Gave me partial fills of my controlled substances twice. The first time it was only indicated on the bottle, and when I returned for the remaining pills they refused to give them to me because their inventory was correct. I let it slide then it happened again, and was told the same thing that their inventory was accurate and that I was wrong. Never happened to me until I used this pharmacy, never happened to my non-controlled meds. Fishy.

The pharmacists and staff are incredibly accommodating, friendly, honest, and hardworking. Ive had to ask that they stay a little late for me to pick up a scrip, Ive had to ask them to hold things for me, let others pick things up for me, and theyve always been happy to help wherever they can. Its a small, locally owned business, highly recommended :)

Ive been a customer of Beacon Pointe for decades. This is the best Pharmacy on the planet.It is unfortunate all other pharmacies cant be as good.They shine on every level and make you feel like a real person.My only reservation in giving this 5 star review is the fear that so many people would flood the place if they knew just how much better they are.As close to perfect as it gets!!!

We have all of our prescriptions here, both human and dog. They do a fantastic job communicating when time to refill and have been a great source for compounds. They are very professional and always a pleasure to work with!

If I could give zero stars I would. I have to be honest with you on this review This place is a circus don’t go here. The energy in this Pharmacy makes me feel uncomfortable and unwelcomed everytime I visit. The owner I met today was very rude, starts yelling at me for talking to her employee with out her permission & was beyond stuck up. She has her nose in the air and treats people as if she’s better than them. Today the owner threw my prescriptions back at me after I told her I was going to use another pharmacy & Doctor. It’s a hassle everytime I go to this pharmacy & from what I have witnessed the owner is a control freak telling me “not to talk to my employees and ask them for anything everything goes through me because I own this store” talking to me as if I was one of her children or family memebers she employs that she controls. Operating as a multi business owner my self I would never talk to customers so arrogany regardless if they said they respectfully chose not to use my services. entitlement like that displays such lack of respect tword customers. Pharmacies are abundant so I am Going back to Cvs Walgreens where there’s accountability and adequate management not on a power trip announcing they own the store 😂 as if that gives you a immediate Social status or self righteous position. I will pray for you to be less miserable & hope you find god or atleast peace. 🙏⛪️

I went into this establishment april 24, 2014 Upon entrance, there was an obvious feeling of unwelcoming energy all over one of the women working there. She wore what appeared to be medical shades. She really turned up her nose as i walked in and past her. I then spoke and began talking with the young woman at the register. She was very nice, comfortingly polite, and worked to help me through difficult questions she required answers to in order to service me...which i knew nothing of. Then from nowhere another woman comes and starts yelling at me, a very nasty attitude, disrspecting me as a human being, man, and customer. I even called and permitted this irrate woman to take my phone speaking to persons answering her questions. This woman actually threw my phone at me. Hitting the desk, my phone then hit the floor and went to pieces. I told her i was going to call the police...she stated shed just say i was harrassing her.

Always great! Thats why I keep coming back! Thanks.
