This place is a joke. i went to them to get new glasses so that i could see better but that did not happen. i got my new glasses but i could see better with my old ones. i tried to tell them that but after a couple of of trips back to their office i finally gave up. i still use my old ones. i just wasted five hundred dollars. i do not recommend this place.

I scheduled my daughter a yearly exam, after receiving a text message from Moses stating it was time for her annual. I took a half day at work to take her to said exam only to be told once I got there that it had not yet been a year and I would have to reschedule the appointment for 1 week later in order for the insurance to cover. How unprofessional?! A waste of time to pull my daughter out of school early, and to also leave work to be told to come back because of an error on Moses Eyecare’s part. I will not be rescheduling and will no longer take her there even though I really like Dr. Bonilla. Insurance should be checked before a patient arrives, especially if you are sending out reminder text messages to schedule appointments. Ridiculous and a huge inconvenience as now we will have to miss work and school again to schedule an appointment elsewhere.

Erika Graves has worked with me, my husband and my daughter. She is thorough, friendly and very helpful. Erika takes the time to ensure that you get the help you need. Very professional. BEST EMPLOYEE IN ALL LOCATIONS, we followed her from Griffith to Hammond and will continue to follow her if she is moved again. Dont want to work with anyone else.

Dr. Bonilla was fantastic! It took me 45 minutes probably to get my contacts in, and she and her staff were so kind and patient and helpful. They divided their time among all the patients there, and still made me feel so welcome and taken care of. The additional fees that I had to pay out of pocket, after insurance were reasonable as well. Thank you🤗

The staff at the Griffith location are amazing. Very friendly and courteous. My last experience was with a new staff member ( new to me), Amy. She went above and beyond to help me. At this time, this kind of attitude and attention are very important, and greatly appreciated. I really like the little Dr. Bonilla. Shes great. Thanks to all of you.

I have been going here for a few years and I usually see whatever doctor is available. Ive always been happy with my visit, theyve all been great to work with and I never have any issues. Yesterday, I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Jen. She is the nicest, most personable eye doctor I have ever met. When shes not doing an exam, she is running around the office to help patients, helping the front desk, sanitizing every area and answering questions. Its a small office but they did an excellent job with social distancing, taking temperatures and sanitizing every area- I definitely felt safe at my appointment. Finding a reliable eye doctor can be tough and I cannot recommend this office enough!

Dr. Was great. Staff is very nice. Complaint is with the lab. Lense was very loose on one side. They were sent back. Came back with same problem. Making another attempt to correct this.

I love that they have evening hours some days. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Dr. Albright addressed some concerns I had and took the time to educate me on some of the science behind my issue. Wonderful experience!

Wonderful caring ladies. The girls are so sweet and patient at griffith and hammond. Service is over the top. My kid Dr is doctor B she is so on point. Great job...keep up the good work.

My husband and I just moved from Chicago and we needed our glasses asap. We could have gone with my previous employer but we needed an Optometrist that is closer than Chicago and this Opt. Clinic is extremely convenient.! Not only it works out with our work schedule with their late appointments, but they are very nice and pleasant to work with as a patient. The optometrist is very patient when it comes to answering questions since, after one visit, I can tell that she cares for her patients so much to where she shares her knowledge to help ease any doubts.The optometrist and technicians are very thorough with their work and the receptionist is very detailed with billing breakdowns so that you, too, know what youre paying towards. I highly recommend making an appointment.

Often, I dont like going into a Drs office and not knowing which Dr. I will be seeing, but thats the way Optometry is moving: the Drs name on the building is rarely (never) who youll see. Office consolidations, the Managing Doctor more of a businessman, not a practicing Doc anymore; it is what it is. But the Moses staff in Griffith, from the assistants to the younger Doctors, all smart, professional, and on top of their game. The Visionpointe I went to in Dyer for a while, the staffing of Doctors is so inconsistent, I kept getting bills that had already been paid from a Doctors several different office locations, I was mad, especially after sending copies of PAID receipts. But Moses in Griffith, so far would recommend to everyone.

Love this place! Doctor was great. All the staff was amazing. Very glad our insurance changed and we had to go to a new place.

I went to a different eyecare center for years but started going to Moses at the Griffith location approximately two years a go. I am very near-sighted which requires a multifocal correction in contacts or glasses to allow me to read close text or use the computer. I am confident in Dr. Bonilla because I can see better with my contacts and glasses than when I went to a previous eye center. Also, Kelli helped get the right fit for my progressive lens in my glasses so I can read or use the computer without adjusting my glasses.

I really like Dr. Bonilla she is kind and always tells you everything she is doing. I really like her as an eye Dr. I have stigmatisms in both eyes not to mention bad allergies and she has worked with me for contacts. I see they have made their waiting area a little more private which is a plus for this location. It is always busy there but it is a good place to go for eye care. I recommend this place most def.

Excellent service, knowledgeable and courteous staff. Observed the office is organized in a highly efficient manner, communicating the patients time and business are respected and appreciated. I did not spend any length of time waiting unnecessarily. I was informed my completed eyeglasses would be ready for pick-up in approximately 2 weeks and was very happy to get a call less than 5 days later, that my prescription was ready. I would also like to add, my experience with Dr. Virginia Bonilla was outstanding. She discussed each step and test result with me in the most pleasant and informative manner. The Doctor exhibits a very genuine, nurturing conduct and care toward her patients in a way that leaves no question in your mind that while you are in her care, your eye health is her complete focus. Technician Heather made a very professional and knowledgeable impression as well, conducting my eye testing and medical history questions. GREAT EXPERIENCE.-Rene Garcia

Very nice staff, doctor was awesome, detailed explanations, and not a long wait. In the last 6 years I’ve never gone to the same place twice because of the service or quality of product; I believe I’ve found where I will be going from here on out!

I am done being abused at mosses eye care if it were up to me I would not even give them one star but I have no choice I would not be aloud to post my review . I have lived a nite mare with this company for 2 years now and I am done !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I feel as thou there in it for the all mighty dollar and not concerned for there patents welfare !!!!!!!!!! I am so beyond angry if I had to list all of my issues that I have been thru it would take page after page to the owners of Mosses eye care I have reached out to you as well yet never was able to make a connection with any one with my concerns . will no longer be using your services ever again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Treat seniors poorly. Not like younger people. Dont follow their door printed open hours.

Dr bollina at the Griffen in office is so awesome I would not ever think about going anywhere else. She listen and she answer the the questions where u can understand them and she is great .

Terrible customer service. They run you through like a assembly line. Never get same doctor. I left this place never to return.

The Dr. here is awesome but her attendants are very unprofessional. Especially the one that works the front desk. I may do my exams here but I rather take my business else where when purchasing my lenses.
