned what my hair does and how it will lay when I part it. The haircut was inexpensive, $18 for a womens haircut which is great.You have to make sure they understand when you mention something.

Walked in both women playing on phones. NO greeting completely ignored for 5 mins not one person in there either. If your ignored and see nothing but laziness why the f* would you trust them with your kids hair! Go elsewhere this place is not a reassuring haircut place!

This location has major staffing issues! Tried for 3 days in a row get in and each day was turned away. They don’t seem to ever be able to staff more than 1 stylist at a time. Very poor planning on the part of management. Won’t be trying this place again.

It seems like there is only ever 1 person working at a time so be prepared to wait at least an hour but it will probably be longer. Haircuts arent very good either.

The commercials on TV advertise a hot towel service after your hair cut, but the one in Groton, CT on Route 12, certainly did NOT offer my son a hot towel after his recent haircut or even the time before that. We visited on Friday March 3, 2017 at 5:20 pm and there was only ONE person working the whole salon. My son wasnt happy with his hair cut either. His Sister fixed it for him later.

Ive been to a number of SuperCuts and this one has been a hit in the past, but today was definitely a miss. I either got a trainee or someone brand new, because she did not have her Dept. Consumer Protection license displayed near the mirror. I was then repeatedly asked where I parted my hair. Heres a hint: exactly where it was parted when I walked in the door. I pointed out my cowlicks and was subsequently told that she thinks she finally found them...but not in the same place they had been for 40 years. Ill probably take a break from the Groton location for a while. Especially for the price.

So Ive came here plenty of times and I always ask for the same thing.. I want a 3 to a 4 on the sides and a half inch off the top with clippers..this time I get a 3 and a 4 on the sides, like I want, and only a half an inch left on the top..she took off about like 3 inches with the razor.. if she had any questions then ask but now I have this whole new haircut I hate and its all because she couldnt even ask about how I like it...she never even touched the scissors.. wasnt really in the mood for a new haircut today

Wow! Im surprised by all the bad reviews. While it isnt the best solon it deffenitly isnt the worst! I was a walk-in to get my daughters tips dyed. They wernt busy at all, were very friendly and took us right away. The girl did a nice a job on my daughters hair, in fact she went above and beyond! I do feel $130 is a steep price especially when the hair dresser are a fresh out of hair school by a few months. However I do understand dying hair is a process.

This place is an abomination, 1 hr wait on a Monday afternoon with 3 people in the store. When I finally get in the chair the lady is rushing and now I have a half assed haircut with a terrible fade. Save yourself the money and wasted time go somewhere else.

Even though an open side was lit, they put a paper closed sign up and locked the door over half an hour before closing.
