When I registered for a Covid test 4 days in advance, I received a message that said I had a 15 minute grace period for my appointment. I arrived 5 minutes before, and the parking signs were very unclear. At my appointment time, I called the CVS to ensure I was parked at the correct location. I moved my car, and 8 minutes after my appointment time I called the number. The man on the phone said there was nothing they could do for me because I was late for my appointment, despite arriving at the site 5 minutes early and calling within the 15 minute period. They said they could not do my test because there were tests every 10 minutes, but after sitting there 30 minutes after my time (as I searched for another location that offered rapid tests), no one else arrived. If the man on the phone was telling the truth, then CVS needs to stop lying to their customers and make their online interface more flexible. If the man was being dishonest, this location has deplorable customer service.

I recently switched over to the pharmacy at CVS from another pharmacy and am very pleased. Its so much closer than my old pharmacy and is quicker getting my prescriptions. I also really like the CVS phone app for the pharmacy. So far I havent had much experience with purchasing other items in the store, but theres a lot to choose from.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with in my life! While waiting to speak with a Pharmacist, a member of the Pharmacy constantly picked up the phone (for 15 minutes) just to place me on hold again without acknowledging me. I eventually was transferred to the Providers Voicemail, which Im not a Provider!!! At that point, I called the store to speak with a Pharmacy Manager just to repeat the same experience for another 15 minutes without speaking with a Pharmacy Manager! If there was a rating less than one star, this Pharmacy would definitely achieve that!!! ➖⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (negative five stars)

Have had no issues whatsoever with the pharmacy. The entire staff has been very professional and helpful every time Ive gone in to get medication. The Pharmacist even went out of his way to help me save money by using an online coupon. The only negative is its not open 24/7, but the staff is great.

Store is fine, this is about the pharmacy. The pharmacy is absurdly unprofessional. If you call they just say “hold” no hello even. Prepare to be on hold for more than 45 minutes. However this is better than driving up there, parking, and waiting in what is always a super long line. They frequently are out of common medications and have to wait days for their order. They are a pain if you ever need or try to transfer a prescription. Finally have all mine transferred out. It’s worth driving farther to a different location. This one is terrible.

They call say the prescriptions ready we get over to pick it up and they don’t know what we’re talking about because there’s no prescription there for usWe’ve been coming here for a year and it’s been nothing but problems every time we go, Lenny in the backs always been nice and very courteous but that doesn’t fill our prescriptions

Went here on November 3 to get my prescription that was SENT by my doctor ON Oct 30th.I was told by cashier lady and the pharmacist that it wasn’t there, Nothing on record with my name.Ok so I Called doctor and they said it WAS SENT TO THEM so I told them to just delete the 8 mile Mack pharmacy off my medical chart and re send out the script to another cvs down the road.Wasn’t sure who made the mistake at this point.Update: Went to new cvs pharmacy for this script and they said the other pharmacy did in fact have it and have had it since October 30th exactly when my doctor sent it.

Please be warned - I just experienced the second time this pharmacy has given me false information. Both times, it has led me to not getting my prescription in a timely manner and I have had to deal withdrawal symptoms while jumping through hoops to get my prescription filled. I figured the first time was a fluke - everyone makes mistakes and has bad days. This second time absolutely was not. I will no longer use this pharmacy and hope that my words of caution can save someone else the same needless pain I have had to go through.

Horrible! Went to pick up a script and asked if they could transfer scripts from another city over and the lady with the accent just said “Yeah sure we have them bye” and would no longer help me. I left the pharmacy number with another clerk who assured me they would transfer them ASAP... I called in 2 weeks later and they never transferred anything... then I asked another lady over the phone to please send it...waited another week....called my old pharmacy and CVS never called them. Not to mention I went to get a flu shot and the wait was over 2 hours so I ended up having to go somewhere else. Never going back here. Rude, unprofessional and lazy. Bring back Hunter/Sav On!

The pharmacy has now twice recieved a prescription and not filled it for over a week, never notifying me of why or following up on details so I can plan for another option. The staff is unprofessional and unhelpful. I moved here and used the pharmacy 5 times max, but this CVS has given me more trouble than all other locations combined.On the off chance this location bothers to fill your prescription or answer the phone, prepare to wait in line 2 hours+, receive attitude, hear false information, then spend a week resolving avoidable issues.So much attitude when I transferred prescriptions too... as if this pharmacy not doing its job was acceptable.

This is literally the worst CVS pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Unfortunately, during the current pandemic, this is the closest one to me so I am forced to go there. The man I spoke with at the pharmacy is incredibly rude - he kept cutting me off and hung up on me. Avoid at all costs.
