Best experience Ive had with an orthopedic doctor. She listened and explored every avenue there was just to treat my arm.

Went for surgery. Everyone I dealt with was very nice, so fun, but never let their professionalism slip. I was well cared for and at ease the entire time. Everybody communicated well and I was kept well informed at every step. Special thanks to my RN, Stella, Dr. King, and her fabulous team, and the anesthesiologist, Dr. Kanumilli. What a tremendous experience... you know, besides having to get cut open.

Janet was my pre-op nurse and she was AMAZING! She not only showed me she cared how my surgery would go, but she really care about me as a person. She kept asking if i was okay because my nerves were all over the place. SHE is the type of nurse we need in this world. Caring, personable, sensitive, and happy. Thank you Janet for making me comfortable and insuring I was okay throughout the whole process! If i could go back to thank her myself, I would 100 times!

I went to the walk in today. My dr. Was Luke and he did a great job with what I was seen for. He took my health problems very seriously and I really appreciated that. Everyone else was very nice and super helpful. I felt so much better about my health walking out.

I went here because the Dearborn clinic had a four hour wait for walk in. This one only had 20 minutes, so I reserved a spot online.Friendly staff, nice area. The doctor I saw was fantastic and gave thoughtful responses to my questions.Pro tip for parking; use the parking garage, and they will validate your ticket at the front desk.

The whole staff including the PA Kelly and Dr Cruz was outstanding. Great service, quick and detailed. I would recommend to anyone.

I have always been a patient with another system but went to the walk in clinic with sudden shoulder pain. They took care of me quickly and efficiently with minimal wait, xrays and quick diagnosisThey set me up with orthopedic consult within a week and PT the same week. In all cases I have been impressed by the friendliness, efficiency, and respect. I am happy to report I am recovering very well.

We came around 4:00 and The check in was quick. The staff was very friendly and personable. Luke butters the doctor was super with my son. He is Humorous, professional, helpful and made my son feel comfortable. He did not make us wait and repeated our time!

I usually go to the Mason office but my favorite PA moved to Leslie walk in clinic...so for my cold I went to Luke Butters. He is the absolute best Ive ever had!! He doesnt give up on my weird things and listens to me!! He rocks!! Oh and the office staff and nurse were great too!! Very friendly!

It took me over an hour just to get through to their lines at this location. Their other office on Woodward kept transferring me here and no one would bother to pick up the phone. I am sure this is a great Medical Center but I called on 2.6.2018 at 3:30p.m and the operator was RUDEEE and NASTY! I explained what was wrong with me and that I couldnt see my doctor until Friday and I needed care now as they are part of my network for my insurance (my foot hurts and I told her that I diagnosed myself with a stress fracture and I am not a doctor but I think that is what it is - I wanted to know if this is something they can help me with and if this center was a place that offered services for what I needed or think I needed. She kept telling me that I have to go to the Emergency Room if I have a fracture. Again, I told her that I wasnt diagnosed with a fracture, I am just assuming that that is what it is but I needed to see someone to confirm and I didnt want to wait until Friday. Today is Tuesday. She kept saying that I needed to go to an E.R to get diagnosed with a Fracture. Id like to think that I am smart enough to decipher if my situation needs an E.R visit - This is NOT an emergency, I am just in slight pain and its a little uncomfortable. I just need to see someone before Friday. She wouldnt listen so I can explain to her, she kept telling me that I needed to go to the E.R in the most nonchalant voice she can conjure up. She then said she is just an operator and couldnt help me. I then said, put me on to someone who can help me please, she told me to hold on and proceeded to hang up the phone. I was so pleasant with her the entire time. So unprofessional. My advice is just to do a walk-in

Always good and fast service here. The staff is always friendly. My Dr even washed up to play with my son who is one. He was amazing.

I had a surgical procedure done at Cottage and I must say the nursing staff was phenomenal. I was required to stay overnight and was the only patient there. The RN that was assigned to me did everything to make sure I was comfortable as possible. The progressive mobility was awesome. Although it was 2am my nurse still got me up out of the bed to walk, not once but twice. Absolutely wonderful experience.

Used their clockwise check in app thingy. & it worked wonderfully. Got in, got registered, & got seen very quickly.

Went in with a severe sore throat. Receptionists were polite and didnt have to Wait long to see a Dr. I was there no more than 40 minutes. She (the Dr) was very thorough and considerate. Would highly recommend this facility.

I was able to check in online and was checked in quickly. Only waited a couple of minutes to be seen. The Dr was wonderful! He was very personable and took the explain everything.

Amazing! Daughter was in pain right when school let out. No apt available at her pediatrician. We were there with no wait. In and out and with a proper diagnosis and meds. Home resting and 100% better already. Best walk-in around!

I have had a few procedures here. The staff has always been very nice and seem to try extra hard to make you comfortable. Anything I cannot get done at my doctors office I try to schedule at Columbus.

Used the website for reserve on website for walk in clinic. Went in 10 minutes later and was signed in and seen in 10 minutes. Treated for my condition and everyone was very nice and knowledgeable and we will definitely go there again.

Great staff !! Doctors and NP are wonderful and treat you like one of their own family members! Bonnie is a great nurse and very caring . Clean office and not a long wait. Coming from the medical field myself I would recommend this urgent care . Also if you need to be sent to the ER its right there!!

Update 8/3/19: I was here on Thursday, my review of this place has not changed one bit. DO NOT GO TO THIS EMERGENCY ROOM. Not only is it dirty and outdated inside, the staff (particularly the nurses) are honestly some of the rudest people on earth I have ever met- no bedside manner at all. Do they even receive any kind of empathy training? I wont go into detail about my situation but an older nurse with white hair rudely snapped at one of my family members for hyperventilating, when I (calmly) told her to please not yell at them, and that they were in pain, she snapped at me IM DOING THE BEST I CAN No, no youre not. Im angry I didnt get her name although I do plan on filing a complaint. Do not go here if you want the staff to treat you with even an ounce of human decency. Go to Beaumont or St. Johns. DO NOT come here. I know that HFHS is going to reach out and ask me to contact customer service but I know that will not resolve anything because I have dealt with them before; nothing happened and nothing was resolved, I was just more frustrated. Just please do yourselves and your family members a favor and go elsewhere.8/14/16 If I could give this place zero or even negative stars I would. Everyone seems to take their time during what was an incredibly stressful situation for me last week and the place seems dirty. Nurses were incredibly rude to me. The only respectable and kind person there was the doctor. The only good thing about this hospital is that its close to where I live... But other than that I would tell people to go elsewhere if they need an emergency room

I will always go here for any quick fixes. I like the fact that it isnt an emergency room or anything. I do wish the Nurse Practitioner was able to give a CT order, but other than that, I like the atmosphere and the office staff.

I love Cottage Inn Henry Ford. I was in and out in no time. I reserved an appointment online. I was even a little late and they still accommodated my appointment before all the other walk ins. I love my Henry Ford Hospital family.

I have been using Henry Ford Urgent Care in Dearborn since my daughter was a baby. Shes now 30I tried Cottage today and they were excellent . David at the reception desk was very delightful. Dr. Altares was very informative and listened to my concerns. All of the staff members are very nice and helpful.

Very friendly knowledgeable and organized. Came in they took my info and I was seen taken to X-ray and out within an hour and a half.

I was admitted to this ER at about 10:30 AM. The Doctor was the only competent person I encountered. The rest of the staff need to be retrained. 3 weeks later my arms are still black and blue from bad venipuncture. I laid on that gurney from that time until 8PM when my doctor called to find out where I was. No water, no blanket , no bathroom. the nurses would walk by in the hall and turn their heads and play deaf. I finally got moved to Beaumont GP.at 10PM. HFH ER NO. Should be combined with walk in clinic or reclassified as an Urgent Care.I would classify this as a minus 10.

Horrible!!!!!!! Came here bc st johns hospital was busy; thought they would be fast and courteous here. Nope! Im Nurse was quite rude, as was the doctor! Waited 5 minutes before we were even greeted in the ER and the guards ignored us. Guess they dont care about safety, but anyway, the doctored got snippy with me and my son s couple times and I swear he was drunk!!! He also couldnt hear; kept asking us to repeat ourselves. Then he decided he would ask son to take off short to look at eczema. I said-that is not why we are here! Then he implied that we didnt have a family Dr. And said that what Josh was diagnosed with was wrong....

There is a pyschopathic Caucasian male nurse employed here who I wouldn’t ever feel comfortable leaving my child in the care of. I bought my 9 month old daughter in to make sure that she didn’t have a case of the flu and they told me that they would need to do a nose swab. This man enters the room without announcing or introducing himself and then proceeds to just stick something up my daughters nose without warning which caused my baby to burst into tears because he startled her. Another nurse asked him why he did it that way and he smirked and said “that’s the best way” to do it. Honestly, I will never return to this hospital because of that expirience because the look in his eyes gave me chills and he seems to be the very type of person who SHOULD NOT be allowed to work in healthcare and especially not near or around those who can’t soeak up for themselves.PLEASE DO AVIOD TAKING YOUR CHILD HERE!

Henry Ford Cottage walk in cLinic rude & horrible service. I called to speak to a nurse about a prescription request I submitted 3 days prior and again yesterday was not sent. I informed the nurse I would be out of meds the next day. She told me they do not give out prescriptions! I would have to wait until Monday. Not a choice with this type of meds. Told me to go to ER and I would be responsible for deductible. ! By chance I called Dr office even though closed and spoke to a nurse on call who was polite and called in a refill. Why is a After Hours Office open if they are riude and will not help? Will not return to Cottage Walk In Clinic!

I went into this hospital a few months back for a blood clot I noticed at the bottom of my foot I decided to go in because of my past history of pulmonary embolism, I was treated so poorly the doctor made me feel so bad about coming in that night saying theres was nothing wrong with me and why was I there, I left in tears because of the things he said to me. Because of that on this night September 1st 12:30am Im feeling chest pains and sharp pain in both my legs Im afraid but ashamed to go in not wanting to be made to look a fool if theres nothing wrong :(

In 2011,i went to emergency because i had severe pain on my right side,i was treated nice,i gave some blood,and as i was wheeled to the ultrasound,the nurse start asking me questions likeDo you have pain in your legs,when i told her no,she saidIt is a good thing you came in time,you could of died,the way i feel dont no nurse have a right to say that to a patients,when everything was over with,the doctor came in a saidYou can get dress,you are being discharged,after i got dressed and ready to go,the doctor hollaried at me statingWhy didnt you tell me you is a diabetic?,and when i told him that i didnt know that i am,he called me a lier,the way i feel it is really unprofessional for a nurse to tell a patient that and a doctor to talk to a patient that way.

I would never ever go to this hospital again waisted my whole day to tell me I have to go somewhere else just terrible & if you have Medicaid please stay away from this place..
