This place was so good to us! they got us in immediately when my daughter had a flair up of eczema. Our previous dermatologist was going to have us wait 2 weeks to have a recheck for the same issue because the medicine we were given was not working. Our wait time to get in to see the Eastside dermatologist was super short, we were in and out with what we needed in half an hour. At our previous dermatologist, we would wait upwards of 1 1/2 hours to see the dr. The medicine prescribed by Eastside dermatology worked immediately to ease the problem! Highly recommended....very pleased!!

This is the only place I would get botox and Dr. Manz is the best for doing botox! The staff is helpful and kind.

Really nice office staff although it was a long wait, about half hour and then once I got in to See the doctor she wad rapid fire, and only spent about 5 minutes with me. She took a biopsy of a small area. 10 days later I got a call from office staff,informing me it was a squamous cell and needed mohs surgery and quickly referring me to a different dermatologist. No explanation, no consult. Very abrupt and impersonal for something so serious. Dont think I will be going back.

I have been a long time patient at Eastside Dermatology.From regular checkups to minor skin issues I feel that the Doctors and staff treat patients with friendly, compassionate care.I have seen both Dr.Manz-Dulacand Dr. Filipof. Both have taken time with any questions or concerns and never make me feel rushed. Although I have primarily seen Dr. Filipof I would be comfortable with any of the Drs. at Eastside.My one concern over the years has been the length of time in the waiting room. I would say over the past two years there seems to have been much effort put into making the wait shorter.I appreciate that.I highly recommend Eastside Dermatology.

Took my 13 year old son to see Dr. Manz, whom his pediatrician referred. Worst ATTITUDE FROM A DR. EVER!! Her nor her staff were inviting or welcoming as this was our FIRST visit. After sitting in the room 10 minutes she comes in and immediately starts to question my son about his skin. She did not introduce herself or even acknowledge I was in the DAMN room. She continued to ask about other dark areas instead of looking for herself. After glancing at his skin she says some medical Word I cant even begin to say much less spell (hyper somthing). I told her I was shocked at how this exam was going, asked was there another Dr. we could see, she said No, I told my son lets go. Never got the prescription called in the check out person said we would get. I DAMN sure wasnt calling them to ask about it. I did get a $50 bill though, guess its the copay. I swear if it wasnt in my sons name I wouldnt pay it. I hope she LEARN some people skills.

Been here at least a dozen times in years past, never had an issue with the doctor or the wait time. Not sure why there is negative remarks. Maybe it’s the patients being unfair.

I have been going to this dermatologist for 9 years starting when I was 16 years old. I suffered from many cysts issues through the years which were extremely painful. When I first started going there I did not like the doctor at the time which was Dr. Lynm she was rude and tough on your skin. The nurses have always been great they always checked on me and cared about what I had going on. When Dr. Lynn left I had been switched to Dr. Filipof, she is the best Doctor I know!!!!! I recommend her to anyone!!! She will make you feel comfortable, shes extremely gentle, she explains things to you, and shows that she cares. Yes many people have said the wait is long. Yes, I agree with that statement knowing both offices pretty well but the wait is worth it. Id much rather go to a doctor that I trust as well as others which is why their office tends to be busy, because they have doctors worth waiting for. I went there recently and prior to that it had been awhile sense I have cleared up my acne but everyone showed so much excitement to see me as well as Dr. Filipof. I think the doctors and staff here are great for those needing a dermatologist.

My problem was with the staff. The young lady that took me into the room and set things up. She was a know it all ....she would ask me a question and when I gave an answer she would proceed to tell me I was wrong as if I dont know my own body. She even eluded to the fact that I was old and confused about the things I was reporting. I WILL NEVER GO BACK

Saved my live malignant melanoma diagnosis

Always a long wait, sometimes more than an hour. Waiting room is crowded and uncomfortable. I did not care for Dr. Lanz Dulacs bedside manner with my daughter who was about 10 year old at the time. This practice routinely overbooks. I would strongly recommend you find another demotology practice in town which is what I did.

Always a 45 minute to 1 hour wait however once I got in with the doctor face to face I got treated well. Only will see Dr Manz Dulac
