Doctors are always kind and helpful and listen to any concerns that we have! Work with all of the other doctors that our kids have as well!

My only complaint is they only offer flu shots for children with Huskey insurance but my children who are covered by blue cross blue shield through my work- can not receive it. How is that fair. No one in office could give me an honest straight forward answer. As far as the doctors go....they are excellent.

Great staff all around. Take my kids right in if they are sick. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. Have been going here for a while now, since both of my boys were newborns and they are now 17 and 11. Thank you🙂

Ive been to a few pediatric offices. Including Gales Ferry NE Medical group and I feel that this is by far the best group of doctors there are in this area. We came from a nightmare of doctors at UCFS in Norwich. My kids took these doctors instantly. They even went into the office for their flu vaccines excited and eager to be there for their appointments. My 12 year old son, loved the fact that his doctor took the time to speak with him one on one and make him feel more independent without me before coming out and keeping me in the loop of everything. This was the first time Ive seen my son open up to his doctor about himself. My 4 year old, looks forward to seeing her doctor. She doesnt fear getting her vaccines anymore and she is just eager to see the fish tank when we get there. The waiting area is clean, great staff and prompt service.

Kind, genuine, well informed providers and staff. As a new mom they’ve taken the time to address every question or concern which has put my mind at ease.

Love, love, love this office!!! I can’t say enough about them. They truely are an amazing set of doctors, nurses and staff. They bend over backwards to help you they truly care for their patients. Let’s not forget how wonderful with the kids!!!! Love them!

I give 2 stars because the doctors and receptionists are usually nice and helpful during our past visits. However, this week in the middle of flu season, they made me enraged. I was diagnosed 2 days ago with the flu and was told to contact my kids dr to get them started on Tamiflu to hopefully try to prevent them getting it as severely. This office told me they, Dont do anything prophylactically but if my kids start showing symptoms to give them a call and theyll get them seen. Of course, the very next day, my kids all got symptoms and when I called they told me they are completley booked and that Id need to take all 3 kids to a walk in or er. Outdated, irresponsible and careless to not treat kids prophylactically during one of the worst flu seasons theres ever been. Im looking forward to the extra money Im going to have to pay to the er now. Thanks a lot.

Very very rude receptionist, they are nice on the phone because it is recorded but in person they have an attitude. Not very accomodating. I ask to have my kids scheduled for flu shot since we are already in the office instead we’ve been told to just call and set an appointment with them. I think those ladies needs to be replaced and make them retire since seems like they don’t like what they are doing anymore.

The Doctors here are incredible, however the office staff is as terrible as the docs are great. They are routinely surly and seemingly refuse to move to a computer based appontment system. If you do not call with in certain windows to make appointments, the books are closed it flat out horrible. We stuck it out for the docs but now that we have moved, we are out of there.

Doctors are great but front desk clarks are rude.Our appointment was at 4:30pm and we got there on time but they are busy so we had to wait 30 min for out appointment and older lady at desk told us to move from window but there was no space in waiting area. Please find other pediatrics if you had to.
