When I say this facility has the most caring Drs and Nurses, I mean it. The way this team follows up on their patients is unexpected. The few times I have been to other facilities were disappointing in comparison to the Hf Gross Pointe Pierson Clinic. Patrice the Med Asst is so caring and patient. Dr Rajah and Falco have such compassion and understanding with kids and their parents. Nurse Kathy always follows up with everything even if I dint remember. This is a great family health center. I know my child will stay healthy because of them.

I had a few TBIs in 2014 that affected the way my brain perceives light. I have been to Kresge Eye Institute and Vision Specialists of Michigan. My first script was the script I had when I was 12 years old except he tweaked the strength of the eye that was fractured. Vision specialists took the same script but added in their famous prisms and my vision improved a little and after 2 months it got much worse. I found Dr. Bansal from HF who did a thorough eye examination and Dr Bansal referred me to Dr Lee did the exam and took her name and she told me to get rid of the prisms ASAP and that my prescription wasnt correct. I got my new eyeglass prescription and when I first used them, my vision was the clearest that I have seen it since 2018 and this was just in July 2020. Im still visually adjusting, but Im so happy that I can see clearer. My migraines have decreased quite a bit.

Had a terrible experience. Doctors were rude and condescending they have call center which has a total disconnect with actual Doctors office they tell you one thing but when speak to the doctors they say something different. The blame you the misinformation. Instead of trying to rectify a problem with a simple phone callTold me my case was too complicated and told me to another doctorsWhich makes me question their competence because my previous doctor didnt have issue, but due to change in insurance couldnt keep her

Terrible pain clinic. I was referred by my orthopedic surgeon and I was in a very bad car accident flip over. I have 2 broken legs and three broken ribs. I was in pain. This pain clinic would not prescribe any narcotic medications for pain. they are awful. dont waste ur time.

Horrible experience with billing. We received badly calculated estimate, and were way overcharged using insurance, while doctor reassured that total cost to us would be no higher than a certain value, were charged way over that, with no cooperation afterwards. Terrible hospital, avoid at all costs unless you have really good insurance. Doctor was nice and helping, but rhinoplasty didnt produce desirable result for my wife.

Very nice staff. Very clean place. They do the basic stuff or run tests during the day, not the most advanced emergency service.

Thanks for not updating your website with the correct hours. I called to have a prescription refilled since my normal office is closed and was not told that they were closing at 5, the website shows 6. I wasted a 20 min drive for nothing.

I have been filling all my prescriptions at this pharmacy for eighteen years now and have never had a complaint. The staff is friendly and goes out of their way to ensure that patients have a thorough understanding of their medications.

I always serviced in a timely matter. Staff is always kind and courteous.

Went in to the ER tonight due to having mayor problems with my blood sugar an chase away by a racist Dr.. who screamed and yelled at me because i was to dizzy an couldnt speak or see because of my blood sugar or some other complication Im having from a surgery this week
