I called Night urgent care and Vivian was getting ready to close but i told her my symptoms of an allergic reaction I was having and she stayed until I got there to assist me. Vivian was very friendly and made my experience absolutely wonderful. I rate her 20/10. My experience was amazing and if I need to they will be the first urgent care I go to.

Connie was my personal nurse, everyone there was very friendly and helped me with everything I needed. They were all very very kind the doctor was super careful and nice

I never post reviews but this is wrong.It says open til 12. I get there at 10:45 and the lady comes to the door and wouldnt open the door but told me through the door that they are closed. I made 30 min drive for waste of time. Very disappointed

Had an upper respiratory infection went there around 1pm the open sign was on lights were on, but the door was locked, called the number no answer. This place is a joke. Really unprofessional to advertise you are open when you arent. Just drive the extra distance the the urgent care in highland dont waste your time.

Caring, dedicated doctors that had me in and out.

I called at 845 with a sick 2 year old in my back seat after being turned down by 3 other places, they told me “bring her right in” the dr had left for the day and even came back to see my child. I can’t thank you enough. I will be back.

Very poor service. No working nurse on duty and you have to wait for the doctor to come from home to be seen.

What a complete waste. My husband and I got testing done here for COVID and needed our results emailed because we were going to be leaving to go out of town the next day. We were told they be in by 7pm the next day and that they’d email them to us as we requested. The next day at 7pm came and went so WE called to check. The doctor told him that only my husbands results were in and he had to call to find mine. Hours later, still no call. WE called back and they found it.How’d we get our results? They took a picture of it on a stack of papers and text it to us. Tacky. So so so tacky and doesn’t look official at all.We asked for it to be scanned and emailed as we originally asked. His response, “call back the next day when there’s staff”. We’ll the next morning is when we actually needed them.Fast forward to today as we talk to a very unhelpful person at the front desk who says she can’t email them only fax. Ma’am, we not only asked the doctor to email them to us, but where are we going to get a fax machine in 2021.So here we are on our way to board a cruise hoping that this tacky photo they took is sufficient.Out of a insurance claim, a co-pay and this is the accommodation AFTER we made a CLEAR request that was accepted BEFORE we got tested.Summary: if you’re looking for an office that has technical proficiency, keep looking.
